Guess so, I had to bail out yesterday, can't stand watching this drop every single day.
Yesterday's PR is still not showing up on IHUB, how does it get uploaded?
So far I am sure its the same people buying, but once this PR gets out there for all to see, maybe it will starting bring more attention to the stock and some new buyers.
Well this sure is a great step in the right direction, wonder if they also produced cans in the other flavors seeing that they will be selling on Amazon?
just grabbed some shares myself as a re-starter position, same shares I sold a while back at a penny.
Nice, thanks! Glad to see this finally turn around for the longs.
If the Amazon news ends up being true, then I would assume advertising should start immediately as they promised many, many months ago. Like Watcher posted, where did the poster get a time machine with news dated tomorrow? Maybe he is an insider who cut-n-pasted a PR that Mo plans to release tomorrow?
Interesting that today is 12/19 and the news is dated 12/20 which is tomorrow, and there is no PR showing up.
News doesn't seem to have a positive impact on the share price any more, this thing has been selling off every day. My gut tells me they are diluting by the behavior it has been trading. Starting to look just like another similiar one I had a while back (GRC*), it was putting out a PR about 1-2 times a week, the price got pumped up to .004 before it went into a death spiral and is now at .0002.
Well I sure hope history repeats itself, we need a nice pop to turn this around.
I wonder if this is retail selling, or dilution? With volume increasing and the price dropping every day, it usually means dilution.
Looks like the selling pressure continues again today, sad to see everyone taking losses and moving on. Anyone selling at this level is taking a loss, just wonder why at this point.
Seeing that Mo has to go thru Liquid Health Labs for their approval of his plans and thus the subsequent hold-up in producing and distributing the new product, my hunch is that the LOI he mentioned is most likely with Liquid Health Labs. He is probably trying to exit the company seeing that he is controlled by another party and is trying to negotiate his best exit plan. How this would play out for stockholders is an unknown, but most likely not a positive.
Problem is this will continue to drift lower on low volume and we will be down 50% before we know it. Looks like most may have sold and moved already, not sure why when things appeared to be looking good.
Looks like it will take much bigger news to propel this higher, we have been stuck in a range and it can't get out of the mid .003's
It's just hard to explain why it keeps bleeding even though they put out good news every week. Life in the OTC I guess, most trade the pops and move on, not too many hold in fear of getting burned I guess.
Weird that there is no dilution, but yet the stock keeps bleeding lower. Is everyone selling at a loss and moving on? Budfuxfun stopped posting daily, guess he sold and moved on.
Well if the other poster is correct in that Mo has to work thru Liquid Health Labs and is controlled on what he wants to do, then things may move a lot slower going forward than many have been anticipating. My hunch is that Mo has been sitting on the first shipment since July because the order was only for 1 flavor and is waiting for shipments in the other flavors before distributing them for sale. Just guessing, but that is my hunch. Another hurdle he will have to deal with going forward is that the A/S is almost maxed out and he will no longer be able to continue paying people in shares once he does unless he raises it higher or does a reverse split (most likely case). If insiders who have been paid in shares sell their shares, are they considered "retired" and lower the A/S?
Thanks again and please pay no attention to HunterDave for attacking you for wanting to sell your shares. I am sure there are many like you who have been paid in shares by Mo over the years that would like to cash them out seeing that they have not receive a cent for their services. I am not familiar with pink shares and the restrictions on them, guess its different from us retail investors trading regular shares on the open market. Have a great holiday and thanks again for sharing your insight.
Thanks for all of your insight, appreciate informing the board of the current situation and problem that Mo has to deal with. Still wondering why Mo has new product sitting in a warehouse in Vegas (apparently since July), but has yet to distribute it for sale, or at least re-initiate on-line sales.
If you worked for Mo and were paid in stock in lieu of cash, and you are restricted from selling your stock unless the price exceeds 2 cents, then I feel bad for you. Not sure why you are restricted from selling, was that a limit placed by Mo when he handed you the shares, or by your broker?
first you complain about my posting, now you want me to keep you updated, talk about being wishy washy. No worries, I will keep you updated with the facts and right now the insider selling of those that got paid with stock is controlling the price.
#5 - keep shareholders aware of the facts!
insider selling is slowly continuing to erode the price day-by-day, week-by-week, month-by-month. Another 300K just now at .0031 which is a 21 month low. Mo is silent because he obviously has nothing to say, something went awry and Harrington is most likely gone.
lol, all of Hunters posts today have been deleted, maybe he should stop posting his BS instead of attacking others! Remember a few months ago when he was posting "news coming this week" faking that he had talked to Mo, and now he attacks others for making honest posts. Hopefully he was put on "time out", he definitely needs one!
Maybe some day he will be more honest and communicate better with his investors. He obviously goes silent for months on end when things are not developing or going well, but then he puts out these occasional BS PR's that end up proving that he only does so in an attempt to keep pulling the strings of his puppets.
Wow, price now down to .0032 which is almost a 2-year low, looks like .002's will be coming next. No problem, I hear Mo is planning a big pool party for the summer of 2020!
Looks like there are an abundance of shares available at .0034, must be someone dumping otherwise buying demand would be pushing the price higher.
It's coming "Soon", just realize that soon started almost 2 years ago.
LOL, I wish they would stop putting out PR's, the stock keeps selling off each time they do!
Yeah, I cashed in some cans yesterday to buy a couple of more shares.
whats in March?
I agree with your assessment 100%
You would think he would care about the share price seeing that he owns 53 million shares. If he truly is seeking a buyout, then it appears that he is bailing to recoup whatever he can seeing that the company has zero cash and they owe Timbaland almost $800K from a loan he made to the company a few years ago.
He will also need to either 1) raise the A/S, or 2) do a R/S in order to keep handing out shares in lieu of paying people cash for services rendered.
lol, you had better all hope it is a typo.
for some reason, this stock is having a hard time holding above .004, each time it goes above it someone sells. Support has been holding well around .0036/37, but each time it advances over .004 it quickly pulls back.
actually only 2.65% (53 million shares divided by 2 billion)
lol, a typo on a financial report? highly unlikely.
Wow, Mo was dishing out shares like candy in September. There are so many that he has paid in stock in lieu of cash (seeing that the company has no cash) that they will be selling millions of shares on any pop in the future to cash out.
