Lol - wonder what happen to that 1,870,xxx bid.
I guess the buyer figured they would be able to get a better deal if they waited for a bit.
Incoming penny land. Sub-penny land on the horizon? wowza
Been a slow and quite day on the boards. Looks like everyone is settled in at .02-ish
Looking forward to more news though. Official news from FLES. Not through their business partnerships. It's a shame we're getting more information through their business partners then we are from FLES directly. I wonder why that is?
Oh well, just buys me more time to load more shares. Can't say I totally hate whats going on.
You know, I was originally intending on withdrawing some of my money out of my Fidelity account to pick up more shares, but my that account is showing a 10% gain. lol. As for FLES - a 60% loss.
But what the heck right? Next goal is still 250k shares =)
Kick's in the balls are never a good thing.

FLES is turning into a longer play that I originally thought, but I think it will come around nicely.
Charlie's Angels is a fun movie.
Every Monday we hope it’s the week we see the financials. Every Friday we look forward to the next Monday. Rinse and repeat.
Sweet. Thanks for the share
First of all - why no Taylor Swift anymore?
Secondly - Jack’s response time isn’t as immediate as Steffan. Steffan was pretty timely with responses. Makes me think Jack is going back to Steffan for answers to some questions being asked until he has his feet under him.
I’m the end, just another talking head.
I had an Ex once like the Goof. Basically jus says anything to get attention. Ignore the FUD slinger and life will be that much better.
We are all official and indoctrinated FLES bubble-heads.
Dang Bull, sorry to hear that bud.
All the money I'm throwing on FLES wouldn't been played in Vegas anyway. So statistically, my odds are better played on FLES then it would have been played on the tables. =)
But lets be honest here. That 2 Million bid is you isn't it? ;)
Welcome to the party. We're in the, "Hurry up and wait" period of FLES. lol
Have you sold your shares?
Yep - I'm glad my bud on the board here, Justjoe1979, told me about FLES over a month ago.
I didn't have a Vegas trip this year, so all my play money is in the market
this year.
I think FLES is a good bet.
I honestly wouldn't mind turning $40k into $80k and calling it a day
last few months have told us the larger volume movements come later in the afternoon. Around 1300EST/1100MST/1000GMT
I hope it's not a flipper who decides to sell at .04
Jack normally takes a day, or two at most, to respond to my questions.
What questions have you asked? Maybe I can hit him up from my email account as well.
Hmm .. alright.
That being said, I won't assume the numbers posts are the actual's.
I don't know why, but I think the numbers displayed are old numbers and not the current numbers. You can just chalk it up as a side effect of how FLES has been treating us shareholders up till now. I just think the number are a little less than where it should be.
On the bright side, having those numbers provided does give us a ball park idea of where the numbers are - so I'm thankful for that.
Has anyone crunched the numbers of volume of shares moved and the amount of OS announced? Do they correlate?
Looking forward to penny prices ;)
And if it decides to take a hike, looking forward to gains.
Either way, win-win.
Nice to see some humor :)
I honestly don’t know how much an Institutional would put into an OTC company.
If I had to guess though, it would be enough to off set a large portion of business expenses and potentially enough to support some future growth.
But I don’t know. IMO - the way FLES has been operating won’t paint a good picture for Institutional Investors to have a high level of confidence in them yet.
4Less Corp
40k is an Institutional investment?
I still have full confidence in FLES. I think it's a good bet. But I'm also attempting to time my next buy to maximize the amount of shares I can get. So I know what you're talking about.
I generally pick up more shares on Friday's on the dip. I plan to stick to the plan.
If you get in today and the price drops tomorrow, you can find comfort that the price paid today is over 90% cheaper than those who bought two months ago.
Sorry if this posts hurts anyone's feelings.
As a reminder to everyone on the board, we were informed by FLES PR that dilution would continue until FLES is profitable. So I wouldn't be surprised if dilution continues for a while longer.
I've been loading on Fridays. Fridays are a good day to load. PPS seems to dip and you get more shares for your buck.
I'd be surprised if Tim answered his phone. I've been reading that most people here on the board who have tried to reach out to Tim have been neglected.
At this rate, it seems like they're working FLES financials one or two days a week! haha
It was stated before my FLES corporate communication rep. that the dilution in ongoing until FLES is profitable.
FLES is in the midst of their growth phase. In 2018, FLES had a goal to acquire three additional fulfillment centers. At the moment, we only know of the one fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I don't know the situation of their debts being paid off, because we haven't been given official word on that yet. Although some here assume all debts have been paid, FLES has yet to acknowledge that claim.
The basic assumption of the board is that the debts have been cleared, and they are using the money from dilution to expand their infrastructure. Well, ..atleast that's my take from things. Let's see if anyone else has any comments.
Also note, that the last PR Rep. said dilution would continue until FLES is profitable. So until we see a financial document showing us that FLES is profitable - I wouldn't expect the dilution to stop.
I would say the positive is FLES, the negative is MCGI side of things.
I'll be honest, I have never tried to call Chris or Tim yet. I don't feel as though it's Chris's side that is causing the hold up. Although, the only reason I say so is because the 4Less Corp has provided numbers that show they have been operating just fine as a private company in the past. Their financials give me confidence that Chris's records are in pretty good shape.
I do feel as though Tim's financial records may have needed more time to look in to. But in the end, I don't have a clue about what things need to be looked at during an audit so I can't act as if I understand what the hold up would be.
People on the board here keep speculating about when the dilution will stop, and I find that funny. Others may also say the bottom is in. They have no reason to say these things, aside from being entertaining, because we have no evidence to back any of those statements.
TBH, Chris is not acting like the majority owner of this company. It's almost as if the dude's opinion is optional in the way the company is ran. I just don't get it. Chris has worked hard to build FLES up to where it is today as a private company, only to let the corporate image get crapped on once they went public. Hey apparently is always "very frustrated". But guess what? Being frustrated doesn't solve problems. Taking actions to solve problems, solves problems and they've been singing the same tune for months now. However, in the past - when we received some information from Chris saying something was about to occur, some things actually did however come to fruition. Albeit a little later than the time line he provided, there was movement on FLES Mgmt side that provided the shareholders with a little more information. You know, like dusting the crumbs off the table to lead us on.
I can't wait for the day FLES has everything organized and actually wants to, and is successful in meeting deadlines. And I hope they don't drag their feet along the way! This is a multi-million dollar company. It's a shame how they've treating their shareholders up til now, and how they continue to treat people who invested their money into the company.
All that said, I'm still loading!
I’m actually happy the company is being more proactive about putting information out in the public. We as share holders should also appreciate it. I mean, we’ve been saying we wanted more transparency for the last two months! Also, the increase in OS shouldn’t be a surprise to any active member of this board anyway. We’ve been tracking the volume of shares traded daily and the number provided falls within expectation.
However, a caveat to that statement. It is only my opinion, but I also think the numbers being put out are not the actual numbers. And guess what it comes back to?
The financials. I’d like to see the financials please :)
Information from FLES appear to be coming out slowly. I don’t know what the hold up is, but it’s happening at the speed of a slug. But it’s happening. I guess it’s good news? I’ll take it as good news. It shows me the still have a heartbeat.
Now if only my Fidelity funds would free up! I’m still loading as often as I can.
Copy/paste my old post here:
I sent an email off to Jack this morning about the OS being updated on otcmarkets.com. Just to probe.
Jack was not aware of the update.
So apparently, FLES is also not keeping their corporate communication contact on the up and up with their actions of making information public.

Yep - agreed.
No sense calling out the bottom until the financials are out.
And even then, it's a risk!
Goodtimes =)
cheers
Head Fake !!!
