we enjoy the theories of why the shares were not cancelled in bankruptcy even though that was when they would have been cancelled, should that have been the course the courts took. and yet i still have shares, with a recently changed cusip number.
always enjoy talking about our "dead for two years" stock
Still no link to the cancel fantasy?
A link to the cancellation of shares could make your opinion a fact. However, we both know no such evidence exists. In the meantime, I still have my shares
And the shares remain in tact. Your opinion on what comes next is very important to the board.
Thanks for your speculation
The ongoing court case of the company that doesn’t exist anymore? Hmmmmmm
Except that bankruptcy is closed and BioAmber still very much exists. I know this is a tough pill to swallow
Facts matter not to the cancel fantasy
Does not provide a link to cancel
Because the cancel fantasy is pure speculation
We all appreciate your speculative conjecture
A better understanding could have helped you understand. Probably should look up the role of BIA v CCAA while you’re at it.
Should read up on the role of CCAA
thanks for sharing your opinion, brother. its greatly valued here.
Of course, if the cancel fantasy could actually link where shares are to be cancelled... alas, no such documents exist
Once again, a better understanding of CCAA could have been beneficial.
Factually inaccurate
Get nothing from the transaction...under CCAA. Very important semantics
Translation: no I can’t provide what you asked
Better understanding of the role of CCAA could have been beneficial
A better understanding of the role of CCAA could have beneficial here
Not sure what you’re talking about. Every share I purchased is still in my account.
Right next to the cancel link you can’t provide
Thanks for your interpretation. Opinion noted
More speculation. Thanks for sharing your opinion.
rofl never dealt with a q stock eh?
Looking forward to the excuse of why the dead company’s stock hasn’t been cancelled as well
Nobody can prove bad things are coming. A lot of irate speculation
Probably want to read up on the BIA as well
Better luck next time
So no link? That’s a shame
A better understanding of how subsidiaries work could have been helpful here
the fact that its cancellation can't be linked tells much more
Also Delaware status is still active despite claims otherwise, as well
BioAmber Sarnia isn’t an opinion, sorry
a better understanding of the role of CCAA could have been of use

19 Q stocks have been declared worthless in the last 20 months. But BioAmber isn't one of them. in fact, when you look at the only corporate action of their's
"BioAmber (BIOAQ) was delisted. The stock is currently not trading."
i can't believe its come to philosophy of language, but here we are. What does currently mean to you?
still nothing but hogwash backing the cancel fantasy. meanwhile, BioAmber is still an Active corporation? very interesting indeed.
I can’t make the CCAA less confusing, sorry. I would advise researching its purpose in future endeavors.
Yessir. A general understanding of the purpose of CCAA could have helped those who missed out here
Again, a better understanding of the CCAA could have been beneficial here. Sorry it was confusing.
I’m sorry the CCAA was confusing. Restructuring can be complicated.
