The statement I referred to stated "must not be happy with it". But your response is one that should be their main focus. Always looking for technology that advances efficiency and financial bottom line.
If I'm not wrong, wasn't there PR from BEHL that stated they extracted oil from the harvesting of algae produced by their Phase 1 PBR. From further DD the only extractor BEHL had was provided by David Gair (GFE). How could they be against the only extractor they used, unless they've explore another system?
Algae Venture has technology for harvesting algae (extracting water), where GFE has technology for extracting the oil from the algae biomass provided after harvesting. OrginOil is supposed to have PBR, harvester and oil extractor in line.
That is our problem! Who is still in charge. The person who stepped down or the CEO?
All of your explicit explanation revolves around your word "if".
You might have to agree, since DF stepped down, doesn't that leave the door open for the new CEO to make those decisions?
There are some on this board that have their head in the sand. Has any one who trades in pink sheet stock seen a company with 1,000,000,000 shares not reverse splint. BEHL has a lot going for it, but it has to get the PPS up to move forward. DF has shown that his knowledge of stock position sucks. That's exactly why he has step down. We are looking at two separate issues. A start up company with a great concept, but not proven, and a stock position predicated on financial value that will not support present share volume. There are those on this board that are very savvy and know what I say is reality. If BEHL has as much value as pushed by the positive commentary, then it can withstand a R/S at the right time, but the financial value has to be proven. JMO
KEPI made the PR on Feb 8. How much longer Dennis Shen was on board prior to PR is a guess. It appears that your not much of a fan of Mr. Shen, by your remarks on BEHL.
As I said, you are right that the BD can amend the number of directors, but no where does it state they can remove or appoint a director with out the vote of shareholders. If this was a private corp. you might get away with this type control, or doesn't it matter that BEHL is a public company. I still would like to see how Alec Padilla was appointed to the BD, when DF and DS where the two original directors. When did you vote for AP?
You are right, but that has to be voted on by the shareholders at a special called shareholders meeting or at the regular meeting held in May of each year. Do you recall this meeting being held and you having the opportunity to change the by-law. You need to read the full content of the BL. As I read the BL, it still states 2.
Looking at BEHL by-laws, it states that the stockholders meeting is for the purpose of selecting directors. How is it the DF place MB on the BOD prior to the meeting? The by-laws also states that there is to be 2 BOD. How is it possible there are 3 members?
What is given you can be the problem. Bernie Madoff proved that point. Your right, all we have is DD and you have certainly lead the pack.
Good luck with your perception, because at this stage that's all they are.
Perhaps your right, only time will tell.
BB1, you look at this subject with rose color glasses. What happens when you have an individual in control (has the shares) and his ego and greed is his motivation. How many companies have you seen go this route. That’s when an investor can be caught up in a company that’s not forth coming with pertinent information. As far as BEHL, have you seen anything, but forward looking statements, which gives you the insight to make a realistic evaluation?
There was a mention that DF & MB was in San Francisco recently.
Could the new CEO be from Solazyme
Has anyone heard of Solazyme out of San Francisco?

I just found out that the transfer agent has to give the company 30 days to reply as to the removing of the 144, but said that the company can't prevent it, as long as you meet the SEC stipulations of holding the stock for 6 months. Any way, if you got it to them by Feb 15 then it should be back around the end of March. Not that it matters that much when look at the SP.
The new SEC ruling allows you to remove the 144 as of 2/15/08. Thats if you have held the restricted stock for 6 months. It use to be 1 year. The transfer company is Transfer Online. Go to their website and call them for instructions. You can down load the form to convert stock cert. http://www.transferonline.com/
It's my understanding that a shell that is looking for a revise merger can not be eligible until it has filed the necessary forms with the SEC and is up to date with filings.

I appreciate your comments, I’m just sorry that you haven’t the time to DD this company. You appear to be quite qualified to give some perspective on a company that has the potential to advance beyond GERN. Their propriety research derived from the University of Stanford and Nebraska has shown great advances in combining new large-molecule delivery technologies with biomedical agents shown to lengthen chromosomal telomeres in vitro, successful in vivo therapies might be developed that significantly offset, and potentially reverse many age-related diseases and address symptoms and signs recognized as human aging. Good luck with GERN, perhaps these two companies will be working together.

Are you familiar with Telomolecar, Inc., and if so can you provide any insight to their efforts on telomerase research?
Understanding Telomerase
rx7171 - If you haven't review the prospectus submitted by Telomolecular, Inc.(see previous post), please do so and give me your opinion as to the potential of this company research.
TELOMOLECULAR, Corp
This company is a biomedical nanotechnology startup and is heavy into research on lengthening chromosomal telomeres. The potential answer to increasing cell life and therefore life itself.
The company is about to IPO this month and could be tied to GERN. Check out their 10SB12G on EDGAR. It tells all.

Has any one determined the depth of the production zone of Totals well AKPO-1? Looking at the mapping, it would appear that the Chevron well would be down structure of AKPO-1 and would give some indication of zone depth for the well being drilled now. The search I did, only came up with initial testing of 9,000 bbls/day in water of 1350 meters.
