They've been "underway" for a year now.....
Anyone want to buy my 3 shares after 3 splits for 10 bucks a pop?
Yeah, no. Matt is still having to do emerging growth conferences because he can't get any funding. No one is knocking down matt's door to give INND money. You are also making it sound like INND is the only retailer out there. Lexie and another company is on CVS. Wal Mart has quite a few options, and Hearing Assist is still listed under hearing amplifiers on their page. Rite Aid...no one really gives a crap about. Matt is still sneaking dilution into the O/S....this is why a kid doesn't need to be CEO. The company is completely trashed.
OTC markets show the O/S right around 2.4 million
The boat has a lot holes in it. Most would agree that this will be touching .004's soon.
I've heard it all now.
Nothing is a sure thing.....
Matty Moore pulling the same 2018 stunt all over again. Welcome bagholders!!!!
The bridge is paid for by the shareholders, just like his dad owning the building that INND runs out of, yet the shareholders pay for the rent every month which goes directly into the Moore's pocket. And just for you, his name is Matty.
Matt has been promising a CFO other than his sweet old momma since 2017......
Yep. Been here since 2018 as well. It's the same cycle and song and dance with the Moore's. I'm not sure if there are too many pumps left in this puppy, though. The promises of the OTC kept them afloat for 5 years, and now that it's here, Matt has to get his shit together, or this board will be a ghost town like it was in 2019, and the PPS will be like a gassy fart being blown away by the wind.
LMFAO. You're blaming OTC Markets for the Yield sign?
The filing had more holes in it than a piece of Swiss cheese. There is also 0 excuses for filing late and getting a Yield sign no matter how much you try and justify it. That filing looks like it could have been released a month ago, but if you really pick it apart, I can see why the Moore clan released it late. Not a good look at all for a supposed "disruptor".
Oh, I've seen all the displays with cleaning materials and batteries, but no actual hearing aids to speak of. The calls, bleh, Matt has a tremendous ability to distort truth...
Really? All 1500 of those stores are stocked with INND product? OR...are they just displays where people can scan a QR code to order? Because if my numbers are correct, 21 million for advertising, paying for these Emerging Conferences, paying their handful of employees and other typical overhead expenses...it sure seems like their new "credit line" does not cover them being able to afford all of that, let alone stocking Wal Mart with inventory. Plus, Matt hasn't talked any Wal Mart PO's since the last ones months ago. Something stinks with the whole ordeal....
Holiday sales? Everyone is wanting a set of hearing aids under the tree this year. LOL. Come on now....
I guess you assume every retailer is going to be stocked to the brim with INND products, huh. I'm under the assumption that Matt is a little strapped for cash to get all of these devices drop shipped to each location by October 1st. Online sales aren't going to mean squat after October 1st.....the big dogs might lift their tails, and cover INND in shit when it's all said and done. Better financed and own manufactured produced companies will prevail......
Were there any sales in 2020? This stale biscuit was a no bid pretty much all of 2020.
Funniest post of the day!!!!
They'll be more soon, though. That's like saying Wal Mart only allows one brand of breakfast cereal in their stores.....
What time today do you think it will hit .04?
If it doesn't, you're going to be 0 for 3 on predictions.......
And their bank account is over drawn!! Hell of a job, Jason!!
You told us to "book" it that it would hit .03-.03.5 today, and hit 500 million in volume today. You need to quit guessing, you're starting to look silly.
If all big box retailers want them, they could easily have them......
I bought because of this statement. Can you send me the difference if you are wrong?
Matt said "ZERO" dilution with a date range that lasted a week!! There is dilution. To think otherwise is silly.
Nah. It's still being diluted, and if Matt was so confident with the latest filing, he would have them all audited and become SEC compliant again. There is a reason why he filed to be a "non" SEC filer last year.....remember that. Youre just tossing the word "fundamentals" around....doesn't fit here at all.
I remember you were one of the few with me on this board back in 2018-19. I was rooting for matt a little bit this time, thought maybe he changed his ways, but it's the same 'ol song and dance with this ticker. I'll wait for sub pennies again, and ride the pump with a new batch of bagholders!!!
Why does outside of America matter? INND does not have the funds nor the employees to handle such a huge market. Drop shipping hearing aids ain't easy!!!!
Im pretty sure the FDA news was the biggest news in INND history, and this is the run you get with a highly diluted, non SEC filing OTC company.
Look at that accumulated deficit, though. Better hope there is a mad dash for hearing aids…..
LOL. Okay.
You showed her, posting a 4 year old commercial.
11 million before overhead. Do you know what PO's Hearing Assist had with Wal Mart in the past? Not a new development. For all you know, the PO is to cover their hearing aid batteries, cleaning products, TV amplifiers, etc for the next 5 to 10 years, which bottom line, is squat.
Near the front of the store is trash. People checking out, and leaving the store. Hearing Aids aren't exciting to people. There isn't going to be a mad dash of crowds just dying to see or gather around a hearing aid display.
Hearing Assist has been in Wal Mart for years, and was struggling. Why act like this is a new development? Same trash and struggle, just fancier displays. Empty displays at that.
Shouldn't we be seeing the registration filing on the SEC website?
Seems like they have a ton of kinks to work out, and never should have been released in the first place.
