Medical grade CBD Isolate is exactly what the medical and pharmaceutical field wants.
Here is an independent article than validates CBD Isolate is "wanted or required" by the medical / pharmaceutical applications.
https://www.azom.com/article.aspx?ArticleID=18028
AZoM educates and informs a worldwide audience of researchers, engineers and scientists with the latest industry news, information and insights from the Materials Science industry.
"The compound (CBD Isolate) has found recent popularity after several studies have indicated its potential for the treatment of numerous medical conditions. CBD’s potential to treat epilepsy is of particular interest, but recent evidence suggests it may exhibit useful analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipsychotic effects suitable for the treatment of a broad range of conditions."
"Isolation of CBD and other cannabinoids from both high THC containing plants and Hemp requires six main steps: extraction, winterization, solvent recovery, decarboxilcation / devolatized, fractional distillation, and isolation. CBD compounds can be extracted from the plant via a solvent. The product recovered from the extraction can be consumed as is, but it is an impure mixture of lipids, terpenes, possibly chlorophyll, and multiple cannabinoids. Other steps, including fractional distillation, allows for a chemical purity that is wanted or required by medical/pharmaceutical applications."
Claims that "Pure CBD isolate is not what doctors or patients would use" is false and totally misleading with no substantiated proof whatsoever. No medical papers, articles or quotes have been provided showing that Doctors would not use CBD isolate.
There is a significant misunderstanding of accounting principals relating to deferred income.
Here is an article on the basic accounting principle of deferred income, and its use case:
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/deferredrevenue.asp
"Deferred income is an advance payment from a customer for goods or services that have not yet been delivered. Under the accrual basis of accounting, the recipient records this payment as a liability. Once the goods or services have been delivered, the liability is reversed and revenue is recorded instead."
Here is another article to become familiar with:
https://investinganswers.com/dictionary/d/deferred-revenue
"An example of deferred revenue is when a cleaning company accepts the prepayment of its monthly fee for its services in advance for a whole year. The company agrees to provide cleaning services for that year. If the cleaner cannot provide the service at any point during that year, the "unearned" fee must be refunded."
This is similar to a deposit or layaway when services have not been delivered.
Canb spells out that they recognize revenue when the rental agreement is made, and the insurance company is invoiced.
So, I will explain why this meets the four GAAP Revenue recognition Rules
Persuasive evidence of an arrangement exists (the rental agreement)
Delivery has occurred or services have been rendered (the rental agreement and invoicing occurs as the patient receives the device for treatment)
The seller’s price to the buyer is fixed or determinable (in the insurance industry, they have guidelines and established fixed reimbursements)
Collectibility is reasonably assured - (the insurance carriers are considered reliable sources not to default on the collection of payment)
Simple. Deferred income reporting is not appropriate in their situation.
Please share exactly why they should declare SAM revenue as deferred income, and reference any accounting publication that supports this.
Simple - show the links "you have provided" that show the CEO has been busted six times.
You can't because it does not exist.......therefore, fake news.
No Facts. Ever.
Thank you for finally seeing the light!
I am glad there is an agreement that it's important that we back claims up with facts.
For example, someone had previously posted the CEO of Canbiola was busted multiple times as a scammer. Also, the board of Canb were also known scammers. There was no additional details or proof, outside of a reference to Google it or looking it up yourself.
I used Google, Bing, Yahoo, and ask.com along with searching through the SEC filings and archives and found nothing. Spent about six hours trying to look it up and found zilch relating to charges on the CEO, or any of the medical doctor advisors or Attorneys. Did not even find references outside of the SEC with any legal proceedings against them.
So, now I feel reassured that there is no track record of "scamming", and no charges against the CEO or board members.
100% false and unsubstantiated speculation that stated revenue for their Duramed products is "impossible"
From the 2019 Q1:
"The Company formed Duramed, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“Duramed”) in November 2018"
From one of the press releases:
"Subsequent to the end of 2018, Canbiola increased its investment in Duramed by 300% to continue the initial deployment of the sam® Pro 2.0 device"
In a press release at the end of February, Dr. Weissberg had the statement below, indicating he has deploying the devices for three months.
The quote confirming deployment of the units at the end of 2018:
"According to Davis Weissberg, MD, President of Long Island Orthopedic Solutions and a charter member of the Medical Advisory Board for Canbiola, Inc, "I have introduced the use of the sam® low-intensity ultrasound device into my Orthopedic practice over the past 3 months. My patients are highly satisfied with the ease of use as well as the benefits they have derived through its use. Relief of muscle pain and spasms, earlier return to work and sports as well as significant benefits in relieving osteoarthritic knee pain have all been frequently observed when using the sam® device."
So, we know Duramed was formed in November and started deployment of the units shortly thereafter.
The Quarter 1 of a financial year represents the first three months of the year. Those months are January, February and March which equals three months time frame, not "a months time".
Canbiola also states in the financials they invoice the insurance company upon issuance of the rental agreement to the patient. They threat it as revenue at the time of invoice, since the service of renting the device has been performed. Also, there is an expectation that the revenue is reliable since its paid by the insurance company.
Here is an article on Accounting basics explaning revenue recognition:
https://www.accountingcoach.com/accounting-basics/explanation/7
What Canbiola follows is a very common accounting practice in the service industry and it's not "creative accounting"
"Revenues are recorded as Service Revenues or Sales when the service or sale has been performed, not when the cash is received. This reflects the basic accounting principle known as the revenue recognition principle."
"According to the US Security Exchange Commission SAB104: “revenue generally is realized or realizable and earned when all of the following criteria are met:
Persuasive evidence of an arrangement exists;
Delivery has occurred or services have been rendered;
The seller’s price to the buyer is fixed or determinable; and
Collectibility is reasonably assured”.
"Within Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP Revenue recognition Rules) there are multiple ways to recognize revenues and can look dramatically different depending on the method chosen even when the economic reality is the same. Revenues can be recognized on a sales basis, percentage of completion, cost recoverability and installment. Using the sales basis method, revenue is recognized at the moment the goods or services are transferred to the buyer. In this case, revenue is not recognized even if cash is received before the transaction is complete. The percentage of completion method is used when there is a long-term legally enforceable contract and it is possible to estimate the percentage of project completion, revenues and costs."

All of those boxes are checked for Duramed.
These products on Amazon are intentionally mislabeled to have the appearance of containing CBD to the unknowing consumer. Everyone knows buying any supplements on Amazon requires extensive research.
Take this example that claims to be Hemp oil:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WF8VNQ4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WqFRDbWP6G87C
If you scroll down, under product description:
"Get Your Hemp Seed Healing Balm Today."
In this example:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G6WGF19/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_XiFRDbJ4M2GKC
They also claim it's "full spectrum hemp extract", but when you look at the ingredients is states "Hemp Oil Extract - 200 mg".
In this article: "hemp oil is actually the same as hemp seed oil.". It also discusses this exact problem on Amazon:
https://katsnaturals.com/blog/hemp-seed-oil-vs-hemp-oil-vs-cbd-hemp-extract-oil/
Big difference between cbd hemp oil and hemp oil/extract which comes from the seeds
https://www.curednutrition.com/2019/04/24/hemp-seed-oil-vs-cbd-hemp-oil/
Another example:
https://www.amazon.com/Hemp-Pain-Relief-Cream-1500/dp/B07NJB2WX6/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=Pain+Relief+Inc.&qid=1571752190&sr=8-4
This product title is: "Hemp Pain Relief Cream (6000 Mg) - Natural Hemp Extract Cream", but when you look further down, it indicates "With 6000 mg extra strength hemp oil "
Canbiola (Pure Leaf) we know uses CBD isolate. However, since it's Amazon there is still a ban on mentioning CBD. So, this leads to the issue of mislabeling and confusion. The exact reason the FDA needs to regulate these products. None of the "$20" products have lab reports. People are "guessing" that it has CBD.
Along with many things, you pay for what you get with CBD quality. Enjoy the "hemp seed oil" in disguise along with wasting $20.
SHI Farms will be featured on the PBS Documentary “Information Matrix with Lawrence Fishburne” about Hemp
https://www.shifarms.com/news-press/shi-farms-to-be-featured-in-upcoming-pbs-documentary-about-hemp/
"PBS sent Boulder Media House of Boulder, Colorado down to our Pueblo Headquarters for eight hours of drones, interviews and photo shoots (and some puppy playtime!). It was an incredible opportunity for our team to be treated professionally like any other mature industry. It was a day that truly embodied the watershed moment Hemp is having in breaking the stigma surrounding cannabis."
"Our farm team pointed out how big a difference a year makes. When we look back on the progress Shi Farms has made since our 2018 crop, we are so humbled and proud of our team. It’s important to take a step back from the craziness of this fast-paced game we are in and realize how much growth really has been achieved in a short year. One big change that is noticeable in this video is the building of Mile High Monster, can you pick it out?"
https://www.shifarms.com/news-press/mile-high-labs/
https://www.greenentrepreneur.com/article/332985
"Around the time Mueller was getting ready to launch Mile High, workers at Shi Farms in Pueblo, Colo., had their hands full planting high-CBD-hemp clones in 40,000 square feet of greenhouses for the 2016 crop. Tending that much hemp requires a lot of work. But finding a reputable lab to process the contents of those super sacks was almost harder. “The biggest challenge was finding a way to extract [the oil] from all this material we had,” says the farm’s operations director, Drew Ferguson. “We’d drop this biomass off at labs and never hear back, or it took a long time, or the end product was not good enough.”
Late in 2016, Ferguson and his partner, Steven Turetsky, met Mueller at Mile High Labs, a three-hour drive away, which proved lucky for the sale of their much larger 2017 crop--15 outside acres. When it was time to harvest, each plant was cut down by hand and hauled to barns and greenhouses to be hung for drying, then shucked -- again by hand -- to remove the leaves and flowers for packing into super sacks. “John Deere doesn’t make a hemp harvester, at least not yet, and certainly not for the higher-CBD hemp,” says Ferguson, “so our whole team was out there cutting each plant one by one.”
"Thanks to that meeting in 2016, the entire crop will be processed by the Monster being assembled on Shi Farms. According to Ferguson, the arrangement with Mile High Labs encouraged farmers in the cooperative to plant more because they know their harvest will have a buyer with a GMP-certified facility. “It has let us grow, because we know we have the extractor on the other side,” he says. “I’ve met a ton of people gung-ho to grow hemp, but they want to know what to do with it afterward. As Mile High grows and provides this extraction capability, the farmers will know they will have a customer.”
Contrary to misleading posts, Mile High Labs and SHI have a pretty significant relationship....
Looking forward to Canbiola, and their relationship with SHI Farms and Mile High Labs.
Please back up these claims with links to articles, exact references and details within the financials and the SEC case numbers.
Why ask others to "do your own goggling"? Canb investors such as myself provide excellent research with links, and articles supporting all statements.
The following is a running list claims and accusations have been about Canbiola, to which there has been a failure to substantiate with any facts or references:
"Some studies shown a little THC is also best to help the other cannabinoids in medical patients."
(Post links to the studies)
"CBD isolate is not what doctors or patients use for the medical arena."
(Doctors publish medical opinion papers, and perform studies. Post the ones found to support this. Or, any information that was found to support this)
"Takes little to no effort to make these products"
(Post articles and opinions from authorities in the field that support the claim that manufacturing differences for CBD isolate require less effort. Also, include additional facts showing that the nano process Canbiola uses also requires no extra effort to produce.)
“REWOOD baby !!!!!!” “redwood is happy at the progress”
(Post links on info about Redwood, provide all the details, show if there is any direct connection with Canb with specifics, or why this even matters.)
“pos scam company run by scam artists”
(Post the SEC or criminal charges that show dates and details on the CEO and the events where he was busted. This info must be published as public information by the SEC, FBI or any legal entity that would have handled issues such as this.)
“has 10 billion outstanding”
(Shares? If so, post where it shows record of that)
“its not like CANB has doctors selling their products - they have sales reps that go to doctors and try to sell their product”
(Here is a Doctor selling their product: https://www.truegreenessence.com/pages/about No indication provided that they use sales reps.)
Also:
"CBD isolate is useless in the medical space"
(Post links and articles with medical studies and/or opinions as to why CBD isolate is useless in the medical space. Also, information confirming that CBD isolate is easy to produce, and that anyone can do it without additional expensive equipment and specialized expertise.)
"It's not the sector's fault"
(Post links to any Cannabis stock that has experienced a positive gain starting with May 1st of this year)
"Canb reports innaccurate revenue with many auditing mistakes."
(Post the suspected inaccuracies, auditing and accounting issues that are in the financials. Need specifics such as which report, the page and the specific area of concern)
"You can buy 99% CBD isolate 3000mg on Amazon for 59.99"
(Show that this particular CBD isolate on Amazon is the exact same as Canbiola's, which uses nano nano emulsification along with added terpenes.)
Canb flat out states that Canbiola and Pure Leaf oil is the same. It's only a conspiracy if they said otherwise. Should Canb add impurities to Pure Leaf oil, to make it a lesser quality?
Even the medical distributor states they get discounted pricing:
"I felt certain that I could be a part of helping many more people to improve the quality of their lives by making pure, high potency CBD oil from Canbiola available at discounted rates. With the permission and blessing of Canbiola, True Green Essence, Inc. is an independent, discount distributor of Canbiola products. It is the commitment and joy of True Green Essence, Inc. to offer these amazing products to you at our always discounted prices."
Sure, somebody can go onto the Canbiola.com website and will pay a higher price. That's on them for not being a smart consumer, which is not uncommon in business.
Here is a perfect example:
On the Dell website, they sell a Latitude laptop for $1,759
https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop/cty/pdp/spd/latitude-14-5400-laptop/s034l540014us
On Amazon, the exact same laptop model and specs (sold by Dell) is $1,200
https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Latitude-5000-5400-Notebook/dp/B07S15TCHV/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Dell+Latitude+5400+i7-8665U&qid=1571146533&refinements=p_n_condition-type%3A6461716011&rnid=6461714011&sr=8-1
So, would Dell also be perceived as trying to rip people off because their distributor (Amazon) or the computers they sell through Best Buy and Staples are lower in price than their own website?
100% misleading and 100% false
Here is the 60 minutes story:
https://www.cbsnews.com/news/marijuana-in-california-black-market-weed-buzzkills-for-california-legal-weed-industry-60-minutes-2019-10-27/
The story discusses MJ only.
No mention of Hemp
No mention of CBD
Only mentions MJ
Unfortunately, intentionally taking information out of context to support a point does not qualify as DD.
Also, if you look in the background page of the USDA page, there is a link to preview a PDF of the rule.
USDA did have a press release today:
https://www.usda.gov/media/press-releases/2019/10/29/usda-establishes-domestic-hemp-production-program
So, now a minor $292k in total liabilities (which includes debt) is now considered "massive debt"? LOL
Financials for Canb are available on OTCMarkets.com to verify. They also have financials for all the other CBD companies. For example, CBD MD has over $70 Million in total liabilities. If you compare, CBD MD has 23,900% (twenty three thousand and nine hundred percent) greater debt than Canbiola.
Debt always comes back to haunt companies, and Canb is relatively debt free.
I think it bears repeating the significance of Canb's area of operation in New York
Canb started their subsidiary earlier this year, New York Hemp Depot. New York has been one of the most proactive states in supporting the boom in hemp agriculture.
https://www.poughkeepsiejournal.com/story/news/local/2019/09/18/hemp-boom-how-cbd-demand-creating-new-cash-crop-hudson-valley/2304189001/
"From the Hudson Valley to Erie County to the Bronx and well into Long Island, more than 400 New York growers have nearly 18,000 acres of hemp, much of it awaiting fall harvest. Two years ago, there were barely 100 state-licensed growers."
With 18,000 acres, it would put them as the third highest state in the U.S. behind Montana and Colorado, which have been absolute monster hemp growing states.
https://hempindustrydaily.com/chart-americas-hemp-acres-80000-2018-montana-new-leader-among-states/
Canbiola would have access to buy and process all that hemp from Farmers that need to sell it. With a healthy amount of supply, that should keep pricing favorable to Canb. The article mentions Fall harvesting, which is now. So the timing of starting this venture at the start of the summer is also ideal to be ready for this harvest of 18,000 acres.
Not all CBD is created equal
Canbiola's nano isolate CBD is superior, and is not like "basic" CBD isolate that is out on the market.
As for why Canbiola's CBD isolate is superior than most CBD isolates out there which are basic, here is extensive due diligence which provides unquestionable confirmation:
This article describes the Nano process:
https://potstocknews.com/cbd-isolate/
"CBD isolate can only be partially absorbed by the body. These molecules are greater in size than our own cells, and our cells cannot fully utilize a particle larger than itself. Because of this, with typical consumer CBD products, our body has to discard a large percentage of the CBD."
"However, nano-technology reduces the size of the CBD molecules so they are completely absorbable by the body. This means that nano-amplified CBD products are the most absorbable form of cannabidiol. There is literally no waste from this form of CBD isolate as the size of the particles allows the body to utilize virtually all of it."
Here is another independent article on the superior nano-process that Canbiola uses
https://www.cbdhacker.com/water-soluble-cbd/
"Anubhav Pratap Singh, PhD, is a scientist at the University of British Columbia. Singh and his team are currently working on a research study looking specifically at the benefits of nanoemulsification for cannabinoid-rich hemp oil."
"Nanoemulsifying CBD, Singh continues, “means that large amounts of CBD molecules which would either be eliminated (due to poor solubility) or rejected (due to the larger size of general CBD molecules) or destroyed (by chemicals and enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract) will be more readily absorbed.”"
"And, as Singh discussed, the low-bioavailability of any CBD edible or pill that has to go through your digestive tract should, to a large degree, be remedied by nano-emulsification."
"Another scientist with extensive experience with nanoemulsions is Alexey Peshkovsky, PhD. He explained that the possible benefits of nanotechnology are even more far-reaching than increased absorbability. Accurate dosing of CBD at present is very difficult, due to the number of variables which are unique to each person."
"Nanoemulsions, on the other hand, “have a more predictable absorption rate and bioavailability rate, so we have a better idea of how much will be absorbed and how fast. The on/off times are more predictable (when the CBD starts and stops taking effect)…so it becomes much easier to manage.”
New Jersey Health and Wellness is a distributor of Canb with several offices in North Jersey:
https://njhwllc.com/product/canbiola-hemp-extract-nano-drops-1000mg-1oz-30ml/
"Canbiola’s nano cannabinoid delivery system delivers over 450% more CBD action per milligram than using hemp by itself. Why? This is due to the extremely small particle size in Canbiola nano-drops and sprays combined with superior formulation of pure hemp extract and all-natural ingredients."
True Green Essence is another distributor of Canbiola products
https://www.truegreenessence.com/pages/about
For those who don't have time for read the entire article, here are the highlights:
"Canbiola Hemp Extract Nano-drops – Canbiola’s advanced nano-technology has done wonders for the efficacy and success of their CBD drops. Of course, the best effects come from the most bioavailable molecules. Bioavailability means that the body is able to absorb AND utilize the CBD molecules efficiently. CBD is a naturally large molecule and it is oil based. This means that first of all, it is hard to assimilate because of its size. Second is that because it is an oil-based molecule, it requires the presence of fat for the best absorption. Canbiola has created a product where the molecular size of the absorbable molecules is 30 nanometers, making it easy to absorb under the tongue. Sub-lingual absorption puts it directly into the bloodstream where it can be carried to the endocannabinoid receptors for use in the human body Most importantly, the molecules are not treated with chemical processes to create the 30 nanometer size, but rather with sound waves. The CBD molecules are then mixed with coconut oil (to maximize absorption) and pleasant tasting mint. Canbiola Hemp Extract Nano-drops contain 99.5% pure CBD oil from hemp. You will be hard pressed to find a better product on the market today."
"Canbiola offers different strength CBD nano-drop products. Choosing which one is right for you can sometimes be confusing. Suffice it to say that because CBD oil makes your body more efficient, it also can make certain medications work more strongly in your body. If you are taking a lot of medications, such as analgesics, anti-inflammatories, anti-anxiety medications, etc., starting with a lower dose and working your way up to higher doses makes sense. This way, as your body begins to function better, you can slowly wean off the drugs that you currently take."
"My research brought me to a deep understanding that the quality of the CBD oil is critical in obtaining the kind of results we want to achieve. In my research, I came across a company called Canbiola. Canbiola harvests their CBD from the Hemp plant, a cannabis species that contains almost no THC and therefore supplies the medicinal properties of CBD without the associated “high” from THC. It is legal in ALL 50 states without a prescription. Their products are of the highest potency, are prepared via nanotechnology for the best absorption and utilization by the body and they are a company with extremely high integrity and commitment as they are also a publicly traded company. I have been recommending their products to my patients for the past 2 years with great results."
"Since CBD oil has so many conditions that it addresses (such as pain, inflammation, anxiety, depression, GI problems, nausea, and even has been shown to have anti-cancerous properties), I felt certain that I could be a part of helping many more people to improve the quality of their lives by making pure, high potency CBD oil from Canbiola available at discounted rates. With the permission and blessing of Canbiola, True Green Essence, Inc. is an independent, discount distributor of Canbiola products. It is the commitment and joy of True Green Essence, Inc. to offer these amazing products to you at our always discounted prices."
All of this great detail, and almost forgot to mention:
In addition to the nano process, Canbiola also adds terpenes, which create the "entourage effect". Something the "other" CBD isolates don't have.
Actually, yes. The following picture was taken showing the vending machine that you speak of. You must be relieved.
Hey wait a sec.....HOLY CRAP!!! I just noticed, is that Shaquille O'Neil in the Doctor's office buying a Canbiola product out of the vending machine? I think it is! He looks really happy because the Canbiola product must be relieving his chronic pain incurred from his 18 year Hall of Fame career where his career average was 23.7 points and 10.9 rebounds playing for six different teams. He also attended LSU for three seasons.
I am so relieved the Canb vending machine mystery has been solved, and Canb will live on instead of going down in flames!
Now lets move on to things about Canb that really matter, like the SAM/TENS units and vertical integration which are way more significant than the vending machines.
I just made a discovery that the creek in my backyard also has free water, so no more buying bottled water in the store.
Fiji has premium water and sales of $150 million per year. However, they are preparing to go out of business because of the whole "free water that comes out of the tap" recent finding. Water will be everywhere!
I could post 1000 articles confirming that all CBD is not the same. Canb's is superior to all the others.
Simply, the importance of due diligence.
Canb's NY Hemp Depot business venture is well positioned to take advantage of the lack of aggregation and processing throughout the U.S.
This article discusses the issue in Vermont, a neighboring state of NY
https://vtdigger.org/2019/08/06/lack-of-hemp-processing-capacity-brings-vermont-a-problem-and-an-opportunity/
Some highlights:
"hemp biomass grown in 2018 was about four times as much as the estimate of processing capacity"
"Vermont is still well short on processing capacity within the state. With just weeks until the harvest, Matthews said many Vermont processors are booked, including his business, some as far as next summer."
“I think either a large number of farmers are looking to sell their biomass into the national marketplace or they’re looking to contract with other processors out of state,” he said." - Canbiola's NY Hemp depot is close by
"David Muller, who started to grow hemp this year with some neighbors in Woodstock, called processors the “gatekeepers” because they are determining the price."
Here is another interesting piece:
Oversupply Of US Hemp Hampered By Lack Of Processing Outlets
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/oversupply-us-hemp-hampered-lack-141751653.html
Highlights:
"Grower to Processor Ratio: 3.7:1" - this means there is almost 4 times the amount of hemp, as the capabilities to process it. We all know the profitability of things that are in high demand.
"there is a significant economic opportunity for those with the means to go into hemp extraction"
While Canb is being made to appear as only a "retail" CBD seller among the masses, they set themselves apart in vertical integration within the hemp industry. This is something the "mom and pop" CBD providers certainly don't have. Also why the product dispensing machines (aka vending machines) are really not that significant...
My point is that a 70% drop in one stock is the same financial loss as a 70% loss in another stock to the shareholder with the same investment in both. Declaring that Canb cannot be a dominant player because it dropped 70%, would equate to saying CVSI is not a dominant player since they also dropped 70% in share price.
But thank you for pointing out that 70% of $100k os less than 70% than a billion, along with the other obvious stuff. I don't think anyone knew that.
Funny what checking the financials with DD can reveal.
Sure, CBD MD revenue for nine months ending June 2019 is $19 million. But the latest quarterly reveals things worse than anything you can find with Canbiola.
Here it's stated:
Contingent liability = $70,600,000
(that is not $70 thousand. It's $70 MILLION!!!)
"A contingent liability is a liability or a potential loss that may occur in the future depending on the outcome of a specific event. Potential lawsuits, product warranties, and pending investigation are some examples of contingent liability"
Canbiola certainly does not have a huge red flag hanging over them like CBD MD does.
Canb's total liabilities? A mere $292,000
Operating Expenses for CBD MD including compensation is $18,000,000!
And guess what, just like Canb, CBDMd's stock price also dropped like a rock. Two weeks ago, they bottomed out at $3.13 after hitting $7.24 at the end of April. That is a loss of 60%, and not far off Canb or CVSI's drop.
So, CVSI was a better investment than Canb because of sales and advertising, even though the stock price of both fell the same 70% of their value?
70% will always be equal to 70% no matter how you look at it
Also, according to that theory, investors fled Canb with minor losses for other opportunities such as CVSI.
Oh wait, crap. CVSI also went down 70%. Guess the whole sector is way down. Good grief, I didn't even notice that.
So, for those who don't "understand", then show us.
Demonstrate and explain with specifics the exact accounting and financial best practices they are violating. Not high level generalizations, let's get specific.
Find a company out there that breaks out all of its assets (hint: it's very rare)
"working capital is a disaster"
"balance sheet clearly shows this is a scam company"
Show everyone with specifics and examples, referencing exactly where you see this. Nothing speaks the truth better than actually showing it with real examples, rather than stating "look for yourself".
Canb's NY Hemp Depot business venture is well positioned to take advantage of the lack of aggregation and processing throughout the U.S.

https://vtdigger.org/2019/08/06/lack-of-hemp-processing-capacity-brings-vermont-a-problem-and-an-opportunity/
While Canb is being made to appear as only a "retail" CBD seller among the masses, they set themselves apart in vertical integration within the hemp industry. This is something the "mom and pop" CBD providers certainly don't have.
Canbiola has been growing in revenue and assets, reducing liability and growing through acquisitions and creation of its subsidiaries.
I am optimistic about this company. It doesn't need to be perfect, the value is its potential.
Here is the true makeup of Canb, and the reason it has exceeded with triple digit growth, and over $1 million in revenue in the first two Quarters of this year:

"Canbiola, Inc. has recently (January 2019) completed the acquisition of Pure Health Products LLC including the laboratory and production facility located outside Seattle Washington. The facility is a full-on development laboratory and a fully integrated production facility whereby all formulations, processes, and materials are vertically integrated in the production process. There are no third-party vendors and the company controls the process at each step of processing to insure 100% quality control and product purity. Additionally, all the automated processing and packaging equipment are wholly owned, and the company has no debt."
CVSI also down 70%. So, they are also not a dominate player?
Charlotte's Web is down 50% since its high on April 4th. THey are not a dominate player either? Good grief, then who would be considered a dominate player? Hmmm
Using the PPS decline has been merely just an excuse to back the false accusations that Canbiola is not a legitimate company.
Yes, Canb is down 70% along with the rest of the sector.
CVSI is considered legitimate by many. The pps for CVSI was $6.59 on March 26th. Fast forward seven months later, and it’s $1.99. That’s a 70% decline also, same as Canb. I guess they would consider CVSI a scam also, with that thought process of investment analysis?
Your opinion is more than reasonable, as experienced investors we will judge a stock against the rest of the sector. So, when the sector starts to ascend once again, Canb will also. If it doesn’t, that’s when they can start to make those judgements and statements.
Canbiola's nano isolate CBD is superior to all basic CBD isolate that is out on the market
Before we discover why, the most important point is:
It's arguable as to whether broad spectrum, full spectrum or CBD isolate is better. Certainly, all three have their benefits. That argument doesn't matter, when there is a very high likelihood that CBD isolate will be first to be federally approved by the FDA over Full/Broad Spectrum Hemp Extract. Strong indicators were given by the former FDA commissioner, and the CEO of a multi billion dollar cannabis company (Aurora Cannabis). True investors with considerable funds look to shield themselves from risk. Federally legalized CBD isolate eliminates that risk.

Incorrect, Pure Leaf is listed as "Hemp Oil Extract"
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07VRLRT18/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_UdFRDbRC4AY5B
"200mg Hemp Oil Extract With Nano Technology Greater Absorbtion And Bioavailability"
So, we already know Pure Leaf is CBD Hemp oil extract.
Read this, and it will clear up the misconceptions that all "hemp oil" is the same as "Hemp oil extract" on Amazon.
https://www.cbdschool.com/buy-cbd-oil-amazon/
The $20 "high potency" products are merely just Hemp Oil. Some have "extract" in the description. The seller writes the description, and Amazon takes their word for it and posts it.
Another article that indicates misleading descriptions that "hemp oil extracts" may also not contain any CBD
https://heavy.com/marijuana/2019/06/cbd-on-amazon/
Definitely true, but I would rather it happen on merit with Vate.
Clear pump job with the BCCI news. A $150 billion top 50 global company is not going to form a partnership with a Pink sheet BCCI that has $11k in revenue for the year, and trouble keeping up with filings...
You do know the "high potency" products on Amazon are in no way comparable?
These products on Amazon are intentionally mislabeled to have the appearance of containing CBD to the unknowing consumer.
So, the example provided:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WF8VNQ4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_WqFRDbWP6G87C
If you scroll down, under product descripton:
"Get Your Hemp Seed Healing Balm Today."
In this example:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G6WGF19/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_XiFRDbJ4M2GKC
They also claim it's "full spectrum hemp extract", but when you look at the ingredients is states "Hemp Oil Extract - 200 mg".
In this article: "hemp oil is actually the same as hemp seed oil.". It also discusses this exact problem on Amazon:
https://katsnaturals.com/blog/hemp-seed-oil-vs-hemp-oil-vs-cbd-hemp-extract-oil/
Big difference between cbd hemp oil and hemp oil/extract which comes from the seeds
https://www.curednutrition.com/2019/04/24/hemp-seed-oil-vs-cbd-hemp-oil/
Another example:
https://www.amazon.com/Hemp-Pain-Relief-Cream-1500/dp/B07NJB2WX6/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=Pain+Relief+Inc.&qid=1571752190&sr=8-4
This product title is: "Hemp Pain Relief Cream (6000 Mg) - Natural Hemp Extract Cream", but when you look further down, it indicates "With 6000 mg extra strength hemp oil "
Canbiola (Pure Leaf) we know uses CBD isolate. However, since it's Amazon there is still a ban on mentioning CBD. So, this leads to the issue of mislabeling and confusion. The exact reason the FDA needs to regulate these products.
But I thought the vending machines "allegedly" did not exist because Canb has not provided an update that they were installed?
Since the Canbiola product dispensing machines have now been spotted in a doctor's office per the picture below, I think the space station is also a great location.
I am so relieved the Canb vending machine mystery has been solved!
The SHI/Mile High Monster documentary from 2019, so yes it is the same story. The relationship started in 2016. DD needs to be followed on any DD that is posted.
Actually, the PBS Documentary on SHI Farms and Mile High's Monster has not even aired yet so it's certainly not irrelevant.

There is new misinformation being spread that Canb is not selling any products due to an alleged lack of COA's
Impossible for two reasons:
1) $1.1 million in revenue the first two quarters, and 400% revenue growth
2) Clearly, they have COA's. Below in bold and underlined is what appears to have been missed:
Certificate of Analysis Results
Canbiola CBD is Laboratory Tested and Certified.
All supplements and nutritional products distributed by us are laboratory tested in multiple facilities by third parties to ensure purity, safety, and consistency – we retain the test results to prove it Clients located outside of areas with relaxed state cannabis laws should confirm that their hemp supplements are imported from a reputable source of industrial hemp. Any established retailer should be able to defend their source with a certificate of authenticity or origin and lab analysis results. We strive to offer only the most eclectic, trusted, and effective hemp supplements. Upon request, we can readily provide our clients with certificates of analysis (COAs) for all the products we distribute. Check out some of the examples below to get an idea of everything that we test our products on.
THE POWER OF DUE DILIGENCE!
There is false and completely misleading information being posted that SHI Farms does not have a relationship with Mile High Labs, or that it's not significant.

I think Mile High Labs and SHI have a pretty significant relationship....
The power of Canbiola, and their relationship with SHI Farms and Mile High Labs!
I bought a powerball ticket yesterday and lost on that also. Then regret set in because I could have used that $2 to buy more shares.
Not the one we were hoping for, but the USDA did make a big announcement today. The U.S. is free of the plum pox virus!
https://www.rfdtv.com/story/41195946/usda-declares-united-states-free-from-plum-pox-virus#.XaiDDOhJGUk
Unfortunately, plum pox has nothing to do with hemp. I also didn't know what plum pox was, or that it was even a big issue.
I won’t be sleeping tonight in anticipation of hopefully winning the game tomorrow. Oh, and the USDA Regs would be super nice also :)
