Wow ZERO volume. Look at at us go! WOOHOOO
How in the hell can they even afford that?
Wow look at that volume. A big FAT ZERO. Nice!!!!!
$200? Now that's some nonsense I can fully support.
That's not much of a feat. Kind of like bragging about which will hit the ground first, a pound of rocks or a pound bricks.
So you're saying it won't happen at all unless we go through this process through our broker? Any idea what kind of time frame the whole process takes from beginning to end?
The time to sell would have been last week. Price is going down and wont even be worth the $250 you spend registering the stock by the time the whole process is done. Might as well hold for the short term and see what this POS does in the meantime.
You silly silly fool!!!! Stop the con. This stock is going D-O-W-N
Bottom will be in the pennies. If not sub penny.
TTTTTIIIIIIIMMMMMBBBBBBEEEERRRRRRRRRRR
Bottom will be in the .0001-.001 range. Don't be a sucker and buy in. Or be a sucker and help keep this stock high so I can sell to suckers like you when my stock becomes unrestricted.
What a douche. I feel bad for the poor suckers who bought in at those high prices, never to see their money again. Good riddance to that idiot.
And how the hell does 1606 hit a high of $14 with no sales, no news, no publicity, nothing while we sit here at .07 lousy cents making all this revenue.
When the hell are all these sales and revenue going to start reflecting in the stock price.
When the hell are all these sales and revenue going to start reflecting in the stock price.
Oh well all know how Greg feels about his investors. To him we are nothing more than dirty little monkeys whom exist for no other reason than the sick amusement of him and his children. Yes you little monkey, dance monkey, dance for his amusement. DANCE like the little monkey you are and entertain your masters you worthless dirty little monkey.
Surely there has to be some info out there as to when we can sell these shares. They can't stay restricted forever. The volume is a joke. The company needs more publicity.
And as the price comes crashing back down to earth, we are all royally screwed yet again by these idiots.
Unless you're one of Greg Lambrechts children, you will NOT be able to sell.
We won't hit .40 until restrictions are lifted.
PHOENIX, June 3, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- SinglePoint Inc. (OTC: SING) ("SinglePoint" or the "Company"), a company focused on providing renewable energy solutions and energy-efficient applications to drive better health and living, today provided an update to its shareholders on its recent spin off of 1606 Corp. ("1606"). In April 2021 SinglePoint spun off 1606 Corp. through a 1 for 1 dividend to SinglePoint shareholders. As previously announced, since the spin off, Greg Lambrecht has resigned from SinglePoint and has been appointed as CEO of 1606 Corp. 1606 is actively working to finalize and submit its registration statement. Upon the effectiveness of the registration statement, 1606 will be able to apply for a ticker symbol and begin trading.
As 1606 Corp. prepares to file the necessary documents to become listed on an exchange, it has remained focused on building momentum with its focus on increasing its retail footprint concentrating on regional expansion in addition to continuing to grow its online presence and retail distribution network.
Additionally, 1606 has continued to grow its online presence with increased recurring orders coming from customers throughout the US. Smokable-hemp continues to grow as a market, Nielsen expects the smokable-hemp market to reach $300 million to $400 million by 2025, representing roughly 5% of the potential $6 billion to $7 billion hemp-derived CBD consumer products category.
"We believe there is a lot of potential for 1606 ahead and are excited for the future as we work to finalize our registration statement. With vape and tobacco and specifically menthol being pulled off of shelves around the world, our smokable-hemp products are ready to replace those holes in convenience store planograms. As a replacement for traditional tobacco 1606 is a better alternative with only one ingredient, hemp. Having taken a cigar company public through the first ever, clear english perspective, we were able to get NASDAQ listed and raise $10,000,000 enabling us to achieve 30,000 accounts. I look forward to doing the same with 1606," adds Greg Lambrecht, CEO of 1606.
1606hemp.com continues to grow its presence and is the main driver of sales for the company. The company has placed 1606 hemp in multiple states and across hundreds of locations.
About 1606 Corp.
1606 believes Hemp/CBD can change lives, and that's why we encourage tobacco/nicotine users to make a decision—to help us take these pioneering steps into a world where something as simple as lighting up a smoke doesn't mean taking a hammer to your health.
As of today im about 20k in profit after SING losses. If reach the teens again ill be a happy fat cow.
I don't know, but if we can recover our SING losses after restrictions are lifted, I'll pay any fee they want.
Its a complete douchebag move. I just need the price to hold and everyone to forget all about these shares until they become unrestricted, if they come unrestricted.
TDAmeritrade email response regarding sale of restricted stock
Thanks for partnering with TD Ameritrade. My name is Christina and it's my pleasure to assist you today.
I appreciate you reaching out about CBDW. The shares entered the account in a corporate action (dividend or spin-off.) The security was marked by the issuer with a restriction that prohibits the sale of the stock until the restriction is removed. Please check with the issuer on the type of restriction and the required holding time they placed on the security before it can be cleared of the restriction.
Specific paperwork is required to clear a restriction. The paperwork must be dated after the required holding period for the stock has been satisfied. The most common restriction is under Rule 144. This email will provide the forms and information on the clearing process for Rule 144. If the issuer tells you the shares are under a different form of restriction, please let us know, and we will advise on the clearing process. The following documentation is needed in order to complete this request:
--Rule 144 Non-Affiliate Packet
--Irrevocable Stock or Bond Power
--Minimum Account Requirements ($250 in available funds)
Government regulations vary for clearing the Rule 144 restriction, depending on whether shareholders are considered Affiliates or Non-Affiliates of the stock issuing company. An affiliate is generally identified as someone owning 10% or more of any class of stock for an issuing company, who is an officer or director for the issuer, who has access to material, non-public information concerning the company, or who lives at the same address as someone who is an affiliate of the stock issuer.
Clients must have at least $250.00 in available funds in the account, above the value of the restricted shares, to process the removal. Fees charged to TD Ameritrade ("Pass Through" fees) may also be assessed to your account. These fees may vary in amount. If funds are not available in the accounts, you will be contacted to deposit additional funds. Please consider the cost of clearing the restriction in light of the market value of the unrestricted shares.
Attached is the Rule 144 paperwork needed for non-affiliates. Please advise if you are an affiliate and we will send the required forms. The paperwork provides guidelines for you to use and keep for your records, a pledge that must be returned, and a restricted stock questionnaire that must also be returned. Please ensure that all questions on the returned forms are answered to avoid delays in processing. Documents can be left with a TD Ameritrade branch or mailed to:
TD Ameritrade
Attn: Cage/Restricted
200 South 108th Ave.

An original signature is required on these documents, so fax and email attachments are not accepted.
In some situations, the legal opinion provided by the issuer's attorney may require additional action. We will notify you if the legal opinion calls for additional processing.
Please reply to this email or call a Restricted Stock Specialist at 888-723-8504, Option 7, weekdays, excluding market holidays, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern, if you have other questions.
As always, thank you for choosing TD Ameritrade! We appreciate your business and hope you have a great day!
Respectfully,
Christina O.

I posted my response on the CBDW board. Thanks for the info.
Yes. We are so screwed. Although to be honest I'm only getting a $4600 screwing so it's not the end of the world for me.
Man that son of a bitch. Is there any legal recourse we can take here or is this all perfectly legal. Again, that son of a bitch.
To the freaking moon and beyond.
Put a little back into SING??? BWAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA
No chance buddy unless their ballistic tampons really take off. Then I'm all in.
CBDW already up to $13. I'm making a hypothetical killing here. All imaginary money of course.
SING is actually up on no new news. Could this be CBDW related. I still cant believe I'm up 60k and I still cant trade my shares. Very very frustrating.
I'm trying to find out when they will be completely 100% negotiable. Anyone heard from TDA when this happens. I sent them an email and when they respond I will let you know.
Jesus Christ up almost to $10 and here I am with all these shares stuck up my arse and I cannot get rid them. OMFG
And yet no word on ballistic proof windows. Interesting. Perhaps ballistic proof dildos was the better market to enter?
You and me both.
Anyone know when SING investors can sell this turd? Or do we have to wait until it reaches sub penny status.
WOOHOO I'm up $43k with this piece of sht that I can't even sell. Thanks Greg!!!
Say what you will but Greg is the only CEO I know who can take a company that produces ZERO revenue and turn it into a $5 a share behemoth. Bolandos even got us reaching $25.
#TEAMGREG #TEAMBOLANDO
If they're in the teens when my shares do become tradeable I will be ecstatic. I will kiss the feet of Greg and never ever say another bad thing about him again. This I vow.
Up 2 cents. I stand corrected. Looks like ballistic window panels are the business to be in. I mean lets be real. Kids in school were always more likely to die of a gun shot then from Covid so it makes sense. Screw solar and clean air. LETS GO BALLISTIC WINDOW PANELS. YYAYYYY
I think we're all screwed with this company.
