How much capacity do you have in your bag?
Percentage-wise, do you own 5% of the total OS?
Is there any rule that binds them to what they have mentioned in the article? Its easier said than done.
Do you think they will stick by all this fluff?
Are we better off without Sean here?
What would happen to the company's strategies and goals if Sean is out?
Will the company do better than Sean being in it?
Will the productivity go down in his absence?
Was Sean a liability to the company? And now that he is gone, will those lawsuits fizzle away and no risks from that perspective?
Who can answer in short for me here?
The only thing that is wrong with the picture here is, we are the ones that are getting caught up in the crosshair of all this mess. Darn it!
Guess we'll have to wait for some more time to even break-even.
I hope that this is just a company and Sean playing just to take care of those lawsuits that have marred N since last year.
I think we all are in the same boat. This is the only stock that I trusted the most and this is the only one stock among mjs that got hit.
Every other mj stock is going up except this.
What a life!
In the event of a buyout, do you know how this will roll out?
Are we going to have the ticker as Namaste or not?
What is for the Namaste shareholders during or after the buyout?
This is going to get brutal unless they put out news to offset the bad news already out.
Not sure if the company can save the sp.
Are we expecting to see sp plunge down, or hover a bit lower?
What do you think about this?
Why the spread is so extreme suddenly, 0.55 - 1.55?
Could this be crash or spike?
Not sure if this is worse news or extremely great news.
Its sad that the insiders are dumping shares as easily as a common shareholder. I thought the insiders are pretty firm on their investments. They themselves encourage us to buy and hold for long term gains, and now they themselves dump the shares.
I don't see integrity here at all from the management.
Since Sean hasn't re-entered his position yet, can we assume that we will not see any sp rise soon?
Do you think a struggling company that was trying desperately to stay afloat is so concerned about the shareholders that it is willing to do share buyback? ROFL
I guarantee you to give half of my shares to you if this happens.
And that too 300M shares, amounts to around $300K, depending upon the sp. The lower the sp, cheaper to share buyback.
It is out of question for this broke as* company will spend capital on that.
All we need to hope is big acqui to hike the sp to at least 3 pennies.
Earlier you were saying that they will reduce OS.
Can you tell me how are they going to do that?
The manipulators are really playing with this for a long time. More frustrating is that they are manipulating only this one and rest mj stocks are flying freely.
This was expected anyway as I said before. Could be because of the latest 8K filings and toxic financing.
We could even go down to low 1s. I hope it goes that low so that i could load it down there. All you need to do is hold your horses and wait to jump.
If it goes down slow, remember, it can jump up very fast.
He's got some legit points to talk about, however, he solely depends on technicals and would not use fundamentals at all. I think mix of both are essential to decide upon a stock.
But I'm still waiting for the confirmation of the closing deal. If they procrastinate on this for this long, i'm wondering when the other acquis will come.
This company is so lethargic on doing stuff, which is really frustrating. This in turn gives the stock decimators a chance to bring the sp to a spiraling death.
That sometime is good when it stays above DMA, as it shows trend strength. In majority of the cases you are correct about that. I hope that this is an anomaly where it defies this downward spiral, otherwise lol
But we'll see what happens.
I thought it was suppose to close on or before 23rd?
Did they change it?
Well, if it goes down in the bottom, its a buying opportunity.
By that time I'll have some powder available to load. ;)
To get the financing from a bank, the company needs to have a strong background of past performances, which this company is currently lacking. Plus this company is trading on OTC, which no bank will ever offer credit regardless of what is lined up in the pipeline.
I hoped that they at least provided an option to repay the debt if in case they could afford it with the operating income.
As you've said, nothing is guaranteed that this will hold up, or it may even may even go down the trash. But I think the odds are in our favor considering everything that this company is doing.
Don't forget who they are currently playing with, the big Pharma companies. No biggies will ever play with you, if you're not up to par, or on their level of conducting business.
2M toxic debt is too petty compared to what this comp can achieve. I've seen sub penny stocks go for much higher convertibles and still turn the Tables around with proper business strategies.
If we'd seen toxic notes for more than 8M, then that wouldve been a clear red flag.
Look the recent history of the company. I think its bcoz of the spin off and the div payout, it is not reflecting on the chart. This happens when the companies undergo Forward or reverse split.
This stock will go higher only if new money comes in, and that will happen only if RETC does something worthwhile.
The one tick traders are taking advantages jumping in and out. So the end result is stalling of the sp at these levels.
I think the confidence will come only if there are good numbers on the next quarterly report. Do you know when is the next reporting?
I'm talking about GNBT before the first div payout. It went from less than 2 then all the way to 20 withing a month.
At first I was skeptical thinking that it could be pump and dump. Also I checked the SS, which I thought was a red flag to put money into. Expectedly, the sp jumped from 2 to 10 with almost little volume. But to my astonishment, the spread was really tight, which kept me on this stock.
This stock is still volatile bcoz of the low float I think. Don't be shaken if you see the price plunges in short run. Make sure you have the powder ready in case it does dips.
Considering the situation, I think we may even see lower 1s possibly bcoz of the notes and other financing. Don't be shaken if that happens in the near short term. But in the long run, maybe 4 to 5 months, we will see it rising.
You maybe right on some things that you pointed out. But I still regret when I did my DD i could not buy the stock when it was at $2 before the first div payout and later saw it skyrocketing to $20 and above.
I thought the sp will crash immediately, but amazingly it held above $10 and it stayed there until the div payout.
At this time anything could happen. I believe you need to be ready to put money that you could afford to lose.
So far I like the company the way it is moving. Constant shareholder calls, transparency, acquisitions (still wondering the capital to acquire them), and so on.
Another reason is, this company is not only messing with smaller acquisitions, but also involved with big guys like Merck, which is not easy to team up with.
We shall see
I think its bcoz of the end of ex-div date. This was expected as people are trying to sell their shares and still get their div.
Make sure you buy more if it goes down.
I think they certainly will have something more on their plates before the conf call, or else its going to be same repetition of the last call.
Hope they have a massive news before that call in which they will discuss the new acquisitions and build ups.
Big Ballers control OTCs whenever they want most of the time. That is all the reality when the comp is on OTC markets, unfortunately.
Not sure if thats what it is. It could be bcoz it is trying to trace the MJ ETF whenever it fluctuates. If that is true, that means the company operations are not defining the current sp.
We'll be on the loose as soon as we hit the higher exchange and real Revenues come through higher than the expected growth.
Fingers crossed.
Those things on trading websites are not accurate. On TD it says negative.
You can't go by tools for OTC stocks.
If you want to know those Ratios, lookup the reports and than deduce it from there. That will be close to accurate.
Is he manipulating the sp so that he could buy low?
Stock is slowly going back down.
How is it possible to collect capital from the shares that were actually Forwards split? Isn't it the overall value of those OS shares remain same before and after? Unless you sell additional shares and dilute the OS, how is it possible to collect capital by adding FS shares?
Please edify me on this, coz I'm confused now.
This is a departmental store, and why are they talking about management of perishable food products?
The article seems completely off.
Could this be another fluff?
The stock now is flooded with one tick flippers. There is very small chance for this to go higher as some people think.
The market sentiment is still down on this. It needs a solid news for the sp to go above at least 0.002.
To make all these acquisitions one after the other, I'm wondering where all the capital comes from, and how will they be able to manage all this borrowed debt?
Can anyone answer this question for me?
Do you think that after the div payout, are we going to see lower sp because of the forward split like action or slight dilution, as in the aftermath of the last div payouts?
Wondering what price action this div payouts could lead upto?
Is today the last day to buy and qualify for the div shares?
Before split the price was around $20. After split it was $2.40.
Optionsvegas...thanks for your inputs on this company after your research and experience with this company.
I have been with this company just before the last div. It actually did fairly well then I thought it would do. Initially I was little skeptical about the performance thinking that this company is just putting some fluff out to pump and dump. I also thought after the div payouts, this stock will tank below 10 cents, but it held above 60 cents pretty good.
Although I know the company is poised to move really high, we still need to be vigilant about potential scheme that the manipulators may bring about and giving us a shock, especially being on the OTC.
I think we would take a sigh of relief only if they quickly take this to NASDAQ, and there is high chance this will fly really high above the sky making us all happy.
I was on the call last time with the CEO talking about the progress they made to list the company on higher exchanges.
What so you think of this?
LMAO....competing against Amazon!
Good luck in taking the fight against the giant with a straw.
I think this company needs to prove first whether it can make some decent revenue to hike this sp to a decent gain.
I ain't selling at 99% loss at these prices.
But I will sell them when they go up for sure.
BTW, the OS is so much right now that the shares available on market are like fodder on the street, where nobody wants to touch that dirt.
Yeah, but at this crazy low price, that is a huge number of shares a bit difficult to topple.
Unfortunately they are due at the very wrong time. That is the major concern.
But we shall see.
