I understand what you are saying, Aston but I want more. I am not going to rest until they are wearing interlocking silver bracelets if you get what I am saying. By now, only a fool would think more fins will be coming let alone ALKM becoming current.
MDRESEARCH, I agree we have been screwed but I am about to make the appropriate calls so there is no second wave, only a pair of silver interlocking bracelets for both Eakle and Kaufman. I will make it my mission to be sure.
Mickey, I believe that my prediction of 3's followed by 2's in the next two weeks holds much more potential than your prediction of fins in the next two weeks.
Surprise, surprise
Bunch of offers out there down at 5 and NO ONE biting even at that. I believe we are officially a scam stock courtesy of you know who!
We will soon be at no bid
At this point any financials would be a drastic change. I will not be holding my breath for anything though.
There is not enough interest in this stock right now and I doubt there will be until we at least start seeing fins.
Ohhhh, but Aston did you miss that whopping 100 share trade at .0006, lol
There are a few here that really believe the fins are coming. That will be just before it goes to da moon and I believe the moonshot is scheduled for February 30th (like in non-existent).
I have not seen any announcement about a west coast warehouse facility other than talk about considering one. Did I miss something on that note?
Aston, I hear that some here are also buying land in California on an earthquake fault line. They have heard that one day soon there will be an earthquake and it will become ocean front property. That's an investment which probably has a better opportunity of happening than this one turning around.
Sorry, PRP I have now become a believer that now the fins are like a mirage, we get close to thinking they are in sight and then poof, they are gone.
Almost 10 million shares in volume today, virtually all in the 5's and those that are even bidding that are dwindling fast.
I believe that a no bid situation is more likely to appear than any fin filing.
I understand, Aston.
Eakle and Kaufman can flap their lips all they want and talk about great things and/or excuses but the fact remains all that they or anyone else says can not be proven until we have current fins.
Again I repeat, "Trust But Verify". The only way anything could be verified is with current fins. In the interim, they could be working hard for us or robbing us blind for all we know.
Mickey, I believe that the quarterly fins can in fact be prepared in-house. And, I do not believe that they have to be audited to be filed with the SEC. But, in that the annual must be audited before filing with the SEC, it is in the best interest of any company to have the auditors also at least review the quarterlies prior to filing with the SEC. That way, if they come across any aberrations or inconsistencies that require a change, it would not require filing amended quarterlies.
While I am not positive of this, it is my understanding. Any others with more knowledge of the current requirements, please chime in.
Here is the link to the fb page, Theo
Just read down on the comments from a Tony Dalpiaz.
https://www.facebook.com/groups/119412332256958/
I know, treedoc but I personally have witnessed similar phone conversations and fired people for it several times years ago.
Posted on fb, Theo. He had a couple of previous comments and others asked that he back the comments up with more detail. I am just the messenger for this but to me it could easily make sense as I could not imagine the new auditors taking over two months without getting a single fin filed.
Here is the post, Theo
Tony Dalpiaz Here is the number I called to find out about the auditing. PLS - CPA 858-565-6814. I talked to Joseph Lee and he stated that he had not received anything from the bookkeeper to audit. I have also called Bell Foods sales and plant, Vegas sales office and the number for HQ in Vegas. A live person did answer the phone to corporate - an answering service. Left a message with her and all of the other numbers which went to voicemail. NO Response!
Or, PRP it could also be misinformation that we are being provided by ALKM. With all the lack of follow through that I have been seeing on the part of ALKM over the past eight or nine months, I am tending to believe the fb poster more than ALKM.
OK, for those that are waiting for audited fins. Someone on fb is now saying that "per a telephone call he had with the auditors, they have not even received any of the financials to audit". If this is true, it sounds more and more to me that we are receiving more misinformation from ALKM. How is it possible to verify what is going on with this company.
I totally agree with you Aston!!
Wonder why they are not doing a PR on it to hit the news media? Perhaps they will do a PR that includes the July rev numbers and/or other newsworthy info.
ss, you are certainly not alone with that view. I am now having doubts that it will even get close to my entry cost. Fins with a company this small just do not take that long to prepare and file. Especially with an in house bookkeeper and accountants supposedly being compensated.
This scenario to me is similar to a boat. The happiest days are when you buy and when you sell, and in between it is nothing but a money pit.
Hatter, you are living in a dream world if you think this will ever get current with the fins. We don't even know if the business being generated right now is even benefiting ALKM itself. For all we know, without current fins, it could all be diverted to a separate shell.
Now going off at the 4's. This thing will be going to no bid very soon without fins. Even if they occasionally file fins it may still go to no bid. Perhaps that is what Kaufman and Eakle really want.
You are right about the fins, etc., Aston but my next concern is that shortly after this gets accomplished, if it does, they will go for a huge RS. Moving this stock up with the outstanding shares and all the flippers that have probably bought in at low prices are going to make positive price movement difficult at best, not that it wouldn't be possible.
I also believe if the FDA clarifies what they want to do about regulating CBD in food and beverages, it could prove beneficial for ALKM. Again I say could not would.
I think we will be seeing many in a few months saying "I wish I had bought at .11 3 months ago"
Hi Chrisny, I appreciate your interest and if I had any faith I would consider averaging down. But I have many millions of shares and while I did some averaging down late last year, my average is still up at 12. I just don't even have enough faith to put more dollars into this. And with all the shares that have sold well below my cost, I would be very surprised to see a recovery back to my cost.
If this does go back up, in my opinion, it will be a long hard road to even get back to 10 as those that are buying at the current levels will in all probability be liquidating when they get close to or do fold their money. It would also not surprise me without fins if it goes even lower.
Nothing I would like to see more than for it to reverse course and, if it does, I really hope you and others make a good chunk of change on it. I just doubt that I and some others will ever see the light of day here.
In my opinion, with over 5 billion shares out there it will take incredible volume to move this stock and that will take current fins, removal of the skull and crossbones plus some very significant revenue. Current fins alone have been promised and promised over and over again. I really thought they were on track with that late last year when we were seeing consistent filings. Then, nothing but excuses. Record keeping should have been getting better to the point that the fins would be easier to complete, particularly with the hiring of a comptroller and an in house bookkeeper. Now they have changed accountant firms to audit what has been done. That was 6 weeks ago that it was announced and I could not imagine an accounting firm looking at doing audits would consider taking this on without first looking at the books and what had been done previously. With that, I would have at least expected to have one quarterly filed by now with more coming faster and faster. Just not happening and it has me really concerned about what is really going on that we are not privy to.
Best of luck to you on this and all of your other investments.
Dallas, This has just been a misleading and disappointing stock to me and not only do I have a lot invested in it, I was also foolish enough to gift shares last Christmas to a bunch of nieces and nephews. I was a real believer then as they talked the talk and were following up consistently with getting current with the fins.
This year has been all downhill and frustrating to me. I am in so deep that it really isn't worth selling at this point.
No, I am far from an employee of the hub. Look at my comments on good stocks like KGK* All positive as they have been anything but a disappointment as far as I am concerned. ALKM has proven to be just the opposite so far. Nothing but promises and then nothing. The saying of "Trust but verify" is a real requirement here in that without current fins we have no way to verify what they are actually doing. They can say what they want but until we can verify it with hard copy financials to back it up, we are adrift in the water.
Sorry about the negativity but until I see something that is a positive which can be verified, I will be struggling with why I have been so foolish, If you or others want to get rid of me and my negativity then either let me see fins get current or buy me out at my cost.
I do recognize that this is stinky pinky land but when I decided to roll the dice here, I did not know they were apparently loaded.
Would not hold my breath
With the lack of volume I saw today this could sadly drop to no bid pretty easily.
I just wish I had more dry powder to take advantage and accumulate more shares.
I hate to say it but I am wondering if its more dilution to raise funds for the west coast warehouse they were talking about.
I know, Aston. I just don't understand, with all that revenue we are supposedly generation between only 5.5 billion shares not even enough rocket fuel for a fuse.
Meanwhile here we sit watching the 5's starting to trade!
I am having to agree with Aston, Mickey. ALKM supposedly has an in house bookkeeper and the amount of transactions for all of 2018 can not be that significant. How long should it take for the Accountants to put their stamp on what the bookkeeper should have put in order.
As to not being smart holding, when you are down as far as I am and probably Aston as well, its like having to decide between giving virtually all of it away or putting what you have left on one number at the roulette wheel. We are just the wheel is turning and its too late to pull the plug on what we have in the game. No real choice but to keep holding.
That does not mean we can't air our frustrations!
I know that the Storm release continues to be delayed but we never really hear directly why from the Company as far as I know. The only thing I recall hearing from Kona is that its release has been delayed. I am wondering if they have quietly submitted the product to the FDA for approval and are waiting for it. Perhaps even working directly with the FDA about getting it approved. While similar to the HighDrate line, it is in fact a product with a different name. Also, while the HighDrate line has been in production for some time, Storm is a new product that follows after the FDA turned all this CBD related stuff on its heels.
In my mind if this is this is the case and it does get approval it would be an incredible coup for KGKG.
Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
I'm starting to side with you more and more, Aston. They can tell us anything they want but until we see filing verification of things being reflected as revenue by ALKM, nothing will be set in stone. That can't be shown until we are closer to current. Like the actual reporting by ALKM as last year's blueberry packaging - we need to see it reported in a filing to verify it is revenue to ALKM.
Remember, trust but verify. The reporting in a filing would be verification.
Sorry if this offends anyone but at this point in time we need that verification!
What I am saying Mickey is that this company back in 2017 and 2018 was not even generating that much revenue so how many transactions could there have been??? Let's face it, even with crappy record keeping and receipts placed in a paper bag there would not have been that many receipts to go through. Particularly if they in fact have an in house bookkeeper. The bookkeeper should have at least been able to organize the receipts. If it were a larger company with more transactions I could understand it better.
Right now I am beginning to believe they just have no real concern about getting current. All we get is "hope to or should have" which keeps being pushed further out in the distance.
I unfortunately am in too deep with such a loss percentage that its not even worth selling at this point.
I am just saying it would be nice to see something concrete in black and white from the Company itself. For all we know they may have set up a shell company to run the blueberries and other revenue producers through. Then ALKM gets a virtual zippo!
New accounting firm really on top of things. How many fins have been filed since they took over????
What's that I hear --- crickets
Looks like we started the week next leg down rather than up, PRP.
Make that happen and hold at or above, PRP and I will have a statue of you made and place it on my mantle. I'll even bow to it twice a day at a minimum, lol.
