Head fake
Cool. I'm confused and staring at the PPS like a dear looking at headlights. Should I pull the trigger? Nah, I'll wait around to see what happens next week. haha
No prob bud.
At this point, everyone's disappointed by the way FLES has treated the shareholders. Many longs have thousands or tens of thousands locked in FLES until this turns around.
FLES is being tight lipped about everything. No one has any idea actually. FLES is even paying a company to be their public interface, who also has no idea about current events in FLES. lol
Some call scam, some question the legality of their actions, some are looking at the big picture, others are calling optimism wishful thinking at this point. One things for-sure though, everyone is thoroughly pissed off and confused at this point.
I'm one of the optimists on this board. I think it's a good bet. But from the way FLES has been "communicating", even I question my stance sometimes. Haha.
I agree that public companies should be more transparent. I mean, FLES has made a few attempts already to make information a little more clear. (Conspiracy theories around those actions as well.) But many of the players here on the board want play-by-play updates, or at least a clear explanation of what's happening with the dilution. Like an official PR release. Not he-said-she-said, word-of-mouth updates, or Frankenstein theories based on what little information to piece a story together.
I take a step back from the trees to look at the forest. FLES just went public recently. Chris's company, 4LESS, is a profitable, operating machine. It's growing revenue year-over-year. But Tim's company, and Tim himself, has a bad reputation. I personally don't know much about Tim - I should do more research on that dude. But anyway, it must have been a mess for Chris to take his company and merge with Tim's shell to take 4LESS from the private sector to a publicly traded company with Tim's ticker. I don't understand accounting enough to know how long it takes to complete an audit, but there are accountants in this community who say they have had enough time and are dragging this out intentionally. /shouldershrug
But in the end, back in 2018 FLES stated lofty goals of expansion and restructuring. One of the large items on the list was to increase the count of fulfillment centers from one to four. We currently know of one fulfillment site in Nevada. Leaves us wondering about the status of the remaining three fulfillment centers.
FLES has removed themselves from Amazon to reduce business expense and increase revenue. (Check, accomplished)
FLES is working to build partnerships. We know of one very vocal partner, Skull Krushers. (Check, appears so anyway) I don't know of any others.
FLES is revamping their website. have you taken a look at their website? I think it looks great. (Check)
So it's not like Lift Kits 4 Less (FLES) isn't doing anything. I think they're actually moving in the right direction. They're just messing up in one area. They're neglecting to inform their shareholders who have invested their money with them about anything.
Okay, I'll get off my soap box.
Good luck with your trades dude. I think FLES is a good bet. But I don't think it's a short one. We've been on a downward spiral for the last several months already. But I think it will be worth it in the end.
You still loading bro? Or just observing for now?
I've been reading here that this type of behavior is not appreciated by anyone, but at the same time not illegal either.
Also read this is the OTC and this behavior is seen once in a while. Relative to other OTC tickers, FLES isn't the worst some has seen.
Also read that there have been longer dry periods for other tickers who also have a PPS higher than FLES.
But I'm a newb at trading. That's just what I've been reading here so far.
Theories about that being a person trying to hold the PPS steady have been tossed around. I can't see L2 so I've only been reading about it.
What are the chances this month will be different from July 2019?
Get/NoGet: 60/40, 50/50, or 40/60?
let the opinions roll!
yep - i believe the same brother.
anxiously waiting..
Yep, there's the head fake!
They pull their crap together, this could turn around quick.
They linger on the thought, it will get worst.
But if you take a step back and look at the larger picture, they have an operational company, still generating revenues that increase year over year with a business plan to expand. Unfortunately, none of these statement can be proven without the financials and official PR statements - which of course - we DON'T HAVE ANY --- YET ! Grrrrrrr.... They've been averaging one somewhat-substantial statement a month. That sucks.
I think we're all in the weeds here at the moment.
I don't think FLES is a short play, I think it's a long play. Probably into next year at this point. who knows
/shouldershrug
Keep your fist tight on your shares yo, could pay off large.
But it's so tempting dude! I actually think I'll be making a big purchase soon. Not sure on my entry point though. But they seem eager to dip the PPS sub penny.
Yep, I was here when Tog dropped in to comment about a $4M warehouse.
When I asked Steffan about it, Steffan eluded to FLES's fulfillment center in Nevada. Now, I don't know if the two are synonymous - i mean they could be. At any rate, Steffan didn't confirm the existence of a rumored $4M warehouse, so at this point Tog's comment is like a fart in the wind. Catcha wiff of it, then it's gone like it never existed.
But prior to that episode, I've been reading that Tog was a massive pumper for FLES. Tog has also dropped in to defend his pulling out for the time being as well, and dropping hints for the board though. But I came aboard after all that had occurred.
I just found it interesting that Tog still pays some mind towards FLES. Which means he sees a level of value on the ticker.
In the end gang, this is all a gamble. Investing is a gamble. I'm actually having fun tracking FLES. Even though I'm red on most of my investment here - my money has lasted a hell of a lot longer on this play then it would have in Vegas. And there's still a chance, i think a good chance, for this to turn around.
(I think I've mentioned it before, but the money I'm dumping into FLES is the money I wouldn't played in Vegas this year, but I missed my Vegas trip. So it's all entertainment for me.)
I can't help but think seeing Tog back on the board is the sign a shift is about to occur in the relatively near future.
I wasn't on the board early on, so I wasn't here when Tog was a large supporter of FLES.
Mornin FLES peeps. It's the beginning of a new month. Our hopes and dreams are renewed with heavy anticipation that this will be the month where everything turns around!
New promises will be made, old theories will be regurgitated, balls of flame will be tossed through the web to vent our frustration upon each other all the while we wait for the latest update from FLES.
Gimme those damn financials!
Happy trading everyone =)
If at first you don't succeed, you're not Chuck Norris

Looking forward to any information you're able to acquire! Positive or negative, news is news.
Providing consistent and timely updates doesn't appear to be a strength for FLES right now. So I'll take it from whatever source I can get!
Bring back that positive mojo Jedi!
Unfortunately, the only tell-sign we have at the moment is the downward spiral of the PPS and the once-a-month-almost-substantial-update we receive from FLES. Quite honestly, it doesn't paint a confident picture for investors.
That said, I understand your sentiments.
Friday is the good day to pick up more shares

Penny,
FLES has stated they planned to expand their business footprint from one fulfillment center, up to four fulfillment centers. That takes a lot of capital to accomplish. I don't think they're stuffing their pockets.
FLES is an operational business. I would think FLES is building more business relations, expanding their business reach, and restructuring the way they do point of sales to reduce business expense, and make product delivery more efficient for customers. These changes cannot happen without capital to fund their efforts.
HOWEVER, we unfortunately don't have any proof of their hard work yet. So me saying all this has an equivalent value to your words saying they are stuffing their pockets until we are officially informed by FLES.
***sigh***
Trying to persuade the big FLES backers to sell short.
Goof needs to remove himself/herself from this board.
lol - the Intern's Interns
Fat lady aint singing
Fat lady accumulating shares
Fat lady will get fatter from FLES boom
Straight pipe, no lube.
Whatsup DKEZ, long time no see on the board bro.
I don't think anyone has any clear picture of the company debt.
I'm sort of hinting to the fact that the company may have picked up additional liabilities to grow the FLES infrastructure since their last reported company debt. Been told everything will be in the financials.
I like this post. =)
Yup. I should’ve been a little more clear. I was referring to the several people who have claimed to have closed their position.
Agree, unless you close your position you are still invested and have a chance to make your money back. You don’t loose money unless you sell.
I think those who are able to hold will see success in the long run.
I’ve asked Steffan about this warehouse a few times. Unfortunately, he didn’t know of any other fulfillment site aside from the Nevada site. When I specifically asked about a rumored $4M fulfillment center/warehouse, he again only referred to the Nevada fulfillment site.
FLES has plans to expand to four sites back in Nov. 2018. We currently only have verification of one. I’ve been wanting more information on this. I also believe the dilution is going towards business growth. In a SupplyChain business, facilities have a direct relation to business success. And if you’re not growing, you’re dying.
I can't blame majority of the Longs here who bought in over $1/share and have seen tremendous loss over the last few months. I would be pretty pissed off as well if my PPS was still over a $1.
But I still see FLES as a good bet.
Haha!

I just know that Chris's original employees before the merger helped to make the 4Less Corp what it was prior to the merger. They took a startup company to a multi million dollar operation. Agreed, Chris's folks deserved a lot of credit.
How do you walk around with balls of steel?
Talented brother.
Thanks for the response Backstabbed. I
I've already accepted that FLES will be a long play. Looking at current events is like looking at the trees and not focusing on the forest as a whole.
Besides, it's Tuesday - so I'm already expecting mid-week drama to kick in. Haha.
If there are not PR's this week or next, I'm aiming to pick up cheap shares in two weeks or so.
Thanks for the effort Nik

Asking out of curiosity because I don't really understand the game yet. But what would the reason/advantage be, if the company and lender have an agreement to drop the PPS?
I mean, do they intentionally want to destroy the first impression of the ticker for future investors?
Or is this a typical strategy of some businesses?
I'm such a newb at investing, I honestly don't understand the roles anyone plays in the public business sector.
I do know that at CEO - Tim is responsible for the growth of the company. So far, the only assessment I can offer on Tim is, a big 'F' so far. Primarily because they have completely cut off any useful communication between the company and investors to build up their corporate image and investor confidence.
Jack on the other hand, appears to only be able to answer questions which has already been answered or made public otherwise. When I contacted Jack about the updated O/S count on OTCMarkets.com, Jack's response to me was that he was not aware and had only found out when I told him about it. /shouldershrug
So to me, Jack (and Steffan) are basically being paid to answer inquiries with information that was already made public. And since FLES has not made much information public, they information they provide are pretty much copy/paste responses or regurgitated information we would already be able to find else where. Although, I was able to glean some information off of Stephan, but was later told his responses was taken out of context. meh.
Makes sense. At the very least, it's buying me more time to get more play money on the table.
As soon as FLES get's their business organized, i believe the demand and confidence will come.
Seems like they're taking one step at a time to build the business right.
Although, it is a shame the PPS continues to drop.
Man, what better way to swing off on mid-week drama then to see the PPS break another milestone, below .02 now. /SMH
lol - none taken.
I'm actually on the same side of the fence as Backstabbed. I support FLES in the long game. I thought this was going to be a quick investment, but i was wrong. totally wrong.
I don't support the way they're operating things at the moment. But I do think the business is legitimate.
It's all a game for me bud. money has lasted a lot longer for me in the OTC than it would have on the tables in Vegas.
No one know's if this is dropping below .01 today, but the trend is definitely a decline.
Since i know you're going to ask why in your next post, no one really knows. We just know that without a financial report, we can expect the PPS to lower because there isn't any reinforcement of a higher PPS at this point.
So here we wait. Waiting for news on their financials. In the mean time, the PPS is positioning itself in a nice position for me to pick up more shares.
wow - maybe a million shares ain't a pipe dream any longer. Looking to be a possibility soon.
