Oldblue,
Got a question. Maybe you can answer it. I see the AV website has a new shopping cart. Do you know when they updated it?
Also that website "stockupticks" shows a "new" AV bottle that is a dark blue. I don't think those are old bottles. If these are the new bottles to be released AV may be getting my attention again.
Any ideas?
Thanks
OS 56,253,173 eom.
BOP,
I have a feeling most are too "young" to remember this classic movie. (or they don't enjoy cheap humor)
SMELL WHAT THE ROCK IS PUKING........
(Gives new meaning to "Ralph's)
AV JAVA (in the all new, production stopping, 6-packs)
(photo now has full frontal nudity of TG on "shrink" wrap labels)
AV Starts "Willie-Wonka" type contest. Find a golden "brown" bottle in Ralphs and get a tour of the top secret AV factory.
(recent want ad's for "Oompa Loompa" can be found in local classifieds)
Staring:
TG as Willie Wonka
OldBlue as Grandpa Joe
GBard as Slugworth
vegasrob as Augustus Gloop
Rosie as Oompa Loompa #1
"Oompa Loompa "Doop"ity-Do, I got another puzzle for you. What do you get when you invest in AV? Alot of empty shares and no mon-ey. Oompa Loompa "doop"ity-do.
+675,000 shares since last count.
$67,500 at an average of .10 a shares
That would coincide with a production slowdown/stop, would it not?
(Albertsons now 1 month without a restock)
2835 South Nellis Blvd.
Thank you all for the kind words.
I made a mistake posting that info. One of many with this company. I will continue to post, but I need to cut down. It's almost like a drug now and it is consuming too much of my time.
I have more questions.
Does this mean production was halted just to configure some packaging? I can understand 6-packs, but that can't be the only way it is sold, and I can't imagine you would halt production to to configure 6-packs. She did not answer the question IMO.
Whom were they hiring last month? I'd love to know what position they were trying to fill.
Alot of talk about Raleys now. What happened to Ralphs?
Okay, back into my shell.
P.S If someone has an updates OS count I'd love to know. I would do it but I am not smart enough to figure it out.
I promise I am going to stop posting, just some unfinished business.
I know this is crazy, but maybe someone will give it a try.
Take a cold bottle of Sun Tea. Drop it from "eye-level" (hopefully the bottle won't break)Compare it to another bottle. Tell me if the water turns brown. ( a light brown )
I know, I know, this sounds off the wall, but it may have caused the flavoring to "seperate." This may explain my sighting.
Well,
I guess I will no longer post here or on RB. I went back to "Smiths" to purchase that bottle and it was no longer there.
Since I no longer hold shares I know no matter what I do or say from this point, I will be classified as a "Wolf". So there is no need for me to post.
I know what I saw and that is enough for me. The one thing that can be verified is that there has been no restock in weeks. While all the stores have bottles on the shelf, (Smiths had about 6) a couple of the flavors have been out for almost a month.
Here are the store addresses if someone wants to verify:
SMITHS:
3850 East Flamingo
450 North Nellis
ALBERTSONS:
2835 South Nellis
610 North Nellis
Sorry I do not have the store numbers.
I will "Watch" and see how this story ends, and if I see anything positive I will post that information.
dontyouknow,
"I then called them to ask where I could buy some Aqua Vie.
Well, what did they say? Are you implying that they told you production had stopped and would not continue?
You did say production had stopped last year. How else did you know this?
Here is a very hypothetical question.
Knowing the current situation with the O/S count and lets say it slows, but still continues....
If within the next month and a half AV is in Albertsons, Ralphs and Ralleys, and per the last PR it is being displayed on the end caps, the coolers, and in-store demos were taking place, would you be a buyer of the stock at the current price?
Let's extend on this if your answer is "no"
With continuing yet slowing dilution, what would it take for you to buy besides the share price dropping below .08 a share?
I do not know how I would answer. What about everyone else?
(OldBlue, we already know what you are going to say. LOL)
I went back and checked those old posts.
The bottle codes were 4120
The best guess was that the bottles were produced in
April of 2000
I now have bottles with code: 4201 - April 2001 ?
I also have bottles with code 5201 - May 2001 ?
Sounds good anyway. LOL
Actually I think the numbers are on the label. I am looking at one now. They all seem to be numbered xxxx xxxx.
My guess is the the numbers are not on the lable until the bottle is filled. This would be for quality control.
Way back when AV first came into Vegas. BG and others on the RB AV board tried to figure the codes out. 10 Months ago when it was only in a few C-Stores my bottle codes on the Sun Tea were 4201 followed by another 4 digit code that always changed. They seemed to have run it lots of 24 which led me to believe it changed per case. Here is an example:
4201 0001
4201 0002
4201 0003
That would represent 3 cases of Sun Tea. When Albertsons came around the Sun Tea Numbers were
5201 xxxx
Yet, in some C-Stores bottles with 4201 could still be found.
To top it off, the last bottles I bought from Albertsons were:
4201 and not 5201
I stretch? Probably? 4201 bottles a back up reserve? Could be.
Be advised the first 4 digits are different depending on the flavor.
Blue,
Hate to say this but no refills at the Vegas stores. It's been over 2 weeks now. A couple of flavors are available, but the shelves are mostly empty as they have been for over two weeks.
Question is: Is production still stopped or is AV trying to "Catch up" from a previous, but fixed stoppage?
Sorry Blue.
I'm going through Sun Tea Withdrawls.
OB
That statement from Lyons could go either way IMO (Much like AV's PR's)I take it to say that they are still under contract, but may, or may not, being producing product at this time.
Even though I don't hold stock at this time I still enjoy drinking the water. It would suck if it was no longer available.
I will check Smiths and Albertsons over the weekend and see if the 2 week restock delay has been resolved.
Old news, but good reading
http://www.secinfo.com/dr643.51V3.z.htm#Top
I know this probably does not mean squat, but seeing how several stores, (Albertsons, Smiths, and C-store) have failed to refill the shelve with AV ( some still have supply )certain flavors have been out now for 2 weeks.
Even if this has nothing to do with stopped production, it's still not a good sign. I guess the cheerleaders have an excuse for product not being in Ralphs or Ralleys by the "end of June"
To me, orders through the Internet do not count. I'm willing to bet product shipped this way has been sitting somewhere for a long, long time before being shipped.
I will make the rounds at Smiths and Albertsons over the weekend and see if product is replaced. Regardless if it was due to a slowdown will Albertsons continue to house empty space shelving?
Do the slotting fee's allow an extended amount of time for empty space? It doesn't look good when the shelves are empty.
NO PRODUCT BEING PRODUCED, NO PRODUCT BEING SHIPPED,
I mentioned this issue a while back. This explains why the bottle codes were the same from when I first purchased the product back in August and why those same bottle codes can be bought today. The product was selling in the stores yet the bottle codes did not change.
They went from 4120 to 5120 only in the last few weeks. Seems as if they have cases in storage and those were the ones being shipped. Not from any new production.
Wow.
Things are heating up.

Gary,
I do not doubt you on the O/S count for a minute. I just didn't understand how that could be. Even if those numbers were current you get an average daily volume of about 15,000 "Real" shares traded a day, and that sounds very possible to me.
Judging by the 190,000 traded today and the drop to .11, I'm sure more occured today.
I have a question.
Gary said that the OS count has increased 2,550,888 since last check about 2 weeks ago.
If you add up the "total" volume of shares going back the last 14 trading days, or just under 3 weeks in real days the total number of shares traded is 1,945,800.
How can this be?
I am so out of this POS once the 10k is out. This is a race to a r/s IMO.
Blue,
The only way I win is if I lose.
Believe me, if Rosie turns out to be the winner and I still hold my shares everyone would be invited to Vegas on me. LOL
I wasn't sure of L&L'S pick. I based it on knepperbob's post from yesterday. The close was .1425 and it said he was over by .0075. I assumed his pick was .1350.

knepperbob,
Thanks for the update....and doing the work.
Rosie only needs a .65 gain next week.
You are correct. I should have said, what happened to the two shareholders that issued 144's on Dec. 2000, and Jan. 2001.
Also what happened to the two guys that were trying to sell AVBC back in January when the Insider Selling stopped?
Hamlin, and Schneiderman looked have have over a half a million shares between the two. How were they able to sell?
Someone please correct me if I am wrong...
I was reading some PR's and it seems there is NO way AVBC will be able to show any kind of a profit if they have to pay Platinum Funding for the "up to $20 million" in credit they supplying.
TG will probably stand by his word that no R/S will happen, but what is stopping him from raising the avialbe shares from the current cap of 120 million to say 200 million?
OT
Bird of Prey,
I did it again, but I learned thanks to you. I bought stock into PHXU before reading the Annual Report. Low and behold they have a CD and they increased the number of shares available from 20,000,000 to 200,000,000. The float has increased from 20,000,000 to 49,000,000 over the last 6 months.
1.6 million shares went to the underwriters of the CD.
This sounds very familiar. Am I right to think this way?
If so, thanks for the lesson.
Okay, that's fair enough.
The next question I have is how and why would the stock price be going up while the OS count continues to go up. It can't possible be to "new suckers" buying in. That's too many shares to absorb, even at .13 a share. I don't think AVBC has "big" investors here snatching up millions of shares. Has to be something else.
I am anti TG only because of his lack of follow through with his PR's. It's almost criminal. It's one thing to announce a Walmart or Super Target and have the deal fall through, but to not post some kind of follow up is very poor IMO.
It sounds like you are anti AVBC for another reason. I am not saying you are wrong for taking this stand. ( I almost agree with you) but why do you think this Company has almost a "0" chance of survival? It can't be all TG's fault. It all falls onto this OS share count IMO. If it's going into the company don't you think it has a chance? This is something I don't think anyone knows for sure at this point.
I remember Gary saying something about the ACC/CD and that the price was .06 and he would look into AVBC when it got there. Well it never did. In fact it went the other way to .17.
I know you can't speak for him, but something tells me his theory in this situation was not 100% correct.
..and that confuses me even more.
(P.S. No spell checker here so be cool.) LOL
Okay, I'll be suckered in and post here.
I have a couple of points. First off I was wrong to attack BOY the other day on RB. It was just that, RB. Makes you do things.
Anyway, when they remove the real time quotes they are done IMO.
Second. I admit I do not know "a lot" about the market. Can someone explain this to me again? Gary says he will look at AVBC when the dilution stops. Isn't there a chance that the money is going to keep the company alive? How else would it be able to stay afloat in this time of start-up and production?
If it is lining someone's pockets, that's one thing, but if it is going into the company, that's another.
It's in stores and it is selling "VERY WELL". My wife is a school teacher and she said there are AV bottles all over the place. Ever since Albertsons put it on sale for .79 they can't keep the shelves stocked. That's no lie.
This is also very much "unlike" the New York roll-out. It's in CA, NV, TX and other places. Why would TG make this effort if it wasn't for real?
Third, I see no way AV will be over .15 after the 10K. I would like to see everyone that predicted .20 and over to post on RB:
I WAS WRONG! I will do the same and eat crow if it is over .20.
I predicted .099, but I think that may be a little low. I don't see anything over .14.
There is too much pie in the sky on RB
