Agreed slunj. Agreed.
Yes, remember last year the outstanding shares were around only 4.5 million. I also owned 1 tenth of 1 percent. Now the outstanding is around 17 million. I agree money is needed. I just hope every penny is spent wisely. The reverse split was a killer. My cost on those shares is $45 a share.
Agreed, the first news release on July 11th was met instantly, but after that it has been usually 1 or 2 days. The December news release took 4 total days before any upward movement.
Thank you for the vetting of Tapsak with us. This news is bigger than July 11th. I am speechless. We truly are witnessing the invention of medicine altering technology. The invention of the "Tricorder".
Thank you. I am impressed by your strong faith in the company as well.
I agree completely, that 20,000 went thru about an hour ago. What was the private placement price? Probably around .25? I guess. They are dumping but still taking a nice profit. Of course I am in this till I am 6 feet under. So let them dump. They will so regret it later when the shares are $1,500 each. This product is life altering. Medical industry disrupting. It is Amazon, it is Uber. Etc. Let them dump. It gives me a chance to keep accumulating shares. I am buying almost every day.
Thank you. So the second round they speak of must be another private placement I assume.
What time does Ron speak today?
Thank you. I keep forgetting about the private placements. Do you know how many total shares were part of the total private placement?
What is going on with the after hours trades lately. Again, today 31300 shares sold after hours for $1.20. I have seen big blocks almost every day sold after hours the last two weeks. Who is doing this?? Is it Knowlabs themselves?
Very good point. All previous products seem to be on the back-burner. I too have waited 7 now 8 years for a product to actually be sold.
Awesome information. Thank you. That explains it. The lock-up expired.
Yes chasing sucks. I did it way too much in July, 2018. Now I have more patience and wait for the dips.
I completely agree. This action feels very day tradish. I wonder if the run up is to get a better price to short. The last two days one of the very last trades was a sell of more than 32,000 shares. The sellers have way outplayed the buyers in volume the last three days yet the stock is going up??? Very unnatural.
If you Google "Knowlabs AP news" I just now realized all of the companies news releases have been picked up by AP news. Further research indicates the AP news is the associated press. So every news release has been out there in the mainstream. I have no idea how the latest one seems to have received the most attention. Thanks to your link you posted on 12/21/18 about level 2 information I can see every trade for the entire day. Yesterday there was more than 200 trades. The net sum of the day was more selling than buying, yet the stock was up for the day. This is a mystery to me. I have never seen knowlabs stock act like it is right now in the 8 years I have been a shareholder.
Strange day yesterday. First time I have seen such upward momentum without a news release. Obviously, many, many more people know about the potential now because volume is dramatically much higher lately. Volume has been much higher since the December 18th news release. I noticed that release got picked up by AP news. The first time a news release has gone mainstream. Looks like we will be seeing many more players now.
Just dumb luck. I bought the most shares in August 2017 at 19 cents. I watched it every day since about January of 2017. After the reverse split I had 11 shares. So I bought 89 shares in March of 2017. I believed in the company so I watched it every day and bought more shares about once a month until May of 2018, when Phil Bosua took over as the CEO. He mentioned in a news release about they were working on a non invasive medical product. Because I new about the companies other products I felt they could be working on a tricorder. After he said that, I start buying about once a week. I bought my usual 100 shares on July 10th and then, as you know, on July 11th the big news release.
Yes, probably end of year window dressing. Interesting that 20 of the last 22 trades were buying including the last buy at .9947 of 33,454 shares. I consider this a fantastic buying opportunity. The last time I was able to purchase shares below $1 was when I luckily bought 100 shares on July 10th, 2018 for .88 a share. I still don't have nearly as many shares as my goal amount but I literally am buying every day lately.
Buy Knowlabs with no commission at Firstrade. Most of my shares are with Fidelity, but I discovered Firstrade about 4 months ago. They dont charge a commission and you can buy as little as 1 share at a time. You initially have to fund with $100 but in a short while you can transfer as little as $1. I buy knowlabs almost every day now. I treat it like money I will never miss. You know the "Starbucks" analogy. How much do you spend on coffee? Just a tip. I dont get anything for mentioning firstrade.
Thank you slunj for the 10k link. I looked thru the whole thing. The most interesting tidbit I learned is Knowlabs has approximately 2300 individual shareholders. I was honestly surprised. That at least covers one element of nasdaq qualification.
We cannot forget that patience is required. This company is changing the medical industry. Companies with this impact come along once in a lifetime. The markets (and life) nowadays need instant gratification. This company is absolutely not a pump and dump. A great example of that is IGCC. No, this company has real products with real work being done toward life altering products. This is going to take years. I have as much patience as I need.

It is amazing how in the absence of news the stock goes down and only down. I wonder if it will test support as low as $1.
Yes, we are a long, long way from nasdaq. In my opinion, the first big step is FDA trials. Then, when we receive FDA approval, the upward momentum will finally start.
Go to Knowlabs Facebook page. The link is on their page under "stock info" just look for it in one of their posts. This is where I can see each actual trade with a 15 minute delay. I tried to post the link yesterday here but it does not work. After every big move I always go the re to see the sizes of the trades.
A bunch of trades anywhere from 500 to 3000 were sold. Not one whale. Then at $1.90 buying kicked in. A lot of 1000, 1200 buys. Who know why but I bought a ton today at $2. Lately $2 is my target.
Yes, the calorie counter is a solid product with real revenue, but in my opinion it is still a "niche" product. The clucose monitor with FDA approval is a game changer with revenue potential of $10 Billion plus. That product is when the world will know about Knowlabs and the company will become very relevant. Of course, who knows, all just my opinion.
The reverse split hurt, but I never lost faith. The technology was so intriguing even though knowbody cared. After the split it fell down to bid 10 cents ask 19 cents. I loaded up in August 2017 at 19 cents. My wife wondered what I was doing. Then in May of 2018 with the name change Phil Bosua had a cryptic reference to non-invasive medical. I immeadiatly thought of the Star Trek tricorder. I got real excited and was rambling to my wife who still thought I was a little crazy. I bought more stock and then the unforgettable news release on July 11th. My wife was now a believer too. So now we hold and wait. I have a lot of patience.
I was aware of everything in the new video because since July 11th I have done a deep dive into everything knowlabs. I have been a shareholder since 2011 though.
Yes, I agree. Probably our amazing ride to a life changing investment won't happen until we get actual FDA approval. As for me, I am totally all in. I have all my investments in this stock. Every extra dollar I make goes into buying more shares. I believe!
This link lets you see actual trades (with a 15 minutes delay). It is pretty cool. I look at it all the time to see the "tick" direction and individual share trade volume. The only downside is that it only displays the last 10 trades with a 15 minute delay.

6 hours ago business wire released the video from December 12th as news. Someone bought 21,000 shares at $4.44 a share driving it up temporarily. The you tube video is nothing new as we know. Just a recap.
Thank you. I have just been using the generic knowlabs corporate email. Thanks!!!
Pops is still invasive. Knowlabs is non-invasive.
Yes, I figured it was not free, but I wish the company had at least gotten back to me. They have responded to my emails multiple times in the past. Just not this time
I tried to actually attend the conference. I contacted LD Micro and asked how could I attend. They said I needed to have Knowlabs send LD micro an email saying I can attend. I asked knowlabs but they never got back to me. No response. Crickets. Etc. Kind of disappointed maybe I dont own enough shares to matter to the company.
I remember the August 7th release didnt move the stock at all until the next day August 8th. Then on August 8th it was up $2.00 closing at $3.75 up from $1.75. Remember that was the Dexcom comparison video that the company released on August 7th? I am hoping we see a move tomorrow. (Friday)
That's what I am trying to do.
Thanks for the info. My wife and I live in LA and will attend that event for sure.
I agree. Not a thing has changed. Including, investors nowadays have zero patience. They need instant, constant, movement. I miss the good old days of "buy and hold" that's what I am doing. All these fools who sold at 1.61 will be telling their kids 20 years from now, "yah I used to have 4,000 shares of Knowlabs in 2018 and sold it for 1.61. 2038, knowlabs is $1,233 a share. Could happen all you need is patience people.
