Agree Batman68. Also keep in mind that XALL filed this Reg A with the SEC at the end of March right before Covid shut everything down. The last 5 months most staff were working from home so figure double the time it would have normally taken to get authorized.
Agreed....another thing we desperately need is volume. You get enough new eyes on this, the pps would go through the roof.
Reeper: Those sellers will probably have to pay a lot more to get back in.
Great article regarding the current status of Cryptocurrency.

Remember XALL is going to have its own token(coin).
QB can potentially help a company's PPS by having more eyes on the company. Larger investors including institutional investors look at companies on the QB board, whereas they do not on the pinks. Not saying the stock price would necessarily rise because of it, but there would be more eyes on the stock.
Reeper....Amen
I really believe we all want the same thing here. For all of us to see a return that for some will be awesome and for others life changing.
I don't think...IMHO...that personal attacks against the CEO or anyone is really helpful and probably does more harm on a stock board such as this.
Mr. Nash has achieved tremendous progress in the building of his company. It is easy to be an arm chair quarterback, but to be actually doing what he is doing is another story.
Stockholders timelines are never going to match a companies timeline in regards to how quick a company becomes very successful. It would be nice to be able to buy a stock at a sub penny price and sell for dollars, but most can count on their one hand, if that how many times that has happened to them. I really do believe that this company can be one of those times, but this type of success does not happen overnight.
Like Reeper has said many times...investors that hold this equity long will be very happy with the outcome. Patience is the key here.
IMO once we get uplisted we will have a new set of eyes on the company. OTCQB is called "The Venture Market". There are much larger investor types looking at those companies including venture and investment groups.
The stock will become more stable since more of these investors will hold the stock for a while versus trade it every other day.
This company and stock is a hidden gem among the OTC.
Here are two independent articles that came out recently that might help you in your decision to buy XALL.

Mushuga79....your explanation is much closer to how a Reg A raise is handled.
New Article about XALL
https://markets.financialcontent.com/bostonherald/news/read/40295586
If anyone follows FinTech they will see that today the company Robinhood just raised more capital at a company valuation of over $11.2 billion. Robinhood is a trading platform for stocks.
Traders should not ignore the fact that XALL is working on a trading engine for crypto where they will make a small amount of money for each crypto trade that goes through the trading engine. Here is the XALL article if anyone forgot...https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/XALL/news/Xalles-Capital-Expands-Cryptocurrency-Strategy?id=264192
No...this is an investment bank that is suing XALL. They claim they were not paid when the Minervaworks deal closed.
Contractual lawsuit involving prior acquisition Minervaworks. Will either be dismissed, paid less then plaintiff wants or paid what plaintiff wants. Even the worst case where the plaintiff wins the $187,500, this is just a tiny blip in the future of XALL.
Agree. Also once the uplist occurs which can happen anytime will bring in a different type of investor e.g. larger whales and institutional. These type of investors usually hold an equity long or at least much longer then a lot of the pink sheet traders do. Hence, much less volatility.
Absolutely crazy that anyone would sell off at this time. Assets and revenues should be so much stronger then the 1st quarter filing. Reeper did a great job doing a potential pps valuation based on the past filing. We never even reached that pps valuation, let alone what the potential pps valuation could be with this next filing. This is so very undervalued....IMO.
Excellent post Mgos. As I also stated in an earlier post, this will be handled and become a very tiny blip in the history of XALL.
The larger a company gets, the more it gets noticed and potentially sued...whether a suit has merit or not. This will be handled and become a very tiny blip in the history of XALL. Anyone dumping now would be pretty foolish to do it based on just this. They will look at this company a year from now and think; "Why did I sell"?
Kramrer...no worries...:)
The Form 15 filed by XALL was completed November 3, 2017. The form was filed to suspend filing certain reports usually required by the SEC. The Form 15 filing done in 2017 has no effect on the trading of the stock.
Moxy7....Hopefully Granny is not part of that equation.
Yes Reeper we do really appreciate all the hard work you put into the DD you share with everyone on this board. There is a tremendous amount of info that you have shared and I am sure there will be plenty more as this company keeps up its rapid growth.
As I have said many times before, XALL is not your typical OTC stock and anyone treating this as such will be pretty unhappy down the line when an XALL investment keeps growing exponentially.
Reeper...forgive my being naive about certain terminology. What does $100 paint mean? I know the last minute sale netted someone $100 but what does paint mean?...and don't say something you put on walls....:)
The only similarity between Bitcoin and Xalles at this moment is Xalles will in the near future create its own "token". A token is a cryptocurrency built on top of a pre-existing blockchain.
So Xalles will eventually have its own cryptocurrency which can be used as a currency for many things including future acquisitions.
At this time though, there really is no connection on how well Bitcoin does compared to how well Xalles does.
XALL's PPS will continue to go up as it catches up to its real value. At the same time Mr. Nash will continue to build the company which will allow the valuation and the corresponding stock to continue to rise.
Reeper: Actually per XALL Twitter on July 9 they have 4 companies in negotiations with potential July signing dates and August closing dates.
Xall has announced one of them which is Adaptive Metadata Solutions. That means up to 3 more acquisitions can be announced pending successful negotiations.
Reeper...completely agree. Mr. Nash is working on building a world class fintech company. The stock price will definitely catch-up. I believe once we can move past any MM manipulation and otc traders that really do not see the long-term view this stock will continue its climb to $1.00 or more.
I don't really think patience is a strong suit for a lot of the traders on the OTC. As you have stated many times, they will be the ones looking at this future unicorn company and wondering why they didn't have the patience to hold. Anyway...to each its own.
Reeper...great post!! XALL is definitely not the "norm" for OTC stocks. Folks on here with some patience should be greatly rewarded. Thanks for all you do.
Enjoylife...agree that you should definately hold long for XALL, but at this moment in time, XALL is working to get the company uplisted to OTCQB.
Please remember that the integrity of the company and its stock is very important and if new readers to this board read info that is not factual it can tarnish the company.
No need to over exaggerate anything about XALL. What Mr. Nash and XALL has been accomplishing is light years apart from most OTC stocks. Let's just stick to the facts, the company will do the rest.
Question for the experienced traders on here....When XALL uplists to the OTCQB, are the market makers able to manipulate the stock as much as they do now?
Thanks Reeper. I must say that you do the best DD I have seen on this company. As you know from my prior posts, I only own one OTC stock and this is it. This stock for me is a long, long hold. Mr. Nash has been in the financial industry for a long time, way before he brought Xalles public and he is of the character that will follow through and turn XALL into a Fintech powerhouse. As I wrote in a post a year ago, this kind of company building does not happen overnight, but as Reeper has stated many times, for those that are patient, it will be very well worth it.
Wrong again Enjoylife.
Enjoylife....just want to keep it real.
XALL and First Bullion are not affiliated at this point. Not saying that they won't be in the future, but at the present time they are not. How XALL would be connected to First Bullion is by XALL acquiring Kaden Intl which would own a piece of First Bullion. The completion of the acquisition for Kaden Intl has not been completed. If the acquisition did occur, XALL would put out a press release.
From a prior XALL press release below, Xalles and Kaden Intl. were going to continue to talk, but nothing definitive as of now.
Xalles previously announced the execution of a Share Purchase Agreement with Kaden International Holdings Limited to acquire all of the ordinary common shares and all of the value of investments that Kaden International makes. As part of that agreement, Kaden International would acquire a stake in First Bullion Holdings Inc. First quarter travel and other business factors made it difficult to complete the required due diligence on time before the closing/termination date. The three companies are currently in further discussions to develop the best pathway forward to create a winning proposition for all parties.
Wadup back to you...:)
If you look at the current XALL Twitter posts you will see that 1Rivet Global which is the most recent XALL acquisition is involved very heavily in the Africa region. 1Rivet Global will become a very important piece of the building up of the Ghana Cyber City project.
Mr. Nash acquires companies that align or can greatly benefit the other XALL subsidiaries. All I can suggest is to keep long.
From XALL Twitter:
1Rivet Global working towards the eGov solution implementation in the Republic of Congo.
Working meeting with #Charles_Clavelli CEO of #1Rivet on the implementation of an E-Gov solution in the Republic of Congo in Brazzaville.
From XALL Twitter:
1Rivet Global continues to work with ROC @CongoOfficiel on building new eGov services.
1 Rivet is working directly with the government of Congo to accelerate the digital transformation of their Country.
Reeper...LOL
Smokin...your guess is as good as mine, but watching the pps inching up each day as it has would make me pretty bullish about this stock.
Must have been a glitch. XALL Twitter works fine now.
