Almost there everyone, almost there! Almost in penny territory! OMH.
LOL. Yep - I would say your predictions on this are an accurate forecast of the upcoming week.
I'm holding my cash to load big for the next buy.
If it takes off before then, BETTER YET !
Yep - agreed. Liftkits4less is a fully functioning machine.
I don't doubt the business is doing well. Which is why I'm so confused on the PPS. /shouldershrug
I'm confused. Why wouldn't a person buy when the price is cheap? Haha.
See that one follower you have? That's me. I follow because I respect your opinion. Thanks for the response.
We definitely need numbers to put facts behind all the assumptions being thrown about here. FLES is keeping us in the dark and it's disturbing. Granted, they have provided some financials about company performance. But I'd really like to know more about the share structure at this point.
FLES -- Zombie nation baby !!!
Totally agree with "copy and paste responses."
Yes, we need those financials.
But I'm afraid, even after the financials are released, we may still be in a PPS free fall.
Uhh, dirtdweller -- what makes you think the negative perspective on the board has anything to do with the PPS being low?
Even with the board being positive, the PPS tanks.
We hit the ask, it bumps the PPS for an hour - then the MM's take it back down another 20%.
We sit on the buy, the MM's still manage to take the PPS down a few more % points.
At this point, the PPS has nothing to do with the community's attitude. It also has nothing to do with whether or not we all decide to slap the ask.
Slapping the ask has been attempted. How many ask slaps do you think is needed for it to change the trend the MM's are setting here? If you look at if from the perspective of leverage, how much shareholder money would be required for shareholders to be able to stand against the unknown amount of shares the note-holders are holding?
cheers ^
I could see that being the case.
I'm wondering if the compensation plan is the same. $2000/month seems to be a very low amount for a company to take on corporate communication.
But I found it a little strange that Steffan was making the calls on who should be handling FLES communication for FLES. Seems to be out of line for him.
I've done a little digging on this Silver State Advisors, LLC. I can't find any information on this company that makes me feel like this was an upgrade. The company isn't recognized by the BBB. Was able to find two employees who may or may not work for Silver State Advisors, LLC., none of whom are named Jack.

I believe this was all published before, but Steffan Dalsgaard name shows in iHub:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=134811368
***Sketchy***
Well, to be honest - the most direct way would be to contact Tim or Chris directly again via email. Chris was polite enough to response to a few FLES community members here about Steffan being the FLES Communication POC.
I would expect him to do the same for the new appointment.
That is, unless Steffan is still the hired communication POC for FLES, still being paid $2000/month, and is now delegating work to the new guy, and taking a percentage of the $2000/month rate, while handing the larger percentage of payment and work over to the new guy.
I haven't directly contacted Chris or Tim about this yet. I don't have their emails. However, there are several people in the community who have communicated with them in the past. I was hoping for them to be proactive about the situation and send them an inquiry. Then post their findings for the rest of the community here.
I'm more optimistic then a flat quarterly performance. I think FLES will see increases quarter over quarter. So I'm guessing it will be over 10M.
I'm with you on that. I can't help but think this ticker will continue to drop - no matter how many times we ask slap. The MM's seem determined to drop the PPS on this ticker.
So, I'm now waiting for .01 to pick up more shares. I don't see the point any longer of slapping the ask. It will only cause a head fake. Then the MM's will drop the PPS another 25%
When you say "default situation", what does this mean? I'm asking so I can get familiar with the usage of the word. I'm not being facetious - just trying to learn.
Hey Nikitze,
I agree - the notice should be made by FLES that their Communication POC is being replaced.
Not taking an action, in itself, is taking an action of inaction.
My last post of the day, so now it's off to the sidelines for my peanut gallery comments.
Only three things come to mind:
1. Existing debt (which i thought had been paid by all the shares moved so far)
2. Expanding infrastructure:
- Last November, FLES stated a lofty goal of planning to have four fulfillment centers to cover the business expansion. There is a chance, that all this dilution is to support that goal. However, I've made several attempts to glean information from Steffan about that matter, and he's being very tight lip about it. Aside from the Nevada fulfillment center, no official word on future centers yet. But again, the goal was four.
3. Beefing up their eCommerce website. Contrary to what others may think, keeping a website current on content and security does cost a lot of money. FLES had taken advantage of Amazon's web services while they were with Amazon. To manage your own website, particularly one that moves millions of dollars in revenues each quarter, would require some resources.
I guess a fourth item would be pay roll and other overhead expenses.
Steffan has mentioned that FLES will continue to dilute until the company is profitable. He did not explain more than that, but has stated that we've taken his statement out of context to draw inaccurate conclusions. Although, everything he said is vague at best, which leaves us with incomplete information anyway.
FLES has recently pulled off of Amazon to save the merchandising expense they would need to pay Amazon. Pulling away from Amazon probably increased their profit margin. (Although I'm curious what their opportunity loss was by making this move. To lose a point of sale location can be detrimental sometimes.)
FLES has a ton of Ebay purchases and reviews within the last month alone. I woulds say, nearly a perfect review/service record with that. Ebay sales for Liftkits 4Less is doing very well.
FLES released a PR last week (Was it last week? I forget), which at a minimum, does show an increase in revenues. The rest of the information was mostly information we already knew, and just regurgitated data.
These are the reasons why I'm sticking around with FLES. I believe their plan is good. Their execution on the other hand, well over the last several months - has been questionable to say the least.
Is it trashier than FLES?
It's funny how being a part of this board has effected the way I now see the word "shortly" and "soon." In everyday life, when someone throws out that word at work - I laugh thinking about FLES.
So sad. Haha
I don't even know Tim or Chris, but I can't help but have a terrible impression of their level of integrity based on how they've ran this ticker to the ground. Hopefully, their future actions will fix that.
Hoping for the best in the next 12 months.
As depressing as this ticker may appear to be, I'm still a believer. haha
I'll be loading more shares soon enough.
We can vent all we want, but we still lack the evidence to prove anything.
Any statements tossed around on the board at this point are purely speculative until we see some financials.
And when will we see the financials? I dunno, maybe within the next year.
Yep - last few months have been nothing but depressing.
Couple head fakes here and there. But the MM's appear to want to drive this stock to the grave.
I came late to the game so I haven't seen or heard much from Tog throughout my time holding FLES shares.
Although I have been attempting to validate that $4M warehouse statement he popped in to throw at us, and have failed in finding any solid evidence that the $4M warehouse statement holds any water. That to me, there is no $4M warehouse until proven otherwise.
FLES in general has been averting to provide any solid details or numbers to anyone. If any of their corporate information, dealings and management direction has not been made public, Steffan also refuses to release any of that information either. At this point, Steffan is being paid to say "I don't know."
I was wondering how long that head-fake of PPS showing green would stick around.
Haha
I know right? Well, at this point we know the SS released on June 12 is old data and no longer current.
It has been stated by Steffan, the current SS will be released in the next financial report.
Question/Response from Steffan --
At this point, I think it's safe to say that we can throw Tog's statement of a $4M warehouse out the window as an assumption until someone is brave enough to admit or official notice is made.
On the bright side, the current warehouse that FLES does posses has helped FLES so far. So if additional fulfillment centers are brought online, I would expect additional increase in efficiency. Hopefully in the long run this translates to helping to bring the PPS back to where it should be!

My Questions:
Morning Steffan,
Happy Wednesday. Another day, another % loss on the FLES ticker. Good times~
Next time you talk to Tim, ask him to verify Tog's statement of a $4M warehouse/fulfillment site.
Also ask him how many fulfillment facilities have already been acquired.
Also ask him if the number of employees have increased since dilution began.
Also ask him if the target amount of fulfillment sites is still set at a count of four, and when they plan to acquire all these fulfillment sites by.
Steffan's Response:
Hello Hoku,
The fulfillment center was set up to hold product from suppliers of ours so we can ship it out faster.
This has grown the company efficiency in spades and I am only aware of one fulfillment center that the company operates in Nevada.
If the company plans to add any additional fulfillment centers, they will absolutely make a public statement about this.
I apologize for not being able to answer the other questions as this information has not been made public.
All the best,

No one knows when the dilution will stop.
When we question them about diluted shares and current share structure, they always say current status will be stated in the Financial Reports.
When we question them about the Financial Reports, they've always been saying the Financial Reports are nearly complete, should be done soon/shortly.
*sigh*
/facepalm
lol
What does GM stand for ?
In a way, I’m glad I don’t have funds in my TD account to spend. I would have picked up more shares today. But the time my funds clear, I think I’ll come in at a lower PPS.
And if the price goes up? Better yet :)
Unfortunately, just the crickets chirping.
No news, just a few head fakes by manipulators who appear to be pulling the PPS down.
So does MM stand for Market Manipulators?
I've committed myself to waiting a few more weeks before I buy more.
I think that dump truck is on it's way.
Hit the .02 milestone today! Oh boy - next few weeks are going to be ugly (>.<) !!!!
Lots of fair weather fans around here. I mean, this is the stock market. It's not a vending machine where you put money into and get an instant response. Nor is it a miracle machine where you put your money into to automatically multiply the amount of money inserted, though I wish this was the case - haha.
I'll be asking Steffan the same questions, I'll post the response as well.
I can't help but think the same. The back of my mind is saying the reason the financials are being delayed is because it will show the number of O/S.
If they hide the number of O/S, they'll be able to play the market as the investors do not know what the cap is.
The longer they keep investors in the dark on the cap, the longer they can keep people guessing where the bottom is.
The longer people are guessing where the bottom is, the more the PPS will fluctuate and chances of gaining more capital will increase because of FUD.
The more people are uncertain, the more they will want to hit up 7-11 to binge eat.
The more people binge eat, the more we help 7-11 grow.
The more 7-11 grows, we will be able to stabilize the cost of the Slurpee.
So this is really about Slurpees.
How you like them fallacious apples?
I agree, but that's sort of putting the cart before the horse here.
I'm still very newbish when it comes to trading stock, but my primary concern at this point is the number of O/S. I'm very curious to know that number. If we understand that number, we would see the limit the dilution would continue to. Then just take worst case scenario of dilution of all shares, and estimate by the daily volume of shares traded to figure out a general timeline of how much longer dilution could be expected. I don't know if this makes sense so please correct me if I'm wrong.
The financials is a record of past performance. If I see the financials, it would give me confidence to see a rise in revenues, even though the expense is higher. I don't mind seeing a higher expense because as I understand it, FLES is in the growth phase and it takes money to grow.
If we see the financials, we can wrap a tentative timeline around how much more dilution is needed before they plan to stop.
I used to hit 7-11 for quick fixes a few years back in Hawaii. But now I've relocated to Utah for work and they have Maverick stops here.
If FLES were to release good news, wouldn't they want to release that at the beginning of the week to allow the ticker to run? That's my thoughts anyway.
Probably just gas.
I don't foresee any official news for a bit more.
Tim's company is sort of a misnomer.
This is Chris's company (4Less Corp) using Tim's ticker - if I understand the situation correctly.
Chris has built the 4Less Corp up to what it was before merging with Tim's company to use Tim's ticker. Chris and Tim partnered up to take the 4Less Corp public, using Tim's ticker.
