Strikingly is just a company that provides websites to individuals and companies. Same as Wix and Godaddy. There is no connection between XALL and Strikingly other than XALL using Strikingly as a website provider.
I usually do not get into the fray on this thread, but I did want to say something. As I have mentioned a few times before this is my first and only OTC stock, and I am very long on it. Since this is my first time having this type of investment, I am not used to the conjectures constantly being pushed on this thread. I believe most if not all the investors on the XALL thread want this stock to go through the roof. This will happen not because someone on this thread comes up with a crazy analysis of how XALL is going to move up to NASDAQ, but because the company moves through the up-list process as it has documented on prior filings and PR’s.
IMO...Wembix is something Mr. Nash was involved in a long time ago and since it has not been mentioned in any XALL PR or filing it would not have anything to do with the current status of XALL.
The only information that should be deemed “gospel” from XALL is direct PR’s and filings made from XALL. That being said I think the charts, graphs and other info like this showing what might happen to XALL’s PPS is great and might give investors a better idea of direction. Everyone knows that this information might or might not be accurate, but it does not display anything specific company wise that might be true or not.
I am very excited about what Mr. Nash and the team are building with XALL. I do believe the company is severely under valued and when more of the investment masses discover XALL, this will not be an issue any further.
In my opinion Reeper is correct in his assumptions that XALL has way too many positive events that can happen at any time for this company value to stay this low for much longer.
XALL # 5 on the Break out Boards.
Reeper: The only thing we don't know is any kind of delay that the Reg A had due to the SEC being locked down and working from home during April-May. This might have caused a delay in the SEC qualifying Reg A filings.
Read this article and then tell me that XALL is not severely under-priced.

Enjoylife....we all want XALL to become a very successful company and with it an ever increasing valuation. I am long with all my XALL stock because I really believe it is going to be a fantastic FinTech company. It already is. Now I would love for your post to be true, but posting something like you did would normally be such big news for any company that it would never come from a sole trader, but from the company itself in the form of a PR. I just don't want new traders to look at these boards and surmise that this company is just a pump & dump when that is the furthest thing from the truth. GLTA
Jvdeve....agree fully with your post except it is my opinion that this should be held much longer than a few quarters. I know some of the mentality with OTC traders is to sell enough to lock in their gains, but I really believe this company will surprise most on this board. IMHO..The investors that hold long will be pretty happy.
Thanks Jvdeve and Reeper for the clarification. Have a great weekend!!
Jvdeve....for those of us not as up on trading and charts lingo, is "three doji's in a row" good or bad?
Tweet from XALL:
So far in 2020 Xalles announced these acquisitions: Gateway Innovations (closed), Kaden Int'l (not completed but in new negotiations), MinervaWorks (closed), Intel365 (closed), Argus Technology (to close May 31) and we expect more in Q2 so stay tuned!
Enjoylife...how is XALL connected to Strikingly?
Reeper & Moxy...I think Wembix is a pretty old venture and not sure it is still active. Not saying the IP technology is not currently XALL owned, but not sure if this particular company is still active.
Enemyofbroke...yes most definitely. With the current DD out there, this stock is very undervalued.
Enemyofbroke...This was taken from an XALL press release dated Apr. 27th:
Blockchain and Tokenization
Xalles continues to develop the X2X blockchain-based platform for financial transaction reconciliation and is also exploring the tokenization of assets. Xalles has the opportunity to partner with companies providing Security Token Offering (STO) services for international expansion and is performing its due diligence.
Next month, Xalles will be conducting an extensive analysis with a Top 100 Cryptocurrency company that provides turnkey tokenization services including Token Issuance (STO), Exchange and Liquidity, Integration and Custodian Services. Tokenization is the process of representing the securitization of real-world using digital tokens on a blockchain. The ultimate vision for the company is to create an Xalles or X2X related Token that can be traded on multiple global exchanges and support eCommerce platforms, eProcurement platforms, and rewards platforms.
Jvdeve...you are so right. This PPS is so undervalued with just the assets and revenue XALL currently is disclosing. This does not even take into consideration what the next 10-Q will disclose.
Mark, I assume you are talking about the Reg A filing. When the Reg A filing is qualified by the SEC, XALL will have the opportunity to raise $3M+. Xall will then take the investment and fund the multiple XALL subsidiaries for sales, marketing etc.. By doing this, the multiple subsidiaries should show increased revenues. That in turn should help increase the PPS for XALL. Some of the funds will probably also go to additional acquisition targets which will also help the PPS.
Good article on Crypto....

XALL will be creating its own crypto coin per an earlier PR:
The ultimate vision for the company is to create an Xalles or X2X related Token that can be traded on multiple global exchanges and support eCommerce platforms, eProcurement platforms, and rewards platforms.
Cut & Paste typo error.
Jvdeve....don't believe it is. The Argus Technology that XALL is acquiring is based in Florida/Nashville. This company https://www.argustech.com/ looks like it is based in NJ. Also it shows as an LLC. The company XALL just acquired is an Inc. Not saying I am correct...just don't think so based on what I see.
Taken from the XALL presentation regarding Intel365:
Large rehiring trend for 2020 and beyond through Covid-19 employment
disruption. Market needs a streamlined approach to provide these services
electronically. Develop new customers in industries such as financial services and government, while expanding reach into retail healthcare and
manufacturing.
Updated XALL presentation with the newly acquired Intel365 included:

Enjoylife...great article find. If potential or existing investors of XALL read the article, I think they will get a better idea of the sector XALL is in and the huge potential.
Jvdeve and Reeper, great posts.
You are so spot on with what is happening with Xalles. New investors probably do not realize that Mr. Nash has been running Xalles over 10 years prior to being an OTC stock. This company is not a flash in the pan like so many other OTC stocks.
For anyone who really does their DD and sees where Fintech is headed, especially in the current environment would truly understand the vision Mr. Nash has. He is choosing potential acquisition partners based on a “big picture” vision. He does not acquire companies that do not somehow align with the existing Xalles subsidiaries.
Maybe some of the problem with the stock price is the average investor on the OTC probably does not really understand Fintech. Existing and potential investors should really do their DD in regard to Fintech. The current world crisis has really brought Fintech into the forefront. People worldwide are now using Fintech in some form more than they ever had.
As I have said in many of my prior posts, this is not a “pump & dump” stock, but a stock that if held long should reap the investor an exceptionally good return. Also, as I have stated in my prior posts, this is my opinion, and no one should take this as stock advice, but make an informed decision after doing their DD.
I really believe that the penny stock world is an alternative universe where a company that keeps growing its revenue and assets and has tremendous future upside trades lower day after day. Do people not really see what is in front of them?
Seems fine now.
Enjoylife...good info in that deck, but a lot outdated. I believe the most updated info is found at https://drive.google.com/file/d/103wRO-Elb8_cQLSiG6TlzvK-GnBkF65W/view
From Twitter...
The Xalles Crypto Team is excited to be talking to our potential new partners next week about tokenization of assets including having our own Xalles or X2X related token for fundraising, commerce rewards, and more applications.
Hey Abazaba, actually you are one of the posters I enjoy reading. You have spent a lot of your time putting together very good DD for the company and it is appreciated.
Moxy7...so very true. With the DD out there it is hard to comprehend why anyone would not hold this long-term. But hey, not an expert in how some of these penny traders think or maybe don't.
Intel365: http://Intel365.net
Magnix...not quite sure when (time-frame) the S4 must be filed.
When a public company acquires another company a S-4 filing must be completed. This filing contains details relating to share distribution, amounts, terms, and other information relating to any merger or exchange offers.
Great Work Abazaba375!!
Abazaba375....couldn't agree more!!
Kuballer10....Couldn't have said it any better than you just did. If investors really looked at the XALL fundamentals, the pps would be a heck of a lot higher. I have said from the beginning...hold long.
XALL filed their Reg A Mar 26.
Reeper...thanks for the vote of confidence, but truth be told I find any news about XALL the same way you do, either from doing a Google news search or I look at the Xalles twitter feed.
Excellent post Moxy!!
Enjoylife...XALL will not be qualified for its Reg A that quickly by the SEC. The SEC has a normal timeline of 45 to 60 days to qualify a Reg A offering. XALL filed their Reg A Mar 26. Based on that assumption XALL could be qualified by the SEC for their Reg A filing at the earliest between May 11 and May 26.
