Look at Andrew Wyatts background as well! Looks like a perfect match!
Thanks for the info! Will do some more digging… lol.. it’s painfully slow but we are moving!
It’s all moving ahead! A great way to start the day..
FYI… https://www.nutrapharma.com/single-post/gov-affairs-engagement. You can find Vitello mentioned in here a couple times… https://www.s-3group.com/BGOV-2020-Top-Lobbying-Firms-Report.pdf
Same here.. I have my price so if it goes there I’ll buy.. just waiting to see where it goes..
Me too!
Whatever agreement was reached to settle and dismiss is confidential .. so there are few facts to go on.. we are left to interpret .. we can neither prove nor disprove.. like I said , time will tell. Moving on to the next one..
We all have our opinions.. lol.. time will tell..
lol.. we all have our own opinions.. time will tell..
It was dismissed, with prejudice. But because of the confidentiality agreement, we’ll likely never know the details. My guess is that nphc could prove monetary damages caused by actions of the plaintiffs far exceeded any amounts nphc owed… both parties agreed to drop it at that point with no more attempts to undermine nphc by the plaintiffs.
Maybe not directly. But, we shall see..
Just a theory/opinion.. but now that this case has been resolved, and bringing to light certain issues, we might see a quicker resolution to the SEC litigation…. We shall see..
Yes, the judge did retain the right to enforce the agreement but I’ll bet it’s more to protect nphc than anything else.. no more attempts to harm nphc.. And their is a confidentiality clause so I doubt we will know all the terms of the agreement.. ..
Thanks for that clarification.. I was not aware of that .. we move on!
I think I know who!
Yup.. most definitely… hopefully this resolution is a harbinger of things to come..
One less headache for nphc.. set off appears to have saved the day! Lol
Broward county court clerks website.. they use a captcha security thing so so don’t know if a copy and paste goes through..
Good news out of Broward Co.. on Reid litigation… case dismissed with prejudice….no mention of what the agreement contains..
FDA complaint as well.. same individual(s), same intent… imo..
The answers and explanation are contained in the motion to vacate default 3/19/20 and the judges ruling on 3/20/20… but I think you already knew that! Lol
Hahaha!.. nope, when you’re on a mission, you’re oblivious to the details.. but, as we know, details matter.. I’m anxious to see how this is resolved.. we should know fairly soon I would think.. one less issue that nphc has to resolve..
You left out the clerical error that didn’t allow the right date for the defense to enter their motion..
Just going by current court documents.. while events of years ago are good for historical perspective, they don’t count so much for the here and now!
Lol.. ya, current developments do matter!
I’m thinking that nphc has proof of malicious behavior by the plaintiffs that financially harmed the company… and that offsets (possibly considerably) any monies owed the plaintiffs from their original complaint..
Lol… old stuff.. move on to around 8/13/20 where reid attempts to force summary judgement.. 9/10/20 with nphc’s memo in opposition which includes Riks affidavit… 19/9/20 where the judge slaps down Reid’s request for summary judgement with an emphatic no and recognizes nphc’s defense of “set off”…5/14/21 where nphc agrees to provide specific documentation to which the judge required the confidentiality agreement before they were provided and now , 6/24/21, an apparent agreement being reached by both parties…that’s the new stuff!
As I said before, IMO, someone had been trying to harm this company for years….. reid Riks affidavit and maybe you can post it ! Let’s see just what the settlement agreement contains..
Lol.. if that’s how you want to interpret it that’s fine… but if anyone is interested, they should read it all themselves….. they can draw their own conclusions. Good luck!
To your points… yes, it is easy to post “ read why” but anyone who is actually interested needs to read the documents for themselves and draw their own conclusions, not read my interpretation of them. You could ask the same of Reid, why would he sign another agreement? After all he is the plaintiff. Might it have something to do with “set off “ being used by the defense and what might be contained in that confidentiality agreement that the plaintiffs had to agree to? With the introduction of those elements, the tone has changed. And to your last point, someone has been attempting to do just that for years now… IMO..
Post Riks affidavit as well!
Lol.. read why!
lol.. so true.. anxious to see the agreement , I think nphc had a strong case..
There’s a lot more to it as well… if you read it in its entirety, you will see … there’s a reason “set off” is being used by nphc for their defense..
I’ll wait till the actual agreement and / or dismissal is documented before I pass judgment..
No problem.. I believe it to be a positive development..
Something different.. filed by former employee Paul Reid and others back in 2016… Paul Reid is the inventor of the patents now assigned to receptopharma.. one less thing on nphc’s plate..
Regarding the Reid litigation, looks like an agreement has been reached as of yesterday. No details yet but hopefully posted soon..
I would think so.. their promotional and distribution networks could be substantial, far exceeding nphc’s... time will tell but this is all positive imo.. I’ll be watching for a venom based product locally.
