To all that have followed my DD on Mirage, I am truly sorry for where we are at now. I’ve never been in this type of situation before and so I am unaware what needs to happen for us to be relisted. Also, as insane as it might sound, I still have a sliver of hope that there’s an explanation for this, and that our projects will go. As I stated in my previous few posts, our projects are still well warranted. Keep the faith and hopefully Ward gives us answers asap.
So, i’m probably late to the party here, but the NGI article from a couple days ago specified that the $4.5 billion project was for an offshore pipeline and likely built by TC. I was obviously disappointed to learn that. However, the Tuxpan offshore pipeline is only a 2.6 BCF/d to begin with. This expansion project is one among many to relieve the bottleneck at Tuxpan. I wish I had more knowledge as to the demand for natural gas in southern Mexico, but I would think that our projects are still more than necessary.. remember, Puebla wants a 1/2 bcf/d & J&L 1/4 bcf/d.. that’s the only two specified amount that we know of at this point. In addition, still needs to be enough gas to feed the Salina Cruz LNG facility, the entire isthmus development (10 industrial parks), the prosperidad pipeline heading south, and the Central American pipeline.. that’s a lot of natural gas right there. As you may have noticed in the NGI article, the rehabilitation of the San Fernando-Cactus line is still there as proposed. Also remember, OUr Projects are still part of the national infrastructure plan. And as of a year ago they were already in advanced stages. I’m with Macod, that this AMLO decree that came out last week must be of significance to finally “unlock the permits” which has been an issue for the last year at least easily… as always, we’ll see.
Lastly, pipelinebreath, are we actually delisted? The lack of care around filings is killing us. I’m holding out hope that efforts have been spent in other areas that are more pressing, and that we will come back from our defunct status, if that’s truly where we are now.
My fault, sorry.
My belief is that the permits have already been paid for.. filing fees, environmental and social impact studies, etc. Ward has raised money quite a few times, hence all of the wall paper. Also, notice AMLO’s decree for automatic permits on all of his mega projects. It’s been an hassle for everyone to get permits out of the CRE. It may just be he’s far along in the process, but is somewhere just short of having them in hand.
About a year ago I had called the US dept of Energy asking about Mirage’s Export permit… the only info they would tell me was that 1) The border crossing will require a Presidential Permit 2) the process takes a couple of months and 3) Mirage has already started the process. And you should know since you habitually call Ward a “career grifter”, that when I had initially asked the US DOE these questions, I immediately got a text from Ward instead, telling me, “I heard from Ken Stevens you reached out the US Dept of Energy, you have got to be crazy. That is the wrong thing to be doing.” I apologized and he responded “they asked my permission to provide you your answers. They will be getting back to you tomorrow.” It was a pretty cool and validating experience imo.
All that to say, sounds like the permits are about to be unlocked and our projects started. I think all who have held their shares (granted, while being frustrated) are going to be greatly rewarded.. and the wait well worth it.
Enjoy your Evening and Sunday, all. We just received the most bullish indicator for the come up of Mirage Energy.
Maybe I’m thinking of somebody else then.. don’t have time to look. But I meant small as in small number of employees, at least when they were awarded big contracts. I’ll shut up before I lose more credibility lol
I think that’s a $184 million dollar investment… a dwarf in comparison. Talk about can kicks, they also have experienced it for years trying to get it done. Just like us and just like Sempra. Also, it’s been along time since I looked up new Fortress, but I believe they are a tiny company as well… Just like Whitewater and just like Mirage.
KILLIN IT
Here is the text.. I just re-read it.. it specifies the gas will come “from the southern basins of the US” and will even fuel the “ the new Transistmian gas pipeline”. I’m feeling better than I have in almost a year!!! Let’s go MRGE!!!
STRATEGIES OF THE FEDERAL ELECTRICITY COMMISSION TO SUPPLY NATURAL GAS TO THE MEXICAN PENINSULAS
November 25, 2021
• With an investment of 4,500 million dollars, it is planned to have an average supply of 120 to 400 MMcfd in the Yucatan Peninsula, to contribute to the economic growth of the Southeast.
• In the Baja California Peninsula, the generation capacity with low emissions has been strengthened thanks to a contract to supply up to 20 MMcfd of natural gas.
The Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) is carrying out strategic actions to supply Natural Gas to the Yucatan and Baja California peninsulas, through the development of energy projects in which it is collaborating with private initiative.
To supply the Yucatan Peninsula, the CFE, in agreement with SENER and CENAGAS, is carrying out an infrastructure project with an investment of 4.5 billion dollars. With this, it is proposed to have an average daily supply of 120 to more than 400 million cubic feet per day (MMcfd). This will allow the CFE to transport natural gas from the southern basins of the United States to the Yucatan Peninsula, supplying the existing and new plants in Mérida and Valladolid, as well as the new Transistmian gas pipeline, and providing redundancy and operational flexibility to the Refinery. of Dos Bocas in Tabasco. With the completion of this project, it contributes to the economic and social development of the Southeastern states, with benefits in electricity rates and access to natural gas for its population.
In the case of the Baja California Peninsula, on March 26 of this year CFE formalized a natural gas supply contract with the private company New Fortress for up to 20 MMcfd to supply two power plants located in La Paz, Baja California Sur: CT Punta Prieta and CCI Baja California Sur. Both plants have a dual generation capacity (that is, they can use both Diesel and Natural Gas), which makes it possible to substitute Diesel consumption for Natural Gas, reducing the impact of polluting emissions in the area. In addition to this, the CFE allocated 6 aero-derivative generation units to reinforce Baja California Sur's electrical system, which are already installed and ready to be dispatched by CENACE.
With the development of these projects, the CFE's commitment to its corporate purpose of supplying electricity to all areas of the country is reinforced and at the same time meets the need of the Mexican population in the peninsulas, to bring them natural gas, contribute to the development of its industry and strengthen its electricity generation.
woah!! This is the most encouraging thing we have seen in 11 months.. since last Christmas when I AMLO talked about the pending deal to import of light crude from the US.
This is very good news… that’s $4.5B USD! Imo, this is both international crossings (including Concho), storage facility, and San Fernando cactus line rehabilitation. Then possibly includes isthmus gas line and Prosperidad. Bingo folks.
I hope even the naysayers have their bags filled with dollars. We are Whitewater 2.0. Let’s hope we see this come to fruition very soon
This sounds very positive!!!! Doesn’t mention specifically, but most assuredly includes natural gas, and hopefully the hydrocarbon crossing system as well.
You and everyone as well
That makes sense why it would raise question marks. I have consistently used optimistic “what if’s” and “maybes” to justify a more positive outlook when things have gone different than anticipated, but Who knows what he’s spending that money on and who knows what our barriers have been.. there hasn’t been much transparency there. The money? There are scores of things he may have needed it for. But the barriers? I wish we could get him to expound on what they are specifically other than writing them off as “it’s Mexico”. Maybe one day it will be apparent as to why the deal took so long and what the holdups were.
What does this mean.. this amount has added up and is still owed to
him?
I agree, LandToSea!
Good morning! Weekend OTC updates! Cheers!

I bet when the filing comes out we zip past 12 cents.. depending where my other baby monster is at, I might even be in line to buy up some shares! IMO, the Q will make a the statement that Ward is in the game! AND I believe we are!
NEW DD!!! Corporate Brochure!!

$TGGI Things I'm excited for:
• Billions of volume like we had in March (average 10 day volume is only 205 million right now)
• Q3 report showing Tang’s 10%, & 25+ executives and their holdings if above 4.9% each
• 8k confirming merger + fins already audited = NASDAQ pre- reqs.. CHECK CHECK!

Ah good to hear, that was concerning.
One more thing remains the same, you're still towing! Hopefully things that are the same, soon change for the better!
You are correct, sir. I did not speak with Ward last week. Not sure how you got that from what I said.
Well my friends.. certainly Ward has not put us in the best situation. I’ve read some of the posts here. It is tough seeing some that have been invested for years, had high hopes for MRGE, and now seem to be experiencing the slow and miserable death of dying dreams.
I still have hope and I think we’ll all feel a lot better once the Q comes out. I also really hope all that have read this board, especially those that looked for my posts, and of course held shares, are richly rewarded. Remember, the Whistler has been built. The Strategic Storage Facility, is still in the CFE’s business plan. & many other things, are still the same.
$MRGE
Lol this may be true, I’ve always appreciated Penny’s posts. Not much to dig up nowadays. I just refuse to believe that everything we’ve uncovered of Mirage’s positioning for these deals was for nothing. There are still certain “proofs” that I’m leaving on that signify the certainty of our projects. One of which, is that the Whistler has been built. It’s there, ready to flow gas south. Just waiting for Mexico.
I’m still an MRGE bull!
Thanks Livefree!
Yup. That’s 100% their goal. Based on the DD I’ve seen on Twitter from El Guapo, Elvis 747, Disrupt Applications, and Paul Seo; the financial statements will be roaring!
NASDAQ Seasoning year is upon us:
(1/2) So, why 2 years of audited financials?
— Andy Heller (@Aheller23) September 9, 2021
It’s not even a requirement for a Reverse Merger… but it is for a NASDAQ uplist! This paired with the Super 8-k, begins the 1 year “seasoning” period before $TGGI can apply to uplist to NASDAQ. pic.twitter.com/oBl0yjn98J
A necessary step! And yes, there are some notable DD kings that have made this profound discovery. I’ve been just simply following the trail of golden nuggets!
Where is the retweet button on here? Fire from Rwalto!
A great example of this is that last March we hit these levels on 2 Billion volume... Now at just 200-300 million.. float is locked! Can you imagine what happens to the share price as people catch on and we see 2B volume days again? Crazy.
The Most Extensive DD Package Ever Written.
That’s it, Celnav. Notice the timeline too, “In operation by 2023.” Our projects are 18 months from start to finish.
It’s be clear though, I don’t believe our gas projects are directly dependent upon the industrial parks. I believe our capacity is all accounted for being to Puebla, J&E, etc.. I can’t remember them all. A big one we haven’t seen in PR yet, but imo will, is the Salina Cruz LNG facility. That bad boy will take 3bcf per day easy. Where else will that gas come from except through the Trans Isthmus line!
Thanks all, I’ve been around some.. definitely dropped in for the conspiracy theories a few weeks ago. Died laughing!
Bottom line for my absence, there hasn’t been much noise in the press in recent months.. really up until the last couple of weeks when there has finally been again some chatter surrounding the natural gas plans for the isthmus. Where I’m at, is I believe once the ten development poles in the isthmus are approved, our time is nigh for the natural gas developments to be announced. Last I read, they had approvals for 4 of 10 development poles. Again, it is just my opinion we will need those development poles approved before we see the gas plans announced. I am in hopes that the storage and San Fernando line can be announced even before the isthmus plans.. why? Because of the freeze in February, storage was put back in the business plan for the CFE.
One other thing I learned in recent weeks that was very encouraging; I didn’t know Whitewater midstream already had dealings with Mexico. And I’m not even sure how they are selling gas to Mexico currently because their website doesn’t show any of their lines going to MX.. regardless of how they are selling gas to MX, the important thing is they are like us; Whitewater was founded by two guys, with strong relationships in Mexico, backed by private capital, and awarded multi million dollar contracts. Sounds familiar doesn’t it!
January 2020 this came out. The significance is that the SCT has much to do with the oil and gas aspect of the isthmus development. We’ve been hearing the SCT is involved with this third infrastructure package.
Good evening, can someone enlighten me please on what the Twitter story was?
Thanks Chad. Extremely encouraging!
Yes, develop the Isthmus!! Create jobs. Like the 15,000 direct and indirect through the hydrocarbon crossing system.

Juancy, thank you. Sounds like our deal with PEMEX is exactly the type of contract they want. Cheers!
Thanks Stink. They still have two other ratings agencies.. not really relevant to us
Juancy, can you help with context? What contracts are being reviewed to fix the damage done within PEMEX?
Estamos limpiando a @Pemex de la corrupción y estamos revisando contratos y se va avanzando, pero todavía no terminamos porque fue mucho lo que hicieron de daño: @lopezobrador_. pic.twitter.com/ZBOBDmfWuu

I know you better than to think this means 5 cents May? Haha
I’d celebrate by purchasing shares!
