I received the information from several sources. I am uncomfortable in disclosing the source at this time.
Please post any communication to the effect that the Dodge group has short sold 974 million shares of GBDX stock through an offshore account located in the Canary Islands. Has this group used the same offshore account to short sell other companies?
I just heard the rumor minutes ago. Perhaps the IRS and SEC might be interested.
This little birdie has heard a rumor that the Dodge Group is waiting for revocation to claim 100% profit on their 974 million share short position in an offshore brokerage account.
Is there information out there to the effect that the Dodge group has shorted GBDX 1 billion shares? Can someone lay out the facts that brought about the allegation. This subject needs to be thoroughly discussed. Do we know what brokerage firm was used?
That's the same time frame that Northwest Oil will make available their oil reserve report valuations through Hoover's online.
Do you see any spinoffs of assets to shareholders? I believe there is more upside than downside at these levels.
The only reason NWOL would want to do a R/S would be for an uplisting to the AMEX. I am waiting this one out until I see some PR's from the company.
If your dogs snoring wakes you up, put him in a different room. If your dog has a flatulence problem, limit or eliminate the human food he eats.
You have done a wonderful job keeping us up to date with GBDX. I hope you post more often. The info you provide is accurate and timely.
You may want to look at the sister company of EXMT. BOLV is owned by the same management team. The company is on the gray sheets and trades at .0003. Both companies had the same problem which took them down, namely alleged spam mail. The allegation proved totally false in both cases. I like BOLV because of their involvement with rare earth metals. Also, BOLV has active gold and silver mines in China. Supposedly, BOLV is working with a financial group to obtain a loan that will get them going again.
dog etiquette: good dog etiquette or dog manners starts with you the owner.
Dog etiquette: Dogs know who should be the first to sniff each other.
It doesn't look like PharmaCom has any assets that they put into this empty shell. Only hope.
I am completely supportive of your efforts along with FORDGT to make things go with KSWJ. Most of the other Russian pinky's are very stingy with news. Sometimes it does take years before the events happen.
PharmaCom is a clean empty shell. It consists of a business model. Who now has the gold and timber properties? Dan Ryan and associates do.
R/S doesn't seem to be well received by ABV Gold shareholders.
Researchers say when dogs sniff each other they learn whether or not the dog is safe to play with.
Researchers find that dogs laugh. And it makes other dogs happy.
I have no interest in selling any oil and gas deals. I don't need to. I have no interest in profiting from any information I have provided Drake. I am retired. My expertise is in oil and gas. Drake may have an interest in forming an oil and gas subsidiary. My interest is to see the value of Drake stock appreciate. I am enthusiastic about the new management.
I will also be forwarding info to Drake on a project I was involved with in Fremont County, Wyoming. The area is the most prolific oil producing area per acre in continental U.S. During the 1920's and 1930's wells were brought in that produced as much as 25,000 BOPD. Some of the largest producing oil wells ever in the U.S. This may create some excitement with the company.
I have already started forwarding information to Drake management. I do hope something can come of this. I have extensive knowledge of all areas of oil & gas development in central Texas. This includes writing up financial projects.
I drilled wells in an area of Texas that has produced over 400 million barrels of oil. In the 1920's and 1930's some wells were brought in out of one pay zone that produced 10,000 to 15,000 BOPD. One geologist I worked with believes this area may yet hold enormous reserves of oil. There is one oil bearing formation that needs to be looked at again. There are also water flood injection projects that can be done on the cheap.
I received my second e-mail from Drake Gold within the day. The company is very much interested in looking into oil & gas projects. They asked that I keep in touch with them. Also, to forward information on contacts I have in the oil & gas business in central Texas.
I have done business with all the major oil & gas companies that operate in Bastrop and Caldwell counties in Texas. I would love to see this company do some re-entry projects or farmouts from the majors. Also, to assist in putting a financial package together for them.
I received a nice personal e-mail from the new CEO of Drake Gold. He stated he is committed to bringing existing projects on line and seeking new opportunities. He has dedicated himself to making Drake achieve profitability. The new CEO did not comment on a possible stock dividend or spinoff. He did not comment on a R/S. However, I believe we have a new GSPG in the making once forward movement takes place on the Georgia and other projects. I am looking forward to adding to my position as funds become available. Drake is open and transparent to the shareholders.
I have asked the CEO at a later date to consider branching out into oil and gas projects. This is my main area of interest. I was formerly president of an independent oil and gas company in central Texas. Having drilled many wells with success.
Exactly. No reason this cannot be another GSPG. I hope other posters might ask for a stock dividend or spinoff as a good gesture from the new mgt. Then watch this company fly.
I have sent the new CEO of Drake Gold an E-mail. I stated that I am willing to give him a fair shake. I told him that I do not plan on selling my position in Drake. I recommended that he assures the shareholders that there is not a reverse stock split upcoming. Also, I asked that he consider issuing a small stock dividend or spin off of an asset of Drake. i.e. Jackpot mine.
Will the surgery on the dogs be performed at the universities? If so, ABV Gold could be setting up outpatient clinics for the dogs during the initial intake and post operative period. The money is in the surgery. Would you take out a second mortgage on your home to fork over $15,000 to $20,000 to have surgery performed on your dog with only a 30% to 50% chance of success?
Can a for profit business like ABV Gold operate at non profit facilities like the two universities and use their equipment and staff to make a profit? I've never heard of this being done. Perhaps someone can contact the universities about what business arrangement ABV Gold made with them.
The Northwest Oil Group is the one that initiated contact with Hoover to disclose their oil reserves values in October. That being the case, I don't think the reserve value will be much different than what is stated on their website. $5 to $10 per share reserve value would be conservative at current oil prices.
I'm hopeful that a future PR will explain what arrangement ABV Gold has with the two universities. You correctly state Gary is not a vet.
ABV Gold might be renting an office at each of the universities. They might be permitted to use the university canine medical equipment and staff to treat the dogs as they come in. You correctly state that ABV Gold is not mentioned in any of the articles.
Possible revenue sharing with the universities?
It looks like the bone marrow procedure for dogs at NCSU will cost $15,000. It will cost $20,000 at WSU. The survival rate is 30% to 50%. I don't believe dog insurance will pay for any of the costs. I found it interesting to read that chemotherapy costs $10,000 with a near zero probability of survival. I am really confused about what role ABV Gold plays in this. Will they have an office at the universities? The ABV Gold PR stated they have begun the process of building the clinics.
Is the ABV Gold canine clinics at WSU and NC State? Grant money might then be available. I'm reading that a dog owner has a 30% chance his dog will survive the bone marrow transplant after spending $20,000. The new clinic will increase the survival rate.
You have no idea how uplifting was the info that you posted about the Drake Gold changes. I am giving the new management a fair shake by staying pat with my investment in Drake. I plan on adding more shares as finances permit. Drake can proceed forward with the Georgia and other projects by properly structuring business arrangements with other companies without having to have a lot of capital.
It appears from your post that Hoover Online Services was contacted by Northwest Oil that reserve reports will be available next month. I believe the subsidiaries alone will show a valuation of $5 to $10 per share based on published information on the NWOG website. I wonder what other reserves are out there that we don't know about.
There are many here who do not post often who remain optimistic about the outcome of our investment in GBDX. I do not believe this company is a scam. I will remain an investor in the company unless I see evidence that the PR's contain any inaccuracies.
I share your optimism on the direction Drake Gold is headed. The company has new management that wants to make things work. There is no reason Drake could not be another GSPG. We underestimate how good the Georgia project could be. I applaud Drake telling us what was wrong. Now it is being fixed.
There is little to no discussion about how this new business is to be financed. Are the clinics to be financed from dilution of stock? Or gold sales from Russia? Perhaps the new owners may be attempting to get grant money?
Posters should be interested in the sideline business of bone marrow transplants from one dog to another. Are the dog doners live?
Will the stock dividends when distributed be restricted shares? I live overseas. I emailed FFGO and asked whether I can receive the stock dividends via electronic transfer to my online brokerage account. Alan Santini responded immediately. He forwarded my query to the appropriate people. That was several days ago. So far no answer.
Only 1M in buys. The rest are all sells. Big dump today. I think we will be seeing .0001/.0002 soon.
