Screenshot actually is not fake. I saw the listing while it was live. Crexi doesnt archive expired listings and the WayBack machine only archives the script on a page. And if you actually read the listing, it says in the description it says the property will be leased by American Green once improvements are done
The company has been sued. Attempting sale of $900,000 in equipment from Cypress Chill. Doesnt sound like 500% increase to me.

The whole point of selling the new facility is to find a new owner of the building while ERBB stays as locked in tenant and pays a little above $100k/month as rent
