What number? Curious what they said?
I’m sure it’s on the horizon. Seems cheap now given what we all know
They are pretty quiet. The fact that they have been around this long and are quietly growing means they are trying to play their cards more conservatively now. I think for investors that’s a good thing. For speculators maybe not.
The next news has to be the completion of the deal and first revenues.
Charles appears to be the landlord or owner and if you do a license search it appears the full licenses are at that address so yes it appears they are operating there
Totally agree. At market multiples this can be a $2 stock easy. If they expand it could do way more than that, and they didn’t even talk about the retail store play they have those stores do quite a bit of revenue and can have extraction licenses with them too to do other business.
I wrote it in my earlier post. Looks like an investment vehicle for a wealthy Chinese investor Ben Sheng Li.
Indoor mixed lighting has the lowest cost to produce. If you do some research it can be as low as $180-200 per pound which means that even if it hits Oregon levels which I doubt it will since California is like 50x larger of a market (don’t quote me but you get the idea), they can even sustain super low prices of $500 at market and still be profitable.
My best guess is once the deal is totally finalized and there is revenue actually on the books and reported it will hit that mark. Excited to see what they do beyond this. Feels like they’re finally hitting their stride after a long period of trying different things!
Agreed. I bet pics will come soon. This LW Ventures seems to be held by this guy Beng Sheng Li.

Is it this guy? https://www.asgam.com/index.php/2017/10/08/sheng-li-v-limited-to-begin-junket-operations-at-macaus-legend-palace/
Looks like some big Chinese money coming in this is really exciting.
Price is dropping because no one seems to believe them. Wouldn’t be surprised when they come out with a news release and show the crop if it goes crazy.. back to the prices it was showing last year
They had a previous site showing it was for sale at the Buddha Company in Los Angeles. That was a while ago though.
That’s the same city as the grow so yes. Lots of shops there though so call around.
I always recommend everyone do their own diligence but it only took about an hour of calling around to track some info down.
Asked some local NorCal shops and apparently the crop is already being harvested. Wonder when they’ll release news on it though?
Look at when they released all those press releases last year and people speculated like crazy. I bet they’re now keeping quiet until they have really good news. That farm they got is going to be one of the biggest in California.. no one else has annual licenses yet, or not a lot of people do.
Completely agree on this. Target should probably be even above that
If the crop is done in Fall as the last release says Q3 would be when revenue shows then. August 15 seems a bit early, but possibly likely.
Agreed on this. Think itll pop it over a dollar or even 2 if the harvest is good and they realize profit on it? Could mean great buying now.
What is the market cap at? It seems off
Actually most of the temp licenses in California expired and NUGS has an active license now:
The supply is quite low. I’ve heard from stores legal supply that passes lab tests is hard to come by so prices are holding up.

Check the bureau cannabis board for their license under that LLC someone put earlier.
If he does reap in this crop what’s the expected share price? Assuming it would pop big time?
No idea right now but I think the Cannabis Bureau has some more open disclosure rules regarding this because of unique laws around marijuana.
Does anyone know if this crop is solid what the target price should be based on comp multiples and other companies?
Also when are next earnings reports going to be to see this crops revenue?
At the expense of maybe sounding dumb but isn’t 100% ownership of it meaning they have 100% of it no matter how many members there are? Ie: they bought out all the members?
Just playing devils advocate here but wouldn’t friends and family also be the first people who invest in a company and get shares for it through private placement?
According to their news release it’s a minimum $25mm crop, might be even bigger. Multiples on cultivation companies seem to be about 30-50x of gross at a minimum so what’s that? $600mm or so value? Can someone do math on what that means for stock price on the float?
True but have you tracked all the stock comp that canopy or any of the bigger companies have done? Not a lot of people want to get in the field initially so reports have been that stock comp had to be high for cannabis companies to convince traditional industry people to come over. That loss could literally be offset with a few crops. Indoor greenhouse can be as low as $200-300 per lb. California is sustaining $1000 constantly. The 30,000 plants they have is a lot of lb’s.
Best guess would be harvested next month and sold as a mixture of flower and oil extract based on their last few news releases. Most harvests happen every 3-4 months. Your guess is as good as mine as to total weight they’ll end up with, but google size of largest indoor greenhouses in California for cannabis and it seems NUGS has one of the largest around
Many were up in June. However ask the TA for the noble list, my guess is they’re still all holding a lot.
Revenues should go up once that farm is harvesting before end of year
Yes they do
You could always drop by to see it! It’s definitely there.
It’s in Salinas. All of this is public info. Go check out the address for yourself. All licenses are public info.
I have to consult with my counsel to see what I’m allowed to say because I do know the investors and some of the consultants but based on my own asking around it doesn’t seem like they’re lying, but they are not so great at being communicative
Of course I have to say take everything I say as non advice and do your own diligence as well
If you ask the TA for the noble list as long as you own the stock they’ll give it to you.
It shows that all those millions of shares were old investors that got the stock at par value. Guess they couldn’t control that... if you had 20-40x on your investment wouldn’t you take it off the table?
As for how long the deal is taking no one knows obviously but a deal that size can’t be quick right? Maybe the announcement was too early but we’ll know soon I guess
Given that they announced they have a major investor deal bringing in assets and cash id assume they’re gonna be delayed in their financials as they do an audit of the entire process.
That farm they talk about is not cheap nor a small task. The 20 some licenses someone posted on here from before has got to be expensive to operationalize so the assumption would be that the deal they are working is a very big one and would take lots of time and DD.
When are their Q3’s due?
Word is that NUGS might be supplying candescent. Asked some shops in California and apparently because of the size of NUGS’s grow they are actually subletting sections to other brands. Who know but do some DD as well to verify...

The licenses are there.
Here’s a pic I was sent by an investor who is in the industry and wants to remain anonymous and whom is helping to sell part of the crop, pic is supposedly about 2 months old. Found them via the noble list.

If someone drove up to that address I’m sure they could look in person.

The NUGS farm is real
I know of private investors that were approached for the project and it is actually there. My best guess is fitamins and Asher house just didn’t do that well and probably suffered a lot of losses. I doubt the next financial release will be that great as it’s gonna take that first crop to realize good revenue.
They obviously did a big pivot from doing brands to just straight cultivation.
I called the guys next to the floral shop and it’s legitimately going up but I doubt 1 CBD shop is going to be that awesome I bet they’re trying to use it to prove a concept and then maybe scale that...
However if they even do a minimum of $1000 on those 30,000 plants that’s $30mm of revenue. Depress those numbers more and it’s still amazing. Given multiples on cannabis stocks I wouldn’t be surprised if this hits $2 minimum.
If you do a level 2 search and ask their transfer agent for a noble list you’ll find that LOTS of the initial investors got this stock at 2 cents and are just eligible after 2 years in June of this year to sell.. they’re just making quick money but the long run looks good IMO.. this is a deal right now I’m surprised this stock hasn’t run up to $1 with such cheap prices right now...
