100% agree, I've been in since the .002's as well(I think the lowest I got was .0024). Wish I had loaded a bunch more there thought lol.
Going to be an exciting week!
Response on twitter from long term investors(who are not on iHub) has been pretty substantial.
You most definitely can! I run on the trail that connects my housing development over towards your neighborhood.
Seaheck1 and I might just get the first in-person CELZ long term investor DD session set up, lol.
Yep, small world!
Chantilly here. Too hot! Good reason to stay inside and do CELZ DD.
No problem! Monday is coming, which means possibility for new registered domains :)
Upfront minimum doctor's investment is rumored to be $20K(one Magellan and five kits). Clinic's preference to buy more machines/kits if they want multiple machines, which makes sense if they have multiple doctors providing the service and/or for redundancy purposes.
That is one way to call it, lol!
Viagra/Caverstem DD Connection
Dr. Rajfer, who is conducting the soon completed $CELZ clinical trail at Los Angeles Biomedical Institute at Harbor – #UCLA Hospital(@LABIOMED52) was responsible for the original scientific article that was used to develop #Viagra!
https://www.theage.com.au/news/Business/Pfizers-big-thing-no-accident-judge/2005/02/11/1108061869651.html
Exactly! Thank you.
This is NOT Prestige Worldwide!
lol
It's just silly...
No trash talking about the following people though:
Dr. Alexender Gershman
Dr. Thomas Ichim
COO Donald Dickerson
Dr. Amit Patel
Dr. Timothy Henry
(I could keep listing another 5-10 well regarded doctors involved with this company)
All their credibility means nothing I guess?
Strip Club information is incorrect and old news
Those of us who have been here a while have already provided DD on this a LONG time ago. Mr. Warbington was not the CEO of a strip club, he was the treasurer of a LLC/INC that had multiple ventures , which included a strip club. The people that bring that up only mention that, and don't mention his time at Mesa Produce in AZ . There is plenty of DD you can do on this online about this, but to make it somewhat easy here is an excerpt from one of the SEC filings for the "strip club company"
"Timothy Warbington. Timothy Warbington serves as secretary
of the Registrant. Since 2006, Mr. Warbington has served as a non-
exclusive consultant to West Coast Sports, Inc. and West Coast
Acquisitions LLC. From 1993 to 2006, Mr. Warbington served as the
director of operations for Mesa Produce, Inc. Mr. Warbington
specializes in corporate compliance to acceptable standards and
practices in accounting and regulatory matters.
Kim A. Feddick. Mr. Feddick serves as the Treasurer of the
Registrant. From 1988 to 2009, Mr. Feddick was the founder and
president of Mesa Produce, Inc., a business to business sales company
in the fresh fruit and vegetable industry. That company had annual
sales ranging from $3,000,000 to $7,000,000."
You'll notice I also included another person who worked with him at Mesa Produce, who was also a part of this LLC(they also happened to go to the same university). This is old news, focus on the patents, the business model, and the world renowned doctors in this venture.
Thank you for taking the time to plot this all out.
Additional Revenue Calculation
If 1% of the 30 million men in the US in that scenario is 90K and the profit from that is $108M in a year, how many treatments would each clinic need to do to reach that goal?
At the moment, we see there are 39 registered domains for Caverstem locations(not counting their Caverstem-international, Caverstem-Russia, and Caverstem-updates domains). So, lets assume each of those is a practice. 90K divided by number of clinics then divided by business days in a year(261 in 2018) = 8.8 treatments per clinic per day to reach $108M.
Might be feasible given how many urologists work in a clinic giving the treatment. Also I didn't count weekends, where additional treatments could be given. I also suspect the number of clinics will increase greater than 39, so that will drastically lower the amount of daily procedures to reach that goal. Lastly, we are not taking into account international revenue in this scenario.
Potenial Revenue...
The number that has been identified by multiple people is $1600 per kit is what each clinic has to pay to CMTH. I believe the cost to CMTH is $400 per kit, so that is $1200 in profit. $1200 in profit x 90000 men per year is $108M per year. That seems very optimistic(but is feasible with certain catalysts). There are a few things that this scenario doesn't take into account though:
1. International clients/clinics, which is obviously a focus given the new subsidiary and domain names being registered and documented interaction with foreign urologists at the AUA.
2.The treatment isn't limited in scope to just those who are resistant to PDE5 inhibitors, meaning the potential client base is bigger than the original 30% that the narrative was based off of.
3. Additional revenue from selling of the Magellan device to clinics
The potential numbers can get quite interesting once you factor those things in and then realize this is only the first of their commercialized treatments!
Articles like this should continue to bring in new investors...
http://www.pennystockdream.com/blog/celz-gained-378-today-this-is-a-medical-penny-stock-to-watch
They bring up some of the points that a lot of us long term investors have pointed out in regards to CELZ SEC filings and relatively low O/S separating it from other penny stocks(obviously coupled with great IP, lucrative commercialization plan, and renowned doctors/researchers).
Dr. Said New Mexico Caverstem
Looks like his info just got added to the site!
http://www.caverstem-nm.com/dr-elias-said-and-dr-mark-bieri/
Fly, SFT1, ES, thoughts on the previous post? I'd like to put out some DD like this on Twitter, but just want a second set of eyes on it before I do
CELZ Patents
I think a good point when looking at CELZ and potential revenue is to also understand how much time(protection) they have for their patents. Obviously the newer the patents, the longer the potential for revenue generation. This is not my area of expertise, but I believe in our case, the type of patents they apply for last 20 years and start from the date of filing.
I would like some people to check me on this, but I believe these are the general lengths of protection for their patents:
Caverstem(filed in 2007), so good until 2026
AminoStem(licensed from University of California, San Diego, filed in 2004), so good until 2023
Male Infertility treatment (licensed from UCLA, filed in 2014), so good until 2033
Female sexual dysfunction treatment(filed in 2016), so good until 2035
Stroke therapy(filed in 2016), so good until 2035
Anti-aging therapy(filed in 2018), so good until 2037
Below are my references for these assumption:
http://www.creativemedicaltechnology.com/intellectual-property/
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/creative-medical-technology-holdings-files-patent-on-anti-aging-technology-using-amniostem-stem-cells-300644487.html
I'd be interested if anyone thinks this is wrong and has the correct length of protections.
New Caverstem website up today!
New Mexico!!
http://www.caverstem-nm.com/
Looks like they still need to fill out some of the info like on the other previous pages. But, good to see progress!
There's been plenty of research posted here the past few months about the difference between adipose stem cells(which is what he used at U.S. Stem Cell) and stem cells derived from bone marrow. Furthermore, there has been plenty of other research posted on the issues and concerns with U.S. Stem Cell, their claims, their methods and why there is concern from the FDA, compared with CMTH and their patented procedures and how the FDA views them. There is plenty literature available on all these topics, for those who seek it out.
Caverstem Youtube Channel
Looks like the same FB video was also put on a newly created YouTube channel.
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqXes01LJZdZUYZoGVSoHDw
That could be a definite possibility for the purpose of the updates site.
To me, a finished website is a good validation point, short of a PR from the company or social media/web presence from the actual clinic stating they are offering the service. A lot of moving parts and they seem to be leaning forward into it at a pretty good pace!
Exactly. Cost should be low, but depends on what they are putting the priority for spending at the moment, until they start to get revenue from signing clinics up. Travel for training and legal fees for contract negotiations would be where I would assume it is currently being placed.
I also agree, very nice to see them being smart about the SEO.
Lol, I was kind of scratching my head on that one. I don't understand the purpose of it, seems like you would just use the caverstem.com for that. Unless it is not a customer facing site.
Website setup/configurations are going to cost money. Seems that they use Biotech Graphic Design on all their websites that are currently active. It will be very exciting once the websites go active. I've been trying to figure out if they are going to pay the upfront cost of web design before or after the clinics go live. Hopefully they get good pricing with this many websites(especially since they should for the most part be the same template, just swapping out some contact info and address references).
Correct, updates.
Add me to the list of longs as well. I have over +1 million. Been in since February. Mine are locked as well and continue to add when the opportunity strikes itself.
6 new @CaverStem domains were registered on 6/23/18 for new providers:
Cleveland
Indy
North Florida
Portland
Sacramento
Updates
That brings the grand total so far to 42(31 of which were created after the AUA conference)
I'm sure there are! I'm finding a few day lag between when the date of the registration is and when it actually is searchable via internet tools. I've found that Mr. Warbington likes to register his domains on Fridays(for whatever reason that has been when the all of these new ones post conference have been registered). So, I expect to find a bunch more the beginning of this week for ones he created this past Friday.
New Caverstem Domains
10 new Caverstem domains were registered on 6/16/18 by the CEO.
They are:
Ft. Lauderdale, Memphis, Minneapolis, Newport, Newport Beach, Oklahoma, O.C., Palm Beach, San Antonio, and Tampa.
That is 36 in total!
Dr. Freedman's clinic twitter account is @Freedmanurology. It would be great to start seeing some Caverstem promotional material from that account as well.

I was able to verify the www.caversteminternational.com yesterday when I posted it on Twitter. I know sometimes the website that is trying to do the whois lookup might not have all the data. Here is what I used, showing that Timothy Warbington registered it the same day as the other sites.

No problem. It's really exciting to see everything coming together. I've been following the board since I got into CELZ back in February. I like digging around the internet to try to find interesting information. There's a lot of really solid members on this board!
Hi Everyone, I've seen that some of my twitter posts have ended up here, so I decided to created an account.
Big CELZ update, they have registered 4 new domains on 6/8: International, Russia, Miami, and Seattle.
