Possibly. Similar situation to GERS and YA maybe? I'm just along for the ride at this point :)
I'm sure there are legal issues surrounding what they can and cannot share if they ever plan to list to a major exchange again. Total guess on my behalf, but something to think about... Maybe.
Pilewicz is located in Pennsylvania I believe. Not sure if there's an asset, but maybe an office?

Fun read if you're into some sci-fi type stuff. It's no longer sci-fi though, it's quickly becoming reality.

Welcome to the humble abode.
Six Months
What lockout period?
Toxic might be a good word. I won't pass judgement on YA until I know more though. Makes sense with the delisting. Revocation is different then delisting though. I think. Not sure why Attis wouldn't have just pulled a GERS and allowed trading of the stock. That's kind of confusing.
I know YA is a microcap lender. I know the Attis defense lawyer specializes in securities fraud. And I know it's a Notice of Removal. That's really all I've got so far. Figured I'd post the information here so everyone else can dive into it.
A notice of removal is signed by the defendants and filed in federal court to begin the process of transferring the civil action from state court to federal court.
A plaintiff objecting to the removal may file a motion asking the district court to remand the case to state court. ... A motion to remand the case for procedural defects in the removal must be made within 30 days after the removal notice is filed in federal court.

The link below was back in 2018. Maybe they got the deal done? Seemed like a manipulative way to try and bump the stock price at the time if I'm being honest. Crypto companies were exploding at the time and just the mentioning of crypto was causing a spike in prices. I'm still more bullish on their Carbon Fibre efforts than I am on their crypto efforts. In my opinion, actual commercialization is still probably 2 to 4 years out. Hopefully, we get some news this year from both GERS and ATIS though. That be awesome.

Is that new?
I like to keep estimates as conservative as possible, but I agree 100% that the purchase could have easily been a slam dunk.
Talk to Schwab (or any other brokers you use). I personally use multiple. I know for a fact Schwab is commission-free on US-registered stocks. That includes GERS.
If you still pay commissions on US based securities you're investing wrong.

I recommend looking into the assumptions used. I threw this together pretty quick.
They seem to be a step ahead of the market when pricing facilities. You're probably right, I'm sure they didn't overpay to acquire it. They seem to have a method to their madness.

To me, it looks like Attis was the highest bidder on the Clayton plant. I need to find it, but I read that the seller's intentions weren't for a full buyout of the company, just the Clayton Plant.
So I'm thinking Attis purchased the Clayton plant and renamed it Attis Biofuels Clayton and moved it under the Attis Biofuels umbrella.
It's very intriguing though. They now have 3 known locations, assuming Serbia gets done. I'm excited.
As for J.S. Cosman Enterprises, I'm sure that's Cosman's holding company. It's probably where he keeps all of his shares/investments. That's pure speculation though.
I'll drop this here too. I did this back in March. Clayton was actually in there to my surprise.

That has to be the one Thanks. Wonder how accurate it is. Going from 12m (Attis press release) in revenue to 59m is a pretty steep jump. I'm all for it though.
Both of those investments are in the public filings (10-Qs and 10-Ks). I'm assuming they're still owned unless stated otherwise.
CBInsights.com claims they were acquired aswell.
A CCS revenue figure I saw said $59m. If they did acquire, we're looking at a giant in the making if that figure is accurate.
I was going to say that I don't think CCS was actually purchased by Attis, but Pitchbook.com has their status listed as Aquired/Merged and active subsidiary, sooooo I don't know. Emailed a few people at CCS a while ago and at the time they said the deal was in limbo. Maybe that has changed? Might be worth while to contact them to see what they say. They're definitely expanding. I hope Attis is the owner, that'd be awesome.
Attis provided the lignin for the study below. The study was completed in August, the journal was published in October.
"Influence of plasticizers on thermal and mechanical properties of biocomposite filaments made from lignin and polylactic acid for 3D printing"

You can access the article for free if you're willing to put in a little effort.
Attis is only mentioned twice and as a material supplier. It's an interesting read none-the-less. Assuming you're into this stuff.

It'd be a beautiful thing if true. Sure it's just a technical issue though.
But you could be right. Last time it went down it was an update, so I guess we'll see.
