Odd trading early
Nice strategy, agreed a lot will depend on the April update. If Doc says FDA was satisfied with their last IDE draft and final draft will be submitted soon, then my shares will also be locked up until after the IDE approval news
No catalysts on horizon? Final IDE submission is most likely less than 60 days away
Agreed I had originally planned to sell 50%, now only planking to sell 33%, sitting on 4.5
No longs are selling until halfway through the IDE submission 30-day window, and they’re probably not even selling all their shares, just enough to get their initial investments back. If you want shares the next couple months, I believe you’ll have to buy them. Can’t imagine .05 levels hitting ever again, would be surprised
30 days from submission, if no response, it’s approved
End April for IDE Final Draft Submission, fireworks in May
Where does it say they have to request a meeting in April? It says they’re expecting FDA comments in April and they’ll be submitting the final draft of the IDE afterwards. Nowhere does it say they’ll request another meeting into June
Best update in months by a long shot
Same, all signs pointing to a crazy 2nd quarter
MASSIVE UPDATE
Animal testing underway
Draft IDE submitted and comments expected in early April
IDE submission in April most likely
Nobody selling into bid leading up to IDE, if you want shares you have to buy them at ask. Share price will continue to surge.
.15+ in the next 60-90 days
FOMO will start kicking in soon
Doubt anybody is selling into bid with IDE so close, buying pressure going to keep this going up all the way to the 30th day just like January 2021
.07+ ?
When did MK become CEO?
Boom
.06+ today?

Very good PR
“As we flip the calendar to 2023, We extend our sincere thank you for our shareholders' support throughout 2022 – a post-covid-19 pandemic transitional year for our Company.
In the year ahead Vivos Inc. will continue to share plans regarding planned international relationships and patentable improvements in our medical device technologies. We have faith in our long-term vision and are confident in our Team's ability to achieve our goals.”
ISR is done, 2023 should be RDGL’s year to rebound. Lot of positive catalysts in the pipeline
4.75
Me and Longhorn two of the largest holders here far as I know and I’m only half his stack, I’m sure this board has 50M+ shares combined
Vivos does a very poor job of giving clear timelines…”are preparing an amendment to include the control group of rabbits for Phase 2.”
All they have to say is “this amendment generally takes 2-3 weeks to gain approval” and it would be a substantially better PR.
Poor November update IMO, coming from a large shareholder
Yes
There’s more retail money here than you think, I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s 50-100M shares just on this board alone
30 days, not 60, but still very risky
Over $200k skin in the game over the years, nice to see from MK
When do the draft meeting minutes normally get submitted?
“If the FDA accepts the draft meeting minutes, these safety conclusions will be in the permanent record and included in our application for the IDE for clinical testing”
What time was the October update released?
Odd tweet
.064
If the testing goes exactly to plan per the FDA guidelines, then I don’t see any reason for them to have another meeting before submitting the IDE
Wouldn’t mind a PR about the offering
Best case scenario, the FDA signs off on the testing on the 17th and the rabbits are already ready to go, then they submit IDE in November
Does have that feel, lot of chatter
If big money is willing to get in at .08, we should be thankful for any shares at these levels
Yep
