Where in the new TOU, do you find the authority to say this?..
It is stopping on this board, though.
Thanks, I do see it. I was expecting it to be in a different place.
Could you give me a link, to where you see the restored icon?
What browser is up to date?
Got a link?
I think that it would help to understand this new world that I woke up in, if iHub would bring back the little green icon, that shows which post were restored.
Another word for the site's behavior recently ..... flaky.
Good move.
I ask you two questions, you did not answer either one. Not what I should expect from a real iHub ADMIN.
Who, or what do you consider to be the top two, "in today's modern social media world"?
Who was it, that brought up this urgent need to change?
I think the hardest part of this to traverse is realizing that what was considered civil previously is kind of asking a lot in today's modern social media world. But, it is what it is and as with all change, we adapt or remove ourselves.
There will certainly be difficulties in making these adjustments. And, no one here at Admin will begrudge anyone who disagrees or doesn't want to participate. We understand and respect the choices we all have to make. :)
What's bad about letting the world know, that your are "ONLINE" to iHub?
Is there some indication somewhere, showing that a user is online?
Who is Patricia?
Hi Dave, thanks for trying, but it's still happening... faster than it was happening though. Do you want me to send Patricia a new screenshot?
That might be possible, when iHub gets around to making ignores, board specific.
What happened to deleting off topic posts?
Without paying the $20 fee, at the Delaware site, I see a list of Lehman Brothers CTs. A nice list to have, as I did realize there were so many CTs
But Google shows me an amended prospectus, in this case for LEHKQ:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1053521/000104746903008715/a2105395z424b2.htm
In that prospectus, there is this paragraph, edited only by breaking it up by a comma or a period:
Rights Upon Termination
Upon any dissolution,
winding-up or liquidation of the trust involving the liquidation of the subordinated debentures, the holders of the preferred securities will be entitled to receive,
out of assets held by the trust,
subject to the rights of any creditors of the trust,
the liquidation distribution in cash.
Upon any voluntary or involuntary liquidation or bankruptcy of Holdings,
the property trustee,
as holder of the subordinated debentures,
would be a subordinated creditor of Holdings,
subordinated in right of payment to all senior debt as set forth in the subordinated indenture, but entitled to receive payment in full of principal and interest before any stockholders of Holdings receive payments or distributions.
Because Holdings is the guarantor under the guarantee and,
under the subordinated indenture,
has agreed to pay for all costs,
expenses and liabilities of the trust (other than the trust's obligations to the holders of the preferred securities),
the positions of a holder of preferred securities and a holder of the subordinated debentures relative to other creditors and to stockholders of Holdings in the event of liquidation or bankruptcy of Holdings would be substantially the same.
Being subordinated sucks
Thanks, that would be another good choice.
Thanks.
1. Who is JW?
2. Is there a link to, " info dug out by JW "?
Looks like only Step1 was Done for LEHKQ(Per info dug out by JW)
Steps 2 & 3 are Pending by BNYM? Care to Comment? $50+/CT would be awesome! TIA & GLTU!
Have you ever seen so many "basket idx" transactions?

In your opinion, are all of the CTs worth the same?
iHub, where you can voice your opinion, as long as it's positive.
That's what having only a thumbs-up, says to me.
Is there a replacement URL for this link?
It used to show those who are grandfathered.

It used to show boards, sorted by size.

It's obvious that you have your mind made up. BTW, I was talking about censorship on iHub. You are in favor of censorship on iHub, therefore, end of conversation.
By not allowing/showing dislikes, iHub is engaged in censorship, which skews public opinion. So, either remove the LIKE, or add DISLIKE.
Or this link shows a lot of places:

Maybe it different on a Mac, but on a PC, the Settings button was moved from a poster's profile page, to a different location, 6-8 months ago.
Thanks to you too.
Thanks for the info on where SETTINGS is.
Do you recall when SETTINGS was moved from ones profile page?
How do I see a page, with a link to a page, with these choices,
"My Account My Image Gallery Site Options My Ignores Email Preferences My Stocks Other"?
Good news, getting TRADES now works, and without having to log out/log in.
And the ignore feature still works like a champ.
But back in the day, if poor service could not be fixed, it had to be replaced.
Whatever an iHub customer sees, that is in error, that is an iHub problem.
But I am sure that you are correct in noting that the problem is on the other side of the Atlantic.
Am I the only poster that has that complaint, about not being able to use the PRIVATE button to send a private reply to an ADMIN?
Or does, "Try logging out and back in", normally shut most posters up?
Why, when I mash on PRIVATE, to send a private reply to an ADMIN, does a big ass ad show up, telling me to buy a subscription?
What can be done, about mods that do nothing, about post after post, where a few posters are trying to dox a nother poster.
What would be really nice, would be to finalize the new rules, publish those rules, and then.... enforce those rules...AS WRITTEN.
