u keep talking about geert going to jail and it's really preventing me from taking u seriously, among other things
I am pretty certain I am going to long regret not picking up more shares during this dip. In a way, I hope I do too
why do u suppose your posts are so difficult to interpret?
I've been pondering the psychology of that insider buy at $6.86 lately. I'm wondering if they decided to make that purchase right at the point that their spreadsheets had indicated an all but guaranteed successful trial
a lot of these turds didnt want to be caught short going into the long weekend
do yall think cel sci knows the exact number of events? and if so why wouldnt they announce the information so we know how close we are to the end?
sushi in your article I really hope you address all the spreadsheet stuff and how even the most conservative models are starting to show success as more and more days go by, maybe an explanation in clear terms on how to read them and then hammer home that we are crossing this threshold.
mention the solid, very real financial indication of this that is of course the size and timing of the recent insider purchase by people closest to this who probably have better spreadsheets. same people that want to be paid in stock in lieu of salary. and then u also have the significant increase in tute holdings, who also have really good spreadsheets.
insiders and tutes are two parties that I would consider to have performed and or are privvy to the most complete DD out of any investor out there. they're convinced I'm convinced we're convinced. smart money is betting more and more on success as time goes by, creating new highs and reinforcement of levels
I wouldnt leave out that yeah CVM has had it's financial challenges and hasn't always been a great investment for all the obvious reasons. but that makes an excellent segue into talking about the nature and timing of the short attacks. how people like adam fearstain or that law firm blatantly lie and or stir up short sentiment.
and then segue from there into how it's gonna be an epic shortsqueeze which if caught with their pants down, is going to cause this issue to pop
and finally valuation. how many billions could we potentially be worth and at what increase in pps? chances of being acquired? who's the guy at CVM that's been mentioned on the this board before that's previously overseen something like 34 acquisitions in his career?
do we have enough cash? will we make it to the end of the trial before we have to re-dilute? what does the warrant tea leaves say?
I'm really glad you're writing this, cant wait to read it
he was just trying to speak it into existence lol hey one more day of trading left this week u never know
does the control group get injections too? (i.e. placebo injections, for lack of a better term)
what if the patients enrolled signed NDAs
can someone translate this please it seems important
this is some bs. newer research is revealing that health problems attributed to diet are more likely attributed to the BOTTOM tier of that horribly designed food pyramid.
looking at the chart on 4/30 cvm was testing a 2 week low at around $6.45
wonder if this run up to where we are now has been the shorts covering the increased short float reported
someone mentioned in a tweet reply that the fbi and sec were on to him over that lol was that you?
lol the site got a mention in a reply to that AF tweet earlier
I would imagine the world-at-large general public isnt really aware much at all. but the investment world is pretty aware right? aware that CVM has an absolutely undeniable history of pain to shareholders
I think the current price is completely justified considering all that, plus the fact that the results are still very much unknown. Unknown yes, yet with this quasi time based result, we're creeping up, with higher highs and higher lows, but slowly as the time goes by indicating more assured good results . I expect it to continue like this until some very positive news blows this thing sky high. until that time, more of the same. someone said $8.61 by the end of may? sounds about right if the trial doesn't end before that
I bought the bulk of my position in August so probably not before then so I can avoid the short term capital gains tax bracket
could SOC really be that high considering so many study participants reside in countries with lower than avg SOC survivability?
so decent week then?
11% passes the trial with flying colors. but how bout if it's only to 9% improvement?
THIS is why I'm thinking about going too. I'll have to fly in from LA tho
would that be like an emergency sharesholder's meeting to discuss a buyout?
Anyone going to the shareholder's meeting?
normally I'd agree with that sentiment but she has been harping consistently about rs (as ErIsKoffie illustrates in his reply below) even despite more knowledgeable members of this board (kindly) pointing out why her reasoning is flawed... multiple times.
point being she has by now done a pretty good job opening herself up to group derision
nah no way that was funny and accurate
I'm super happy ekeing out a small gain after that stupid effing hit piece earlier. the shorts are using up their ammo fast and each salvo is increasingly losing effectiveness
it's gotta be simply a consequence of its historically terrible price performance. we got a bunch of people out there burned & bitter like alice and as woolrich pointed out, the risk profile is now such that it has a accumulated such a neg rep that institutional investors are not convinced yet. operative word being yet of course
was this posted ironically after the exchange with huckleberry? as it is also old info ??
board is so light today... just like today's volume
are shorts getting sufficiently worried enough to try and make sure they cover their positions by the end of the trading day ?
awesome thanks for the info... tons to think about
if that's the case then what should I be doing now in anticipation of windfall profits and massive tax liability?
yes once we exit all our respective positions with our massive gains please let's focus the boards attention to trying to achieve the lowest possible tax liability
I know the spread will normalize before the market opens but the last 3 nights it's looked like this and has closed up the next day.
3rd straight night the bid/ask spread is ridiculous with the ask pegged at $246. Will we see our 4th straight close up?
greetings all. been lurking the board for about a week now, glad to have found yall. I've been watching CVM for almost a solid decade now, lost thousands in the past but it looks like years later I finally got in at the right time. I cannot wait for this thing to pop. I'm long 7500 shares, 5K of which I picked up at the bottom of last summer's big dip. anyway enough about me.
the last two nights the bid/ask spread has been huge, currently at 2.53/246.00(!!). I've seen it like this every so often, does anyone know why this happens?
