From that link it appears to be a 1001-1 stock divy, not an FS. You might want to check out another company, Amerossi EC Inc. (ARSS) Same board of directors as AMER. It looked like AMER stopped trading about the same time as ARSS started.
On 5/8/2006 Microgenix Filtration Systems Inc MGFFF changed it's name to Amerossi EC Inc. ARSS
In a Proxy Statement dated July 11, 2003, Sandy Winick would own 83% of Microgenix Filtration Systems Inc post spinoff from First Canadian American Holding Corp. FCDH/BKMP
In a disclosure statement and financials dated 1/31/2005 Sandy still owned 250,000 shares or 15%
During 11/04 Central Asia Development & Construction Co. Ltd. changed it's name to Amerossi Energy Corp. AMER
In a Proxy Statement dated 8/19/03, Sandy Winick would own 83% of Central Asia Development & Construction Co. Ltd. post spinoff from First Canadian American Holding Corp. FCDH/BKMP
(sounds familiar doesn't it?)
And on 1/30/06 Suncrest Energy SNYY changed it's name to Amerossi International Group AMSN. Which was spun off from First Canadian American Holding Corp. FCDH/BKMP
AMSN and ARSS are now both located in BKK
Kind of ironic, The last time I experienced shrooms was in Thailand.
Any info on the apparent Winay Sangsomborn/Frank Glinton connection?
Yes, very familiar with that one. Another one I like is, "Buy on the cannons, sell on the trumpets."
I agree. . .Why would someone go through all the trouble to pump a stock on a rumor (which turned out to be fact), then dump on a three tick move? As I've said before, this divy move won't really go until Friday/Monday. Blame it on MMs trying to cover, buy low, or whatever. Pick any other company that has done a stock divy and check the chart, the real run comes two - three days before the ex-date with the top the day before (next Tuesday in this instance).
Thanks for the idea. Just updated their entry for TFN.
Someone must know something. But why are we as shareholders the last to know?
I knew that algebra would come in handy at some point.
"Huh, I thought it was 20 days. You learn something new every day."
A "score" is 20 years, that would be the 20-term you were thinking of.
I don't think we'll see that "pop". It will be more of a steady climb through Monday. If you remember in Dec it didn't shoot up on the divy news but rather climbed up and topped out a couple days before the ex-date. MM's are going to try to shake out the one's that don't have the intestinal fortitude to wait. PAIM didn't go up until a couple of weeks after their buyback. LBTN, last month, didn't top out until a couple days before the ex-date of their divy. (LBTN also went from .006 to .003 within a week. I can see BKMP topping that.)
Really with I could short pinks. I'd be a millionare by now. Used ot follow this guy from a yahoo board (marketgeneral). Made a nice chunk of change shorting his picks. Think he got pinched by the SEC. Haven't seen him for a while.
I'm in Chicago and have Comcast. They don't have TFN. I call them once a month asking when, but no word yet.
"He is very impressed with the fellow in Thailand who is now the top dog at AMSN."
Does he have any explaination as to why our "fellow in Thailand" has the same credentials as Frank Glinton on Black Sand Energy?
hhhmmm?
WINay SANgsomborn
WINick SANdy
Never know. I'm hoping for .002 by next Wednesday though.
While she's in BKK you should have her check out what's happening with AMSN and our Divy shares. I'll help take up a collection for her if she can get some straight answers out of them.
Here's the PR:
Investment Corporation Makes Proposal to Amerossi Shareholders
ALBANY, GA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 14, 2006 -- With massive new markets opening in China and India and a tightly restricted supply of crude oil, natural gas and oil exploration firms are forced to use more costly methods of extraction simply to keep up with growing global demand. As potential reserves go down, demand goes up, and extraction methods get more expensive, the price of gas at the pump also rises.
One gas and oil exploration company, The Amerossi International Group, Inc., believes they have the answer to this crude oil shortage -- and it comes in the form of a proprietary extraction technology which will drastically reduce the cost of harvesting oil from wet tar sands that are actually available in several locations throughout the world. If successful, this technology could almost instantly increase potential reserves while simultaneously alleviating price pressures.
This is where Robert Herring, President of the import, export, and investment firm, Herco Corporation, comes into play: Herring and his Associates strongly believe in this proprietary technology and its capacity to decrease the cost of wet tar oil extraction at a fraction of the cost of current technologies. So they have decided to make a proposal to anyone holding shares in Amerossi.
According to Herring, "[Herco Corporation is] an aggressive player in purchasing this stock." Herring says that Herco "already own[s] a large block... and [is] pursuing efforts to purchase as much of this company's stock as possible."
wishful thinking, but maybe a vacation to NYC and to Trajectory?
So it got spun off (reverse merger) and was aquired by Osage so they could go public. I see where it was stated that Kachina was just a shell company, but in Nov 2005 FCDH put out a press release that it was up and running and producing 150 oz per week. What happened to our interest in Kachina? Is it rolled over into Osage or was it sold?
Have to love the PRs we get about changes in the company.
I believe there will be some good news out on Sept., but that guy is full of it.
That spike in Dec you are refering to was at the time of the SNYY/AMSN Divy. We need some good news here to get it running up there again. Not sure why the financials didn't get it started. With the numbers that just came out we should be at .0012 IMO.
Sent this letter to George at AMSN in Thailand a week ago, no response yet. Anyone else know what's going on?
George,
Thank you for taking my call. Here are the questions I have for you.
1. What was the date of the change in directors and the move of the company? There was no press release to indicate this change.
2. Are David Alexander and/or Shayne Heffernan still involved in any way with the company?
3. Is Sandy Winick still a major share holder in the company? If so, what percentage interest does he control?
* From the Quarterly Report
4. Item viii h. states that there has been an increase in outstanding shares due to conversion of convertible debenture. How many more shares can we expect to be converted from this debenture?
5. Item ix 1. states that AIG owns a 50% share in DDM and 50% of gas and oil lands. Are these the one's in the
North Sorokinskiy License Area?
* On 11/9/2005 Suncrest Energy aquired a rig from Cooper Service Company to drill in the Midwest. What is
the disposition of that rig now?
* What is the disposition of the oil and gas leases in Ellis County, Kansas which were negotiated in Nov, 2005?
* What is the disposition of the 100% share of the russian oil company Alba-Oil which was also purchased from
Amerossi Holdings Group (as was DDM) on Dec 5, 2005?
* On Dec. 12, 2005 Suncrest Energy generated 15 drilling contracts for Suncrest Drilling. These were to
commence the first quarter of 2006? What is the status of these drilling contracts? Also why isn't the drilling
equipment listed on the Balance Sheet?
* On Dec 5, 2005 Suncrest Energy also purchased interest in the Kachina Gold Corporation and Terrablock
Development JV Inc. What is the disposition of the interest in these companies?
6. Balance Sheet
* Under Assets of the Anual Report dated 12/31/2005 There were listed investments values at $20,000,00.
These investments have since been removed from the subsiquent quarterly reports and nothing has been
listed on the balance sheet to indicate the removal of these investments. What is the disposition of these
investments?
* Equipment is valued at $0 Why isn't the equipment that was to be used for the drilling projects in Kansas,
and the drilling equipment for our two oil companies listed?
7. What is the status of the licensing of the oil sand recovery process with SandOil from June 2, 2006? What is
the relationship between AIG and SandOil Inc?
8. What is the current relationship between Amerossi International Group, Amerossi Energy Corp, Amerossi EC
Inc, and Amerossi Holding Corp. All except Amerossi Holding were once controlled or owned by First Canadian
American Holdings Corp. and Sandy Winick (Now Blackout Media Productions Corp). Does there continue to
be a relationship between the companies other than the purchase of oil companies from Amerossi Holdings?
are there any plans of mergers or aquisitions between these companies? (Amerossi EC Inc. also just moved to
BKK)
Thank you very much for your time,
Mike
If you got them from the BKMP Divy they are restricted at least until next January, but could be restricted for up to 2 years. If you want to trade them you have to get the transfer agent to remove the restriction. Your broker should be able to help you with this.
If Sandy is fudging the financials, as you say, why would he only list $16,000 in revenue? I think if he was going to fake the financials he would put out one that looked better than that. Why not put $160,000 in revenue? or an OS of 6bil?
I look at it this way. . .We are less than a year into BKMP's new venture with TFN and it is making money. Not much, but we are in the black. Most pinks that are in the development stage are losing money by the millions two and three years into the process.
Very nice. . .
Revenue was up 158% over the last quarter.
Expences up 4,624, but not bad compared to the increase in revenue.
The net gain is up 119%
OS only up 1.3b We knew there would be some dilution as the CD conversion didn't stop until after the last financials.
EPS is .0000012, quite an improvement over last quarter's .00000056. increase of 114%
Giving it a PE of 1000 (where it's been trading traditionally) BKMP should be trading at .0012
* a little number crunch with my opinion thrown in.
The last three quarterlies came out on a Monday or Tuesday. I think the odds are pretty good we'll see it tomorrow.
What worthless debentures? Two months and I haven't even recieved that. 90% of my shares were stolen out of my account, that's all I've seen so far.
Here it the mining tenament page from the Department of Environment And Natural Resources MINES AND GEOSCIENCES BUREAU
Looks like it hasn't been updated since February, but PAIM is listed as having applied for a mining licence. http://www.globalink.net.ph/~denrmgb5/mining_tenement
Maybe she's hoping no one makes the Elvira Gamboa/DoM connection.

To answer your question about financing:
Philippines Gold Mining Corporation, A Nevada Corporation (Stock Symbol: PGMC) is included in the current financial statement. PGMC will be utilized as the tool for raising other needed capital. The Company plans to issue its first Initial Public Offering (IPO) in order to raise up to $5,000,000.00 USD Capitalization needed for this intensive capitalization for the gold project and PAIM ‘s increasing
growth, expansion, mine site development, real estates acquisitions, land acquisitions and all mining equipment & other mechanical plant acquisition.
PGMC anticipate to finance the building of the Pearl Asian
Metallurgical & Chemical Laboratory (PAMC LAB) and the
development of Gold / Silver Smelting & Refinery Facility in the Island of Cebu, City of Mandaue, Philippines.
PGMC is still listed on www.pinksheets.com but had it's incorporation revoked last March by the state of Nevada.
If Winay Sansomborn really is Frank Glinton, pres. of Black Sands Energy and now appears is pres. of AMSN, do you think there may be a merger or buyout in the works? David Alexander was in the process of licencing the sand oil recovery process. Both are in the same buisiness and now we have a new mystery president. Would be nice to hear from the management on these new developments.
Also I'm wondering how many shares Sandy Winick still has. With all of the other First Canadian spinoffs, Sandy retained 83% of the shares. (Each of these spinoffs now have Amerossi in their name)
October 21, 2003 - Central Asia Development and Construction Co. Ltd. - now AMER
July 30, 2003 - Microgenix Filtration Systems Inc. - now ARSS
June 30, 2003 - First Canadian American Trust Company - now AMSN
I find it pretty fascinating too. Just a month ago David Alexander was in talks to licence a revolutionary now sand oil extraction method. And it seems that this Black Sand Energy has it. Haven't figured out where SandOil comes in as per the PR. But if you look at the cedentials of our new president Winay Songsomborn, they match up perfectly with Frank Glinton, president of Black Sands Energy.
It appears that Frank Glinton, president of Black Sands Energy, has just shown up as the president of Amerossi International Group under and assumed name, Winay Sangsomborn. Anyone have a take on that?
Decided to do a little research on our new president today. I was not able to find any reference to Winay Sangsomborn, but one name kept coming up, Frank Glinton.
From the Quarterly Report: "Mr. Sangsomborn has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Environmental Construction Products International Inc. a Florida company, since August 1999."
* ECPI was originally incorporated as Ginsite Materials Inc. with Murray Ginsberg as president. In August of 1999 Ginsite merged with Envirocon Corp. to create ECPI, and Frank Glinton became president. Other presidents of ECPI included Frank Alexander and Wayne Doss. ECPI became inactive in the Florida SoS database on 10/4/2002 (Admin Dissolution for Annual Report)
"From 1993 thru 1998 prior to founding Envirocon"
* Frank Glinton was the president of Envirocon. Envirocon was a separate Nevada corporation prior to the merger with Ginsite. It was incorporated in March of 1998 and Had it's incorporation revoked by Nevada in April of 2003.
"Mr. Sangsomborn was President of Glinton Corporation"
* Enough said"
"He founded Cassandra Mark Energy Corporation in January of 2003 and has subsequently completed the technology Transfer of the oil extraction technology from the inventor to Cassandra Energy."
* This is where it gets interesting. . . Cassandra Energy changed names to Blank Sand(s) Energy Corp. Frank Glinton is Pres and CEO. Blak Sands Energy is in a joint venture with Nevtah Capital Management Group NTAH to produce oil from oil sands with their patented process. http://www.nevtahoilsands.com/
The charts were, Gasp! wrong?
Laugh all you want but I've been hearing about accum/dist since March and how BKMP will shoot up at any moment because of the accumulation. I'm not bashing, just stating a reality. Maybe you have a different take on why the spikes have happened. Would love to hear them. In the next week I'd love to see a Quarterly Report that says BKMP had doubled revenue, or more. But then, and only then, will we see significant, sustainable gains in PPS.
I'm not trying to bash anyone or their charts, but they don't mean crap down here in the pinks. Granted, we have hit support at the 50 MA, but because the chart says it should be heading up doesn't mant it will do so. Why did it move before? I jumped in Dec '05 because of the Divy (great deal that turned out to be). It jumped in Jan '06 on news of a buyback. It jumped in June on news about the buyback. Only three things will make this stock jump, a lower float, increased revenue, or US carrier news (assumption of increased revenue).
EPS last year was only .00000029 based on 3,830,675,699 share which gives us currently a trailing PE of 1724. As net income dropped by nearlt 85% from 2004 to 2005.
EPS for the last quarter was ?? I can't find a calculator that will divide 7350 by 12 billion.
Bottom line is the OS count went up 300%. 600 mil shares on the buyback is a drop in the bucket. We need news of increased revenue in order to get this thing moving and keep it moving.
I just got off the phone with George at the office in BKK. +66-39-78-6106 He was able to tell me that the change in officers Happened within the past few weeks, but was not able to be specific. Although the quarterly report was signed by Winay Sangsomborn, he has not seen it yet and does not have it in the office. I am e-mailing him now with questions about the quarterly report and will post them when I hear back.
