Was wondering this myself
Yes. Yes they are.
Suspensions are absolutely listed with deletions
Upfront purchase price*
Understanding the role of CCAA in a cross border restructure could be of great benefit here
Suspensions are listed with deletions. Hope this helps.
And yet all shares remain in tact. Thanks for your speculation though
Haha. “Not a sec363 sale!”
Yessir. There’s a reason this was suspended not cancelled
Sorry. the purpose of CCAA can be confusing if this is your first bankruptcy
a section 363 sale in bankruptcy has nothing to do with section 363 of the bankruptcy code is definitely one of the best things i've read today
factually incorrect. a better understanding of what a sale citing section 363 entails could have helped.
You should check out the monitors report. A great read for the first time ever
Might want to reread those court docs. It’s mentioned several times. LMAO
Dead stocks don’t get suspended. Sorry. They get cancelled. Lots of fun speculation there though
thanks for your opinion. it very clearly isn't, however
Yessir
And yet price is “undisclosed” even when 4.3 was a known upfront price.
we're all aware bankruptcy is over
sorry. no link to cancel = all opinion. thanks for your speculation.
My mistake...
Soray has not said 4.17. Lol.
Still waiting on that cancel link. Lol!
Because of the distressed liquidation value of the plant alone. Very simple stuff
Shares being intact have zero to do with that
Following a source that tracks corporate action could have helped here. Stocks being declared worthless is a thing
Incorrect
Noticeably absent is days since cancellation. Of course that’s because it hasn’t happened nor has it been mentioned by any body of authority.
never forget this was a voluntary delisting
What Happens When a Stock You Own Is Delisted?
A Company's Choice
It's possible for a company to voluntarily delist its stock from the exchange on which it's traded.
When this occurs, the company may have gone private. This means its shares have been bought out, potentially by a private equity firm, and it may be a sign of good things to come for the company in question.
It's also possible for a stock to be delisted from a stock exchange as a result of a merger or of a financial restructuring. In these cases, the company might have gone private, or its stock might be traded on a different exchange or under a different symbol.

thanks for that speculation. always appreciated even if nothing more than your opinion.
thanks for your opinion, rick!
doomed stocks don't get suspended. they get cancelled. still waiting on the link, but alas, i feel i will just get "its totally coming eventually!" with zero actual substance backing up cancellation.
"in CCAA"
will be great when this is done
Saying they are wrong is speculation. Unless you have a link to the shares’ cancellation?
That’s a fun assumption. Anything backing it or just a hunch?
Factually inaccurate
It’s pretty simple to follow
That’s an interesting opinion
Thanks for your speculation
At least we’re calling the suspension what it is now and not pretending it’s been cancelled
