Aston, it will be easy to get to the moon now, just print the shares out and use them as stair steps going up. Just don't know if anyone could climb 10 billion steps. But hey, they didn't do a reverse split .......yet. That will come after more bag holders are added.
Gonna use a red tractor lure, lol
It's simple, Aston, it is their license to print money. They don't care if they get .0002 or .0001, its still money in their pockets. I pity the fools that continue to buy this xxxxxx. I did manage to get rid of a few million shares at .0004 this morning but doubt any more will buy at that price. I'll be undercut by the company shares. HEY, PRP, HOW'S IT FEEL TO BE A BAGHOLDER LIKE THE REST OF US?????
Almost 1.4 Billion on the ask at .0005. -- Do you think that is an indicator - like a R/S is imminent?????
As I said a couple of months ago, we will probably be at no bid before the end of the year.
You have been around this for long enough, why would you expect any different outcome?
Without any filings to prove otherwise it would not surprise me to find that all the revenue could be going directly into management's pockets.
The only way we could possibly see a penny would be a huge reverse split. I believe the chances are greater that management will totally screw the shareholders and sell anything of value, like patents, to a shell company that they personally control for next to nothing.
In my opinion, they are hiding from the shareholders. What happened to all that money from the blueberry run? What has happened to the revenue for the bottling they are doing for Kona and others? I think with their silence that it may be going in a different direction than the company's bottom line. Too much has been generated in the past 6 months or so for them not to talk about it if it were in fact going to the company.
My primary desire at this point is that to see them in matching sets of handcuffs.
Gator, you might want to check with Kona first. I can not remember which one it was but one of the energy drink companies out there signed a number of AB Distributors and in signing with them, the AB Distributors that started carrying their line also had to sign a clause that they would not distribute another energy drink brand. I ran across this last spring but can not remember which drink it was.
It came up when I took samples to the AB Distributor in Tampa and the one in St. Petersburg. It was in a conversation with Chris Selinger and he even had me mention his name when I dropped them off. Nothing ever came of the drinks I dropped off to my knowledge.
Let's see, I seem to recall sometime back that management made claims that by now we would be current with audited fins. Guess I missed the part that what Eakle was talking about had nothing to do with ALKM.
And, oh, oh, oh, then there was the revenue that last year's blueberry run was going to enable ALKM to do. Wonder whose pockets were lined with that revenue. Won't matter anyways as now that we are no longer going to even receive audited fins, we won't be able to tell where that revenue really went.
This POC is being run by people that are actually worse than politicians when it comes to empty words.
I do, huge,
you buying into this POC was a HUGE mistake. Sorry but that is the real truth. I made the HUGE mistake of being a believer and buying in over a year ago and the past nine months has made me full of regrets.
What incredible volume today..... a 2 year old's piggy bank could have easily matched paying for that.
What is the latest excuse for no fins????? How long has it been since they no longer even needed to show audited ones. Can't the find the right set of books to file something that doesn't reflect how much cream they are scraping off the top.
Must have sold your tractor as a valuable antique and invested it into Kona -- what a turnaround, lol.
Gator and Lemmi, I used to have a manufacturing business that I ran out of my home and would order pallets of urethane resin. I would have it only delivered to the terminal and then use my pickup truck to get it from there. There would be less of a charge for shipping and they would put it into my truck there at no charge. Alternatively if it was a freight company that did not have a local terminal, to avoid the lift gate charge I would back my pickup truck up to the back of the trailer and they would just move the pallets from the back of the trailer directly to the back of my pickup truck. Just be aware that their pallet moving equipment generally has steel wheels and may scratch the bed of your truck if you don't have a liner in it.
Also, two pallets generally will fit in my Nissan Titan bed. Easy to take off shrink film and offload from the back o the truck piecemeal.
ok, this just came through my Fidelity alerts showing Dow newswire as of this am.

10,000 shares of common is meaningless as far as I am concerned or am I reading this wrong?
That was me, as I wanted to give management my 2 cents worth, lol
Just kidding
Thank you, I appreciate you pointing it out to me. I just really hope they follow through with audited as that would lend more credibility.
Mickey, if you could tell me where Kaufman stated that last Friday, I would appreciate it as I have just reviewed the posts here from last Friday as well as done a search on fb and other news areas and have been unable to verify that.
I also understand what you are saying about no one buying at my cost and now recognize what a fool I was to put any faith in what management was predicting a year ago. That is on me and I readily admit it.
I am now just saying what has changed to make things any more believable than they were a year ago, particularly considering the track record.
I honestly would like nothing better the to see a believable ray of hope here substantial enough to move this stock in a positive direction.
No offense, Mickey but what makes you believe that any information they would put out would one, be believable after all of their previous unfulfilled statements and two, have any consequence to the price of the stock given that they no longer even have to provide audited financials.
My personal opinion is that no longer needing to provide audited financials allows them even more of the proverbial "license to steal".
Again, this is my personal opinion but what they have done with this company over the past year has destroyed all of my faith and confidence in management.
And I do not sell because what the company is worth at this point allows me to better vent. Of course, if you have so much faith in management, perhaps you, or others with continuing belief that this company's management team has our backs would like to buy my shares at my cost to get rid of me.
SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!
The rocket ship's launchpad was built on quicksand and is sinking fast! To DA Moon now headed To DA Center Of The Earth.
Seriously, soup. DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH!
Aston, I agree with you wholeheartedly with one exception. Now that they have the ability to provide unaudited fins. They can say whatever they want with those fins while covering all that has been done either ethically or unethically. Probably the latter.
I have already started work on seeing management end up with matching interlocking bracelets. They need to be stopped.
Sadly with fins being unaudited in my mind means the foxes are guarding the henhouse!
When it comes to Kona, I could not agree with you more. They are doing an amazing job and I am hopeful that one day in the not too distant future enough people will recognize the potential it has and finally begin to drive the price up more into a range where it should be.
Let me get this right, gman. Lets just say for hoots that KGKG reports quarterly revenue of $1,500,000 which is far in excess of any predictions out there and that half of that revenue is derived from the sales of HighDrate and Storm. That would be equal to $750,000 for the quarter. Now let's really go for broke here and say that half of that or $375,000 is attributable to revenue for ALKM.
Now, if we divide that $375,000 by the outstanding shares which I am rounding down significantly to $5,000,000,000 then, and please correct me if my math is wrong the revenue generated from Kona would be equal to .000075 per outstanding share. Hmmmmmm. That works out to $75 for every 1,000,000 shares owned.
Now, in that we do not have verifiable proof that such an incredible amount of revenue per share is going towards the bottom line of ALKM, because it could easily be diverted into someone's pocket.
We don't even have any proof that these huuuuge revenues are going to the ALKM bottom line because we DO NOT HAVE AUDITED FINS TO CONFIRM THESE NUMBERS!
gregcod, I know you have said Oct. 15 for the 3rd quarter report but I don't believe it has to be out until 45 days after the quarter end. That would mean by Nov. 15 would be the final due date, not to say they may be released earlier.
If I am wrong on this, please correct me.
I agree, Luho. I have spoken with Chris Selinger on several occasions, albeit not recently, but he just didn't appear to me to be one that would be likely to leave. I think he and Robert are having waaaay to much fun with this. I was also thinking about the dealings with the AB Distributors that sometime in the not too distant future AB might buy an interest in KGKG just to have a foot in the door. Kinda like the way Kroger has interests in some smaller grocery chains. Would also provide additional cash for Kona's explosive growth.
Just my opinion of course.
I appreciate your thoughts on this, Luho. But I have a question that I have not seen addressed, I thought Chris Selinger was in charge of sales -- is he still with KGKG???
Aston, I hate to say it but at this point I don't even see it getting back to .001. Regardless, without fins to prove they aren't diverting money coming in, I have become one that would not trust management as far as I could throw them under the current circumstances. No fins means no proof that the funds from the blueberry run didn't go into someone's pocket.
I think before they could do a r/s, they would have to have the skull and crossbones removed and more importantly have fins current -- THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!
I wonder if this has anything to do with the continuing delays. I found it doing a google search for Kona Storm. Looks like it goes back to 2015.

Thanks BLOOD, I just saw that on FB as well and it makes me feel a lot more comfortable.
PRP, there is not much out there that would make me happier than for your words to prove me wrong, I have just seen way too much misinformation, in my opinion, to have any real hope left. Other things that would make me happier would include the value of these shares go up a reasonable amount in the next 3 to 6 months so I could more easily build a house that will get my wife closer to her family while I am still healthy enough and avoid the embarrassment of seeing the nieces and nephews I gifted shares to last Christmas. That is an even longer shot.
Regardless of what happens here, I do wish you the best, PRP. You appear to be a really good person.
I have and sorry but I do not see anything, other than soon, soon.
This will be at no bid before any fins ever show up and you can take that to the bank.
Not to be negative about the release of Storm but the latest we heard after so many previous times was that it will be released this week. We are halfway through the week. My question is whether or not the distributors are even able to place an order with a definite delivery date?????
Why the continuing delays with no explanation???
Luho, while it would be a lot of additional distribution, I have to say that this type of thing could, in my opinion, taint Kona by association with all of the recent negative publicity about deaths and illness related to vaping.
Don't get me wrong, we all know that Kona has nothing to do with the vaping issues but there could be unintended guilt by association. Accordingly I prefer continuing to see them expand their sales through the more traditional channels like convenience stores, grocery chains, and yes, health food stores.
Just my opinion.
Mickey, if that were to happen, and I consider it a huge if, it undoubtedly be followed immediately by an outrageous reverse split so they could screw the shareholders over yet again in my opinion. That way current shareholders would have no way to liquidate and recover their investments in ALKM.
PRP, I understand your post and if the only issue as someone alluded to in another post somewhere that there was a time when part of the current ALKM company that prior to becoming a part of ALKM was missing paper trails for their records then, yes this could help. My concern at this point is that we have no way of knowing if other actions are above board. If the case is only that ALKM acquired a business with reckless record keeping then this policy change as I understand it would effectively be a "get out of jail free card". and allow the company to move forward from that point. Then it becomes an issue of how it is accomplished to the satisfaction of the shareholders and the SEC.
My huge concern is multifold being how do they accomplish moving forward relative to financials, can they show that over the past couple of years they have in fact been working for the benefit of the shareholders, how long will it take for this information to be released and finally will the existing shareholders and proposed "drink the cool-aid" and buy into supporting the company.
In the world of stinky pinkys more often than not the overall belief is not a good one relative to companies really wanting to work for the benefit of the shareholders.
Believe me, I really hope I am wrong but ALKM has some huge odds hurdles to overcome to win me back over as well as many others I am sure.
PRP, I don't give a crap about what the SEC says, if they have violated their fiduciary responsibility, they are going to jail and I will personally see to it. I am over all this crap and all of their sleight of hand.
