With all of these filings do we have to wait for merge to update on stocks in June for the fiscal report? Or would we wait another quarter?

Yes but the company enterprise value did go up from 3.63M to 4.93M. What concerns me is now he’s said in blog update it’s as is 500k worth as is. Soooo were not going to see 42M in the company assets value will we? Obviously lots of debt but we need to calculate how much they are earning by April. Need to market buy stocks for long term. In Mexico you can’t get farm land on reserved areas for us citizens but I think it will work out as retail I’m not sure if it’s reserved land for us citizens and the areas restricted

Duh that’s why they had appraisals for land. Once get permits it’s worth even more as business property and not just land. There company value should go up. This is only there first joint adventure. I have no worries it will go up. There will be more news media posts and will get back up there again. The permit will raise company value. Then it’s official.
