UHHH OHHHHhhh, Another down day??? Closing bid of .07?? What happened to the "green tomorrow" prediction that I have been seeing for the past few days?? I just hate when this happens. Oh yeah, That's right, Howard is on vacation. When he gets back maybe he will put new bearings in to the pump handle so it works better again. GLTA and LOL
I just saw 3 trades go through at .07 down 8.97%. Wheeeeres the news? LOL
Last trade .072 down 6.37%. Wheeeeeres Howie? LOL
At the close the bid is .074. That's what it's worth. GLTA again for tomorrow.
I think it will close closer to .074. How about a deal here? If it closes at .08 or better you can beat on me and pump to your hearts content and I will not post anything negative for 24 hours. If it closes at or below .075 You will not pump and I can post all of my remaining allowable messages with facts about past history. If I so choose. LOL
Heh heh, Maybe it's "canciferous". Or "tileiceferous". It would be good if Howard would fire up a whole bank of those generators and put a little spark into this.
Somebody call for a crash cart please. We are "flat lining". LOL and LOL and GLTA
I'm still trying to figure out what our former board moderator meant by this post.
the answer is Howard said that whoever sold today will be sorry next week ,they are working behind the scenes
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=12142061
The PPS of CHDT was quite a bit higher when this message was posted. This kind of stuff really makes me wonder what is or has actually gone on in regards to sales of shares.
Well, Whadaya know about that folks. Those darn MM's didn't slam it to the low for the day at the end of the session. Maybe this is the bottom. GLTA.
LOL, I think probably Bart's shares are going through the mill right now. I see it is coming back from the low. What bothers me is the MM's like to close the session with a few held back trades at the low for the day. Or they just paint the tape with whatever they want.
So much for .073. Was that .066 I saw? This is getting real bad. The insiders are probably dumping now.
Last trade, .0755 down 5.63%. So Bart is wanting to sell shares again huh? That doesn't surprise me one bit. The insiders are probably the only ones making any money from this other than the pump & scalpers during the last run to over .20 P/S
Adams, You are wrong. Howard did set up the coal mining equipment deal and it obviously was another failure.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=12478352
Lucy, On your profile page you have this phrase,
"Do your own DD, can be done many ways"
I have done my own DD on CHDT formerly CBQI. I have been doing that DD for over six years. Howard was allegedly going to rent a boat and do U turns to China and back with coal mining equipment and return with coal products. It never happened. That is just one of many failures from this company. Howard clearly stated when he reincorporated in Florida and changed the name and symbol that it was still the same company and nothing changed about it. Name calling and or innuendos will not change the truth. I'm sorry but My crystal ball fell right slap off of the desk and busted all over the floor a long time ago. I no longer have the ability to see into the future in order to know with out a doubt that what Howard is and has been projecting in forward looking PR's will in reality come to fruition. This Company has a very dark past. I sincerely hope that all who are invested in this stock make money from it. More so than a pump & scalp spike. LOL, Now I will have 5 posts left which I may or may not use at my discretion.
Thank You Lucy. Honest answers should always prevail.
In front of their trading screens in their boiler rooms LOL.
A shake LOL? More like an earthquake. .235 down to .082 is 65.1% decrease in value in a very short period of time. That is reality like it or not. It's obvious that the world as a whole is not as optimistic as a few are on this board.
It maybe "sad sack" lucy, but it is reality. Should we be cheerleading a BB stock that has just had a very large pump & Scalp done to it? Last trade, .08
Mercy, .082. It's falling like the gas guage in my old cadillac at 90MPH.
Have at it and good luck. I'm not buying more at this time unless it hits .032 again. Maybe by Thursday.
LOL, .084 and still going south. (O)(O)
LOL, Just dropped to .085 with 17,000 shares traded really fast at that price.
LOL, We are at .0872 now and falling.
Hurricane season may not be as bad
The Associated Press
Thursday, August 03, 2006 03:14 pm GMT
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) -- The Colorado State University hurricane forecast is predicting that the upcoming hurricane season won't be as bad as earlier predicted.
Colorado State professor William Gray's reducing the number of likely hurricanes from nine to seven and intense hurricanes from five to three.
Gray, who's one of the nation's leading hurricane forecasters, says the fact that there have only been two hurricanes in July is not the reason for the revision.
He says Atlantic sea surface temperatures are not quite as warm and surface pressure is not quite as low. Also, the eastern equatorial Pacific has warmed some and trade winds in the tropical Atlantic are slightly stronger.
Gray and he team says hurricane activity will continue to be above average and will continue to be for another 15 to 20 years.
Thirteen major hurricanes have formed in the Atlantic Basin the past two years, seven of them striking the U.S. coast with devastating damage resulting from four of them.
Your welcome and thank You. I have never been a "basher". No reason to be. I don't have a margin account or any overseas accounts. Never did. It is my hope that all the recent PR's about new business come to fruition. Six years of past business has not. GLTA
OT: To those who have sent me PM's. Thank You. I can read them but I can't return them due to my now being a free agent. My original grandfathered acct. was removed due to my taking on bashers on another board. I now stay within the I-Hub TOU.
OK, Answer to part one of your question. I post on this stock board because I can. I have an interest in this stock that dates back over six years of this company's failures. Answer to part two of your question. No, I am not interested in buying or selling at this time. Answer to part three of your question. If any "longs" are feeling harassed by my giving of honest opinion and true information on poor past performance of this company and or its officers they should use the ignore feature rather than making innuendos and or personal attacks. Know what I mean vern?
Bashers don't waste there time on bad stocks. I wonder how many hundreds of times that phrase has been posted on stocks that have been really bad? Have fun folks, I've spent enough time bringing real past facts to the board for now. BTW, I have been a shareholder of this Company at one time or another for over six years. If you want to characterize me as a basher have at it. I consider myself as a realist. Like Johny Paycheck sang in his last written song, "The Old Violin", "You can't change the truth in the slightest way" And that is a fact.
Good point, However, Maybe only an idiot would pump a stock that has as bad of a track record as this one has. I don't consider this as being a "jewel" yet. Not even a diamond in the rough, Or is it "ruff". All IMO, JMO, IMHO and any other O's that don't mean anything. GLTA Last CHDT trade, .088 down 5.38%.
Each to their own way. GLTA
Thank You. You have just proved my point for doing DD on a company's past. Two years ago it WAS the same Company and it WAS the same management as Howard Ullman WAS the CEO as He still is.
Thank you. That was precisely my point. That stuff never got off of the ground and never came to fruition. The history of this Company putting out fluff PR's and then having failed business transactions is infamous. Anybody who is thinking of investing in any company had darn sure better take a look at the company's past performance.
We've got some hard core pumpers among us. lol.
Does anybody know how well China Direct's coal, Coke and mining equipment business is doing? It was less than two years ago that Howard released this PR.
China Direct Trading Corp. Starts Chinese Trading and Business Development Campaign in New Beijing Offices
BEIJING, Oct 26, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- China Direct Trading Corporation's (OTC Bulletin Board: CHDT) subsidiary, China Pathfinder Fund (CPF), is aggressively pursuing business development opportunities in China this week. CPF officers are in Beijing today to formally open their new trade offices and hold trade talks with private business parties and high-ranking ministerial government officials of the central government.
CPF has been retained by a U.S. client as a paid consultant to source and negotiate terms for a new staple consumer baby product. The company has visited numerous factories and will present recommendations for manufacturing sources to the client. CPF will expect to be tasked by the client to then continue to handle all purchasing and logistics for the client.
CPF will also be meeting with private and central ministerial government officials regarding coal. The company is representing Black Fuel Energy, LLC, which is located in Knoxville, Tennessee, in selling coal and coal mining
equipment, as well as discussing five different coal mining joint ventures.
China is the largest consumer and producer of coal in the world, but China's coal mining industry is not able to meet current demand due to lack of new technologies and poor mining conditions. The coal sector will be the first of several energy-related areas CPF will enter in China. China Direct Trading Corp. will form an affiliate called China Direct Energy Corp. The focus of this vertical affiliate will be to transport energy commodities to and from China.
The company is currently working on selling coal to China and then purchasing its byproduct, coke, to sell back to the U.S. Coke is in heavy demand in the U.S. and prices are expected to soar to $300 to $500 a ton over the next year.
The company expects to save money on shipping as it will book ships for a round trip and shipping is the largest cost in moving coal and coal by products.
CPF is also seeking a government license to operate an e-commerce online business with a joint venture partner; and is in talks with a furniture manufacturer looking for distribution in the U.S.
The goal of China Direct Trading Corp. is to evolve into a diversified trading company in vertical finished product and commodity markets, taking advantage of its extensive relationships with the Government of China. Each subsidiary of the company will seek to structure a joint venture with an experienced U.S. entity to manage the subsidiary as it has done with Souvenir Direct Inc., a profitable leader in the domestic Souvenir and Promotional products industries. By using
this model, CHDT can leverage its China contacts without having to operate unfamiliar businesses, thus increasing its chances of success with each venture.
BUSINESS: CHDT is a global trading company engaged in product development, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and product placement into mass retail.
The company holds patents and sells products to importers, theme parks and directs to retail worldwide. By establishing relationships with various governmental agencies, public and private institutions, and private industries in China, the company aims to play a key role in assisting U.S. companies that desire to move production or investments into China, as well as helping Chinese firms grow through U.S. distribution and financial support. In addition, the company acquires and invests in innovative products, services, or technology companies.

Pat, I was referring to the generators only. I have seen the approval on the tiles. However, Due to past experience I won't believe that until the tiles are here and sold and until somebody is nailing them to the roof. The same goes for the generators. BTW, How is Howard doing with the furniture division? I'll be back again later as it's too nice to sit here all weekend. I'm going for a ride on my H-D. That's a sure thing. -------------------------------- unless I blow a tire at 80.
To what?
I already have.
I don't recall seeing this posted to the board before so I will now. It is from "The South Florida Business Journal". Howard is quoted in the story as saying, "We will be", Not, We are. Guardian generators are not of China Direct's own manufacture and import. So where are these generators as stated below in his quote.
http://southflorida.bizjournals.com/southflorida/stories/2006/07/03/story4.html
Cooper City firm generates business via China
South Florida Business Journal - June 30, 2006
by Ed Duggan
A local firm aims to grow by producing key hurricane-related materials via its Chinese manufacturing connections.
China Direct Trading Co. (Pink Sheets: CHDT), a penny-stock with more than half a billion shares selling around 8 cents each, has some ambitious plans for both portable generators and roofing tiles.
Kenneth Gruneisen, broker at Source Capital in Lighthouse Point, warns the success rate for penny stocks is "dismally low."
If the company delivers, it will be one of the few successful penny stock firms - many of which tend to be long on fanciful stories but woefully short on results.
"We will be manufacturing our own line of propane powered generators in China for import into the U.S., as well as an entire line of glazed roof tiles from factories exclusive to us," said Howard Ullman, chairman of China Direct.
The twin products are in demand, Ullman said, because propane storage is safer than gasoline cans stacked up in a garage and there is a long wait for roof tiles in hurricane-ravaged Florida and the Gulf Coast states.
Testing on the roof tiles is underway, he added, executed by an independent laboratory to certify they meet stringent local building standards.
Ney Dias, president of E-Z General & Roofing Contractors in Broward, who is not connected with China Direct, said there is anywhere from a six-week to six-month wait for roof tiles.
"If another storm hits, those times will all be lengthened," he said.
Ullman is experienced in China, having for the last 20 years headed Souvenir Direct, a company selling refrigerator magnets and key rings made there under contract and sold in 29 countries. The company is now a subsidiary of China Direct.
"Doing business with China is very simple," Ullman said. "You pay for everything in advance, cash or letter of credit - no credit terms, no special deals, nothing on consignment."
It's a formula he maintains works in the magnet business, using it to sell to big clients like Disney and Six Flags generating around $800,000 in annual revenue.
"The material is shipped directly to the customer; we never touch it after it leaves the factory," Ullman said.
That pay-in-advance and never-touch-the-product business plan has changed somewhat. China Direct acquired a distribution outlet for residential and commercial generators in Pompano Beach.
I fully agree with you hank. While some here can find a company or two that have gone on to be successful after an R/S, Those are an absolute minority. Last evening I did a simple web search on "Guardian Generators". There is nothing exclusive about them in regards to China Direct. People need to be careful of rose colored glasses that are such a dark shade that they are blinding. I hope I'm wrong but I believe that it will take more than a paid run with S&P and a bunch of fluff PR's to get real investors interested in this or any other BB stock. I also believe that buying that listing on S&P was putting the cart about ten years ahead of the horse. I also do not believe that those charts I keep seeing posted mean any thing at all when it comes to a BB stock. There is no past performance to chart other than years of dismal performance and a spike which happened when a bunch of fluff PR's were pumped and "huge"(yup, Theres that great pump word again) cheer leading was hitting a couple of message boards. I have no reason to believe that a lot of money was not scalped from that run up. GLTA.
LOL, Lets hope he didn't go to the Bahamas with it.
