Chesapeake energy voluntarily filed chapter 11, and it was said in the filing the shares are gone. They didn't trade a single share today. Bioaq traded for well over a year after they voluntarily filed. However it leaves me wondering, did Bioamber trade the day it filed for chapter 11?
So close to maxing out a/s.. r/s coming soon?
What makes you say it's a loser haha
I think there is also a number of shares requirement, so a reverse split wouldn't make much sense to me. Just gunna have to file a good Q of revenues and she'll move on up
Reverse split? Did it happen already and that's why the o/s is so low?
"updating the error based on new findings" I don't mind that response
$4 exercise price? Four year expiration? Seems pretty solid to me with such a low a/s 20,000,000 , o/s I believe was almost 8,000,000. 10x coming
So it's not BioAmber making payments on its fees but someone is.. doesn't that sound like maybe another business is paying for them? Considering they have no cash to pay them, this seems like the only other option doesnt it?
50 ma doesn't seem like a good marker for a Q imo tho I like this stock
Funny you said you would scoop at .30's? If y'all didn't flop back and forth this would move higher lmao
So they didn't end up selling those series a and b "units?"
I think by best quarter I meant most bioSa sold. But isn't it weird that they could sell $10 million in shares and warrant a few months before and then file bankruptcy and sell for 4.3 or 5.2 million? That seems like some sort of misconduct, if nothing more is realized.
$10 million offering
$14 million A/R
Something's been bugging me lately. Bioamber had announced a ten million dollar underwriting of shares and warrants on Feb 8th, 2018. Then voluntarily filed for bankruptcy 3 months and some odd weeks later. Two questions:
Where'd that $10 million go?
And how would it be legal to take $10 mil, then hide behind bankruptcy protection a short while after turning your best quarter?
Please no "it's over" comments. Just looking for an actual answer. Thanks in advance guys!
Any new news articles on Lcy bio? They were looking for a Plant Operator on Zip recruiter within the last few months, wonder if they found one. The lack of news articles makes me think Lcy must be waiting on something
No way, the sell off is at a minimum. Any sort of news will have this green for a few days at least. No news I could see low forty but holding strong from .45
They had the words liquidated and bankruptcy. The difference between the two companies and the proceedings is vast. As you say the outcome will be the same, that is okay. I just wanted to make it clear that these companies are in no way similar other than those two words.
At least to compare to then infer a similar outcome.
Carillion also liquadated about 15 companies in the first month or so. The similarities between Bioa are not close and therefore can't be compared imo
Carillion group liquidated 91 companies from January 15 to the end of ONE year.
Bioamber took longer to "liquidate" 3 subsidiaries. Does that point out anything of significance? Or maybe UK bankruptcy is more efficient.
To be clear, I don't hold a position here. Just wanted to point out that Apple just bought NextVR. Maybe they will look to expand the newly acquired VR filming firm with the likes of MVIS.
Just speculating, but I think that would be a good 1, 2 punch to Microsoft imo.
Even if that is the case, removing shares sooner than later provides nothing of value.
Noone is tricking investors. The stock isn't trading, as stated. Most of us are longs, so we held and held and still hold. Most of us for likely over two maybe even 3 years now. The point being is we have made up our minds, noone is being tricked. Unless, they give up "worthless" shares in a rush to tidy up their portfolio as the only immediate "benefit". Holding until the end of the end of all ends.
Carry on,
Green
I'm not sure why you wouldn't haha. I'd suggest waiting. Patience, we can't accelerate the process here. Whether it's over or not haha
Ouch shorts, put options, early call option sellouts must be feeling regretful
What's the o/s here I thought it was only 2.68 million
2019*
Denouement*
I'm not sure what the question is haha, in other words, I mean the people still holding shares
There is no set date for an announcment or payout or really much of anything. Bioamber will have no obligations to the class action shareholders after may 20th, allowing for ultimate shareholders to get what's coming to us, (Or not coming to us for sake of response from the negative side).
For a company with 16 million shares outstanding, seems like some dilution must have happened since the last count. Any insight?
Hmmm LCY acquired the plants among other things and 14 million in account recievable... trailing revenue.. for 4.3 million? Haha no way
E-Trade says DKNG has only 40 million o/s. Market cap of about 800 million but worth 6 billion according to multiple articles. We have almost an 8x upside here.
I wonder why it includes ultimate shareholders when we are "dead in the water" haha
Of course timeframe is important, if you bought the warrants when I started looking at them, you lost money but if you bought before SPCE started running you'd ended positive. Look at the price history and you will see what I'm saying.
That's awesome, I guess I was more referring to when it started spiking and buying on the spike
I did not own SPCE.W, was merely monitoring it as a potential play. So I do not know how it worked out for warrant holders. All I know is that ticker symbol doesn't trade anymore and those holding the warrants ended up with far less upside if any
I have bought DKNGW already but remember that SPCE.W got called and I don't want to get called haha. Is this the first day they have traded above 18?
Do you happen to know much of the details? I know some warrants have a call price "if the pps is above X price for Y days the company can call warrants" example the spce.w that were called. Just wondering if anyone here has that info
I didn't see it but didn't they take deacw as well ?
Any idea where to find the information on the warrants? Are they being called by the company?
