Parker. why don't you prove your 23 k buy order. I'm a little tired of ones saying they are buying shares w/o proof. Just my feelings, not to be rude.
do you have a snapshot of that, please
So this was the arrangement for the sale. "CEL-SCI Corporation (NYSE American: CVM) announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 606,395 shares of its common stock at a price of $9.07 per share, for total gross proceeds of approximately $5.5 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses payable by the Company. Additionally, the Company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to 90,959 additional shares to cover over-allotments.
So the bottom line is the underwriter has decided to purchase 90,959 more shares @ $9.07. For them to decide do this with the share price now at $8.63 they must have confidence this will go much higher so as to make a profit. That's what I'm thinking. IMHO
It may not be a lot of shares being bought by insiders, but why would they buy at these levels unless they feel this is still a bargain with upside potential.
At this rate, we may close out the offering today before 1:00. Then watch out the rest of the year. That's what I'm thinkingonlygreen.
So why don't we think that the company wouldn't release an endpoint statement? That's what AXSM did and look at the response to that announcement. Wouldn't that be a good thing?
I like how this was released early in the week. Let's see what happens over the next few days.
For me what is the most telling is the insider buying, and the institutions adding the last two quarters. They know way more than all of us. I'M in for the long haul.
I have been in a cash account for the last 10 years.
At 16:35 Geert said "That should not explain why we don't have the 298 deaths yet" That sounds to me like he is saying that we don't have the the complete 298 events yet. JMHO
Thinking
Isn't this silence just giving the shorts exactly what they need to drive the price down. Just saying!
I think people are bummed that it could be another 3 months before we hear substantial news. Please keep in mind that the longer it takes, peoples lives are improving, and the reward will be great if the drug is successful and a new way to treat, and yes a cure is possible. That's the big picture.
That is true if you set a "stop limit". But from my understanding and according to a TD rep, if you set a "stop market" you will get sold at you price even if it's going down fast. I don't want to make a mistake in what I choose.
Serious question for the board. If a person was into CVM position at around $3.50 and wanted to protect himself from a crash in the stock price because of bad news, would it be advisable to put an order for a stop market price at around $4.50 to protect from a big loss. Just asking for some advice.
Could someone please summarize the new 8K? The stock option plan.
Is this old news and I missed it? I think it's relevant.

Where the heck is everyone?
Someone bought 101,500 at 8.40 in after hrs. Hope it was institutional buying.
I stumbled across this. A long but good read about CEL SCI research, progress, and different endeavors. I especially like how they have taken steps to protect their process. Please read all the way down. They have been using their multikind cocktail for many different applications all the way back into the 80s.
I like this line in that read. "What is badly needed now are the results from the underway larger scale clinical trials and continual monitoring of patients who have been successfully treated to ensure their cancers do not relapse." Amen
This guy is just trying to get money on a subscription bases. It's The only way he can make money. What a joke!
Someone plunked down 1.3 million for 153k shares after hours. WOW
Thanks for sharing. I'm glad there are some on this board that understand stats. I'm not one! I got a headache from reading. I follow the facts. I have been here for over a decade. I only sold once after I bought extra 10k before the end of the year, waited 30 days, sold 10k for tax reasons, and I have held ever since. I am staying in this boat for one of two outcomes. Either it sinks or I sail into a beautiful sunset in my new boat. GLTA
Unless we hear something from IDMC, I bet we head down. Yet, whatever it takes to have a successful trial, so be it.
Naked short volume has gone from 84k to 215k in just two days. Very telling! Make sure your shares cannot be borrowed. See https://killcvmshorts.com/naked
Remember the Fox interview with Geert and CEO of CYTR. We were neck and neck with the two company's. Glad I stuck with CVM. I feel sorry for CYTR shareholders @ .31
I agree! Just saying to continue to end point of 298 AGAIN will signal good results being seen. I am however hoping for end to the trial and gathering all the data. Hopefully that won't take to long.
Just THINKING out loud.
Why I think we are close to a reveal. Last week we had a nice run up. Interesting that it coincided with Geerts trip. I think there were some new institutional buying. We won't know for sure for a few months on that reality. Just the fact that we are holding steady (after some took some profits) in the 8 range is a good sign. Now we wait for NEWS to take us the the next level. This is the tough part. However I have been waiting a decade. So whats a few more months for some great news. That's what I'm THINKING.
It's not about what we would like or not like. Geert has hinted over and over again at a buyout. He's even thrown out some billion dollar sums as possibility's. I think it's taken so long to get here, board members are ready to get their big payouts and retire someplace warm. IMHO
LC Well now, Aren't you special? Is our intelligence measured by our wealth, or by our tact, compassion, and understanding.
“Money never made a man happy yet, nor will it. There is nothing in its nature to produce happiness. The more a man has, the more he wants. Instead of filling a vacuum, it makes one.”
Benjamin Franklin
My take on what accounts for what happen when we had the recent run up into the nines. IMHO I think this coincided with Geerts trip to Europe. Maybe he convinced some institutions to buy into the company. That may account for the run up in price and volume. Then we just had some profit taking from the day traders. Now we have settled down for either, some more buyers who will hold, or some good news. Anyway just my thoughts. John just saw it as an opportunity to cash in some since they are taking stock instead of a paycheck. I have no proof of any of this. So Just my speculation.
Think
John Cipriano sold 8,000 shares. 2nd time in a month. Wonder why? Not worried though.
In the long run for solid gains, we most likely needed this consolidation. Although I loved the run up. I don't buy and sell this stock. To nerve wracking for me. I'll hold for the hopeful big pay day.
There is a legitimate reason for this run up. Someone knows something. Hopefully we will find out soon.
So what's your point? Sushi
So what's your point? Explain please.
Is sushi on vacation?
All of these new buys are direct buys @ 7.16
We could use a new 52 week high. Maybe soon. At least we are not having any wild swings as we did in the past. Go CVM
