Spot on
Any chance you could give me a quick update? I looked at the last 10q and COGs were basically the same as revenue. Also didn't the just offer 24,000,000 shares at 80% of 10 cents, but then five or six days later they buy back 20 million shares? So they still added four million shares correct?
What happened? I'm not sure what the filings are saying haha
I feel like this s-1 classifies as dilution. And if all "previous Twitter posts were accurate" then our CEO has lied to us. Where's the articles/media coverage, where's the FDA clearance? Soon is no indication. Holding, only because I've lost to much already...
3.08 million
Don't want too much inventory on hand until the product is heavily sought after. Think of it this way, if there is a delay, the product anticipated to be sold is longgg gone.
Completely retail, those are the buyers at .013+ that don't know that it will go back up
Day Traders buying in and selling same day. Smh they drove this price back to the start imo
How about after the split? Cuz it's trading so low after the split of o/s is say 80 million and a/s is say 120 million I may consider this as a value play at .003
Who knows the o/s, a/s and float? Been watching this since 2013 but missed the last year or two
Can anyone find the email address for the fake Twitter? Maybe trace the email to the ip address and someone getting a lawsuit for sure we just tanked 50% because of this a hole
Ill look into him more, nothing worse than bad management. But I think any sort of q1 revenue will send this stock to .05. even a short million would bring this up to .08 IMO
PR Newswire. They named the source so I'd say it's right around the corner
I haven't seen the 1/100 r/s, any link? If this company did an r/s they would only have 12 millions shares.. I don't see that happeneing
Yes, not much talk about how the small sized plant, but a plant in another country none the less, wasn't purchased for another 50 dollars ;) in the Visiolis Transaction.
I may be late to this but any news on the Plant in France from 2010? Is it still operational?
Twitter is free, not everyone has twitter, not everyone uses Ihub so either way IMO they are both not very effective. We need something that will show on trading platforms like ETrade, TDA, Fidelity, etc. So when people see the rising PPS they can verify with a list of articles/ news updates about the company and it's accomplishments.
Well they have no revenue to pay another company to release news for them, so some sales would be a good start! I like what we have here but if we can't get a million in sales for a slow q1 then we may be in trouble IMO
Need a PR or something, Twitter updates don't work nearly as well
Can't help but notice the ask is loaded but not selling at the bid. If you want out then go ahead. Stop holding the price down with ridiculously sized asks. Manipulation at it's finest. Tryin to get us to sell our shares as if there is this tremendous downward pressure lol not happening
$4.3 million/ 130 million shares = $.03308
So for .035 cents a share, we the shareholders could have bought almost all the assets?
Bad management for not putting it out there as an option. I bet 75% of shareholders would have doubled down.
Bad management orrrrr good things coming? Maybe both
The proceeds from selling the plant were less than trailing revenue/ accounts receivable. Wouldn't you think a creditor would rather take over A/R and billing the former clients than accept a measly 4.3 mil?
I bet trailing revenue could have paid current liabilities for 2018 q1 and q2. Maybe that doesn't generate free cash flow to pay those current liabilities but what are your thoughts on these two points I have made?
Jesus. Now how would this be protecting the company (by leaving it with almost all the debts and no plant) and doesn't seem like much of an arrangement for creditors considering they got absolutely nothing and leins etc left with the "shell" company.
Any explanation for this apparent failure of the CCAA by PwC? Seems like everyone got screwed except the buyer in the scenario I've laid out above.
All I know for sure is we need an authority figure or official representative of the company and a direction to go (in case you and others are right)
Miller and Gocong have the two most owned shares so I would think they didn't sell any since the last time I checked. They have been working much harder than I, so I can't elect myself In good conscious.
That is good to know, thanks for the information.
I'm interested how the debts were stripped from the assets (the plant). I recall we talked about Mitsui selling it's debt to BioAmber for a dollar. But as far as other creditors, how did they manage to take the asset without the debt?
Thanks man I appreciate it
Thanks, it's been a long exciting ride. I expected this completed in October 2018. Now I'm just being impatient haha I'll settle in for another month but then we need to take steps
I'm sure one of them will see these comments and hopefully have an opinion either way. I'm not an expert but I have a lot of free time so I can help if we can establish a direction
I've been in for over two years, I think waiting another year is detrimental to us as holders in the event we get swindled.
Trust me, I do believe we get something outta this ordeal. But it never hurts to be prepared
What's the point of waiting? We could have a BoD and still choose to wait. We could come up with alternatives for a worst case scenario and still not change what should be coming to us
Haha alright I'm just trying to get some control/ organization amongst shareholders. Not sure where to start
Begin the second transaction with a proposed vote? I'm no expert, I would say we elect Congo, Miller , Sorhay, Eagle and CS... Potentially others to work our way through this process
We are equity, we are not responsible OURSELVES for repaying. Just the company we own.
We take the name and begin sale negotiations/ renegotiations, maybe that's what LCY has been waiting for. Contact from a shareholder with legal authority? I'm just spit balling
Not buy it, just appoint a BoD so the company has official leadership
Where would one file for custodianship? With the SEC, Finra, or a court of law? Anything's better than waiting at this point
Is there a way to elect our own BoD? Seems like we should take control, or at least have a say in what may or may not happen. Any Intel on this?
Jesus, how many shares outstanding and a/s are there? I looked at the most recent 10-q but kinda got lost haha
Haha oh you said reverse splits. Seems odd to reverse split yourself into the thousand for pps. That was a poor decision
Dilution is never good, and regular splits or reverse? Reverse splits are horrible imo
