PLEASE EXPLAIN!! I will start by saying I’m long this stock with over 3 million shares. How is it that the price has done so well today when there has been approximately 28 million sells and 19 million buys? I’m glad it’s up but I’d like a better understanding as to why it’s up. I guess all the sell orders are being bought up by the smart investors.
NO RS CONFIRMED BY THE CEO IN THE PR THE OTHER DAY.
What are the MMs up to with the 10,000 share bids?
Serious Question.... If there is an RS voted in will they do the rs after they issue the news shares over a period of time? After reading the filing it looks like that’s what it says. If that is the case then it could take months before they do it because it will take months to issue the new shares. By then I’m sure we won’t need one and it will expire in July with no RD. Please anyone who has a clearer understanding of the rs please correct me and you will probably enlighten others on the board who are on the fence about investing. Thanks
LOOKS LIKE THEY STOLE THOSE SHARES AT THE ASK PRICE BEFORE THE MARKET OPENED. TOO BAD FOR THAT PERSON.
IF YOU SELL YOU’LL BE SORRY LATER. The 10q was very good. Why are people giving up this early in the game? The fun part hasn’t even started yet and if they would just stick it out they will be happy they did.
The last time there were any shares available in the .007 range was February and it was very little volume. Does this mean we will move through this area quickly?
Serious Question.... Yesterday was the only day so far there was trading in the .005 range and with .006 yesterday and a bit today at the open. Does that have any significance going forward if there is a slight pullback? The great thing is there was no gap this morning to be fill and I’m very happy with that as we all should be.
I’ll be completely honest and tell you I bought 2,920,000 at .0008 and sold some at .003 and some at .0035 thinking it might consolidate in the .002 range, which never happened and now I only have 1,000,000 shares left and I’m kicking myself for selling any of it. I know your first thought is I’m bashing the stock hoping it will come back down so I can jump back in at a better price. That is not the case as I made a bad decision in selling any of it. That is my lack of trading skills and I own that mistake. Now I want to jump back in but as always, as soon as I buy it will go down so I’m waiting. The reason I’m waiting is because all the technicals show overbought and I’m also waiting for some funds to settle from a trade I made Friday. I understand this is a penny stock and technicals don’t always apply and this is why I’m asking the skilled traders to help me out and explain to me why this won’t consolidate with the technicals currently in the overbought range. By answering this question you might help others who are holding off on buying because they are also waiting for the stock to settle down a bit. My plan is to buy tomorrow and hopefully the stock will continue on it’s way up if I don’t jinx this run. Thanks to anyone who has a thoughtful answer.
I am very long this stock and bought at .0008. So what everyone is saying is they believe this is gonna blow right past .01? I do agree that the trading has been different on this run up. The last 2 run ups were on very heavy volume over a day or 2 so there was consolidation after. On this run up the volume has been consistent and the price has steadily moved up with the volume. Is that a sign of accumulation for a long term hold? I’m fairly new at trading so this is a learning experience and I do appreciate reading everyone’s posts as there are very knowledgeable traders here so any advice is welcome. Thanks
Honest analysis would be greatly appreciated. Obviously we’re going to hit .01 in the very short term. My feeling is once that happens there should be some healthy consolidation before the next leg up. How low will it go before heading up after hitting .01? Again, long term consolidation at .01 is much healthier for the stock going forward. I plan on buying more after consolidation but I have no idea how low it might go and I know it’s hard to predict but any thoughts on this would be much appreciated. I thought of buying more today but my gut tells me it’s better to wait for .01 and to see what happens then. Of course, if there is any news everything will change. P.S. if anyone feels we continue past .01 how high do you think it will go before consolidation? Remember consolidation is always good for a stock on an upward trend like SNPW because it’s better to have solid base levels should the stock come down because people want to take profits.
When does everyone think the short Squeeze will begin. Will it happen after a day or two of more consolidation?
Can someone please help me out with this? Is there going to be a reverse split and now that they got the 200 million dollar loan will they still issue 225 million more shares? I’m trying to find something that answers those questions and I can’t. I’d appreciate it if someone could tell me the answer. The more important question is whether or not they will do a RS if the price stays over $1 for ten days and is compliance with the NASDQ. Thanks to anyone who can answer those questions.
What about the GAP from Nov 6the when it gapped up from the day before close at .27 and it only went down to .42? Then there was another gap a couple days later on the 11th when it closed at .45 and only went down to .46 the next day and yes I see the gap your talking about on the 12th when it closed at .55 and only went down to .56 the next day.
Very serious question looking for a thought out answer. There are gaps at .27 and .45 from this last run. Do those have to fill before the MMs let it go up without trying to keep it down to fill the gaps. There was a gap created way back in July 7th at .25 and it finally filled last week before this current run from .27. My feeling is gaps always get filled and if that is true the mm’s won’t stop until it’s filled. I know there is a lot of buying pressure now so it won’t be easy for them to fill them but it would be nice if the gaps weren’t there. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Do the gaps have to fill at .27 and .55?
Serious question looking for a serious answer. Why isn’t anyone concerned about the RS and increase in authorized shares? Won’t that change everything if it happens?
We bounced off the 200SMA yesterday at .0026 should be interesting today.
That was not a run Friday. When is runs like last 2 times it went from .0015 to .0033 a double in price. And before that it ran from .0008 to .0016, another double. Friday was just the first day and it went from .0018 to .0026, only 36%. So my feeling is tomorrow if history repeats itself, it should go to around.004 before a pullback. But I think tomorrow might be different and I think it’s because the volume has been lower then usual, so this run might bring us to .005 or .006 with the right volume. Also look at the candlestick chart and compare the last two runs and the 3 candle day runs. So that means Friday was the first day of a three day run.
What is the bond for? And is it a good thing if they get it?
What do you think will be a realistic price high before the next pullback? If you look at the chart there has been some decent runs on heavy volume then there is always a pull back for consolidation. The unusual thing about this last move up has been on lighter volume before Friday’s jump in price. It seems like this run is going to have a lot more strength if the volume is there. I hope I made sense.
The volume has been a bit lower since the last couple of run ups in price. What does everyone think? Does it indicate that people are holding their shares for a stronger run up in price this time around? The last couple of runs have doubled the price and then there’s a retrace. I’m hoping this run will increase the price more then double without the retrace. It’s bound to happen sooner rather then later. Any thoughts or realistic price predictions based on the charts? We did close right on the 200 DMA at .0026. Let’s hope we break and stay above that from here on.
Which gap? The one from the other days run at .26?
Thanks to everyone who responded. I was up $9,900 on the last run to .0033 and didn’t sell any so I’ve told myself if there’s another run I may take a little off the table. Of course I always say that and never do. I’d hate to sell any of this too earlier because my gut tells me this is the real deal and it has so much potential going forward.
I’ve never had the best luck with stocks and it was Blue who got me interested in this stock when it was .0008 a few weeks ago. He had some really good DD posted at the time and it convinced me to take a chance. I really like the stock but I’ve seen so many stock just fizzle out after a bit of a run. Is this stock really different and yes I’ve read all the DD and it seems as though this is the real thing. Realistically, where does everyone think the stock price will be in a couple of months? Are we really in a consolidation phase or is it heading down? I know I have to decide for myself and my gut tells me this stock has so much potential but what truly sets it aside from all the other penny stocks out there(and yes I’ve read all the dd a hundred times to remind me when I have doubts)? What is the catalyst gonna be for this stock to move significantly higher? How far away are we from seeing real revenue? Any meaningful input would be appreciated. And no I’m not in anyway trying to plant doubt in anyone’s head. I hold a few million shares, which I know isn’t nearly as much as some of the others on this board, but I’m taking a big chance with what little money I have invested. If I were 100 different people looking to invest in a stock what would you say to convince me that this is the stock to take a chance with? Anyone who takes the time to respond here with some new thoughts and ideas will be a big help and depending on what you write it may convince others who are on the fence to pull the trigger and invest today. Thanks!!
I assume that’s on L2, which I don’t have. It would be nice if we don’t drop below.0018 today. Then maybe we can move up tomorrow.
I sat on the bid with 908,000 that’s why the bid dropped back down to 10,000 after I changed the order, but it wouldn’t fill. I’m hoping that’s because no one is willing to sell at .0017. So I grab less shares at .0018.
Why do you think it’s a fake ask? I just bought 858,000 shares at .0018.
Yes, I agree. We’ll have to see if the volume is there at the open.
Are the mm’s doing that? If they are keeping it bullish, why? Have they accumulated enough shares and now they want it to run?
This is a serious question so anyone who might have insight on this it would be greatly appreciated. Why was there another buy at .002 for 10,000 shares right before the close? That is the second day this has happened. Is it the mm’s trying to get it to run? Because of the close at .002 there was a bullish hammer formed. That’s a very good technical ending to the day.
Blue when you say it’s a fake ask does that mean when people sell into the bid that the mm’s are accumulating shares at the bid price? I actually bought 863,710 shares around 3:30 for .0018. I know this might seem like a question with an obvious answer but I have a lot to learn about trading.
RS is not gonna happen.
Ok, I just read the other Post regarding share structure while I was writing my last message.
Why were there another 80 million shares added if there is no more Dilution? I just bought another 1,930,000 shares today so I’m concerned if the share count is going to continue higher. Please tell me that is it and no more shares will be added unless I’m misinformed. I hope I wasn’t under the wrong impression and there are more shares to come.
KeepItRealistic what do you think about the direction of the MACD? I put an order in for 1,930,000 shares and got filled for 1,830,391 shares at .0018 so I’m in with more. Anyway do you think the line will turn up before hitting the Zero Line? It seems like it’s starting to turn.
KeepItRealIstic I am learning as I go so are you saying you believe there might be another shake tomorrow? Also, I’ve been watching the technicals very closely and would you agree that until they start turning positive the price may stay stagnant or drop a bit more? After all if you look at the RSI, MACD, Slow and Fast Stochastic the price has been following those indicators very closely. Again, I’m waiting to buy more but I only have a limited amount of cash so I want to buy as close to the bottom as I can. Thanks in advance for an educated response.
There were 31,965,244 sold and 10,639,453 bought today. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any big buying at any level today. Unless I’m missing something please explain where you saw big buys coming in. I ask because if I’m missing something I’d like to know where it is so when it’s time for me to buy more I don’t want to do it too soon.
I said it yesterday I’m holding a few million shares so I want this to continue north but like I said the all the technicals were substantial overbought so it was do for a breather. This is healthy for the stock to continue up. We may have a couple more down days or at the very least more consolidation before a stronger move north. Again, it’s not a bad thing so when it moves up again it will have more follow through and it will be a stronger move.
Let me say first I have a few million shares and I’m a strong supporter of the company. We all want it to continue north but all of the indicators are overbought and I’m not great at technical analysis but doesn’t that mean the stock will take a breather for the next couple of days? Also, I have never seen a stock stay so high in almost all technicals without dropping in price to level off. But this stock is so cheap I can’t see it going down much so how does it get back in a healthy price range so as to not show so overbought? This is a very serious question and I would appreciate anyone with knowledge of technicals to explain this to me and I’m sure there are many others with the same concern who are holding back on buying because they are waiting for the price to get in a better technical range. Again, I’m very new to understanding technical analysis and would really appreciate someone who knows much more about this to help out. Thanks!!
