Right. That's why I've been so right with my forecasts so far. LOL
I can be a little more specific. Accordingly, the management seems to have as much idea about running a public company as a cow has about laying eggs....namely none.
Sorry, but reality clearly speaks a different language. Accordingly, the management seems to have as much idea about running a public company as a cow has about laying eggs.
Incidentally, MVNT would not be the first company to go public, only to eventually disappear back into the sinkhole. There are plenty of them on the OTC.
Hopefully you'll find what you're looking for. Even though I think you're looking in the wrong place for that. The company has been treading water for over 4 years. No upgrade on OTCQB, no significant revenues, no mergers and so on and so forth. And there is nothing to suggest that this will change.
Don't worry, we'll be seeing Pink Limited Information again soon.
The thing is finished with the world. The last one please turn off the light.
Hardly anyone is still interested in this share. The management of MVNT has done a really good job in the last 4 years. LOL
Sorry, but I don't believe in a merger any more than I believe in the F&F fairy tale.
So what? Even a 10x higher valuation of Velocity is just as useless for MVNT as the valuation of Tesla.
MVNT and Velocity are both legally separate entities. Velocity's assets are therefore no more part of MVNT's assets than Tesla's assets.
As long as MVNT and Velocity do not officially merge, this will remain the case.
Unfortunately, just sitting on a gold mine is not enough. The valuable material must also be salvaged. However, the current management does not seem able to do this.
MVNT has already thrown bones enough. Unfortunately only without meat so far.
In my opinion, this thing is becoming more and more of a junk stock.
If you listen closely, you may hear a soft snore from the management, which is probably still in hibernation. Let's hope that it wakes up again at some point. LOL
MVNT currently strikes me as an angler fishing with a hook without a bait. In this respect, I dare to doubt that under the given circumstances it is possible to get fish to bite. Just telling the fish about big worms isn't enough.
Company summary: Been nothing but big words. After 4 years still no upgrade to OTCQB, still no significant revenues, still no mergers, etc.
Standstill in all areas. The news from the company homepage alone has not been updated since 2021. And this at a company that has made "Movement" its banner. https://mvmnt.in/news/
Yes, exactly. And the permanent change between Current Information and Limited Information is of course also part of a sophisticated plan. Just like all the announcements without any realization. Not true? LOL
Of course, this company is not going anywhere. After all, it has already been treading water for 4 years. And with this miserable management, it certainly won't change.
Yes, exactly ... when good news arrives. The problem is that we've been waiting for this good news for 4 years now, and it doesn't look like that's going to change anytime soon.
What is the value of the machines and what equipment are you talking about? Can you show me the values in the balance sheet? Would be nice, because I personally can't find any corresponding values there.
Many a kiosk earns more than this company. And it doesn't look like that's going to change anytime soon.
Hopeless when the fish stinks on the head.
Actually, I should have known better. As long as this Gerard Dab has his fingers in the pie, nothing is likely to come of it.
Many other companies don't have that either and have nevertheless disappeared from the face of the earth. I wouldn't be surprised if that also happens in this case, if things continue as before.
I am excited when the next one here in the forum will finally wake up and find out how he was led through the arena by the nose ring.
Don't worry, the price will certainly go down even further.
Instead of worrying about my motives, you might do better to ask yourself why there is no transparency where there should be transparency. Why announcements are made that are not implemented. And this has already been the case for four years. Perhaps then it will be easier for you to understand why stock investors, like me, complain about this untenable state of affairs.
As it looks right now, probably more of a dud. LOL
The question arises as to who is still buying this worthless piece?
Why should anyone be interested in a company that has been permanently treading water for 4 years?
It wouldn't be surprising, because after all, that would be in line with the company's previous approach. After every step forward, a step back again, accompanied by big words without action.
Once more Pink Current Information. The only question is for how long?
I can't shake the feeling that the horse we're riding is already dead. However, it may just be the cowboy leading the nag.
Which big CFO are you talking about please? About the one who is not even able to realize his own goal? Keep on dreaming. LOL

If the company wanted a merger, it would have happened long ago. In this respect, it probably remains just wishful thinking.
The management of MVNT was, is and will most likely be completely overwhelmed with its tasks in the future. Personally, I no longer believe in a happy ending.
Clearly the announcement of the Speaker of the House of Representatives. LOL
Sorry, but you can't take these guys seriously.
