RNVA...you are entitled to your opinion jim, many here thought we would get a DCT* type run if AS and R/S were defeated. That didn't happen, on to the next chapter. Honestly who knows exactly how high RNVA might go in the near term, I thought I knew but have been wrong many times. What I do know is .01 is ridiculously under valued and I won't settle for less than .05 for any of my shares.
These dark days will pass and I see many blue skies ahead for RNVA shareholders.
You might think RNVA trade is done, many others like myself don't. You are still here so you must have a reason. You say bagholder I say hogwash. I will continue to hold every share I have until they are closer to market value, which they are so far from. Remember, it's not a loss until you press sell.
She will fly by that soon IMO. I'm just happy to accumulate down here for the meantime. Averaging down considerably from pre R/S. I'm now a proud owner of 1% of the float.
If this company goes where I think they are going I plan to hold my babies with TLC into 2019. Share structure in place, great sector, DOD and API connections on their board. I might have to pinch myself because I see NASDAQ and multiple $$$ pps in the future. Long term hold in my eyes.
Someone just slapped that ask, nice
1 time so far .01 to .03 = 200% = hundreds%
And we are just getting started.
Watch and weep.
Regarding dilution, if one of the major reasons for the R/S is to get pps above .01 to attract contracts, dilution will kill that and back to square one. These guys aren't dumb. I can't see them diluting before a major run up on the back of some contract news. And at only 6 mil float, a little dilution could actually help fuel a run.
There is definitely something cooking. Adding the API guy on their board, this guy isn't joining for the hell of it and if he thinks OCSY isn't legit.
Even if they haven't cemented a contract with API yet, I think at the least they are working hand in hand with API guy to create patented applications for use in the petroleum industry. Which if so, will reap big rewards soon.
And we haven't even talked about DOD.
Read the Def 14a...broker non-votes counted as yes for the AS proposal, same as it would have for R/S if they kept it.
The better question is how can broker non-votes count towards one proposal like AS but go against another proposal like the employee incentive plan? That seems fishy to me but I'm no lawyer. But it's all spelled out in the original Def14a.
Because they are a stinky pink stock like you say and they know they can run this much higher to dump their shares.
Seamus Lagan, it's time to produce now. They needed their AS increase to clear derivative liabilities from the books and to secure for future acquisitions. Needed it so bad he scrapped the R/S to sway a few votes.
Let's see those spin off shares. Let's get some PR's going about all the great stuff that's going to happen now that you saved your ass.
Yes, 150 mil retail shares. Remember the 400 mil float is primarily retail because few institutions hold this. Insiders didn't dump because they know where this is going and there is no dilution yet. Retailers are this dumb.
Feel free to throw me some sub 4's tomorrow. I need a few more to get to 100k.

Everything you need is there. Read both the Quarterly and Interim Reports.
Added more today, never expected to see these levels. I'm disappointed with the AS increase, I'm disappointed with today's trading action, I'm not currently happy with the CEO, but I know this dark cloud will pass over soon.
To all of those who I have rubbed elbows with the last 2 months who moved on, I wish you the best of luck and hope to run into you again. Sorry things didn't work out how we planned.
To everyone who is still riding this bad boy, let's make some more money.
To all the new folks who just bought in, welcome aboard and I hope you have a pleasant stay.
And with that said I will step away for the day because watching all this red hurts deeply on personal level after this long journey.
Time for the CEO to scratch our backs now that he got his.
Insiders, note holders, and broker non-votes passed it. Retail is dumping, they voted No. Note holders will run this much higher before converting.
LOL, this is the mentality we are dealing with. How do you get 100% loss LOL
Successes and failures are not measured in days, unless you close your position that day.
4.3 milly buy, DAMN
3 milly buy, WOW
Man this isn't pretty. At least we will be getting some new blood in here to enjoy the next leg up. Now it's time for the CEO to do his job since he got what he wanted and add value to his shareholders.
Added more here today. Anything below .05 is a steal IMO
This is a feel good stock. Great positive board here and a rare long hold on the OTC. I'm adding at these levels.
Did today's buyers set stop losses, what is this :P
Great post as always Bidsmaker. The only reason it passed was because the broker non-votes went towards the proposal, unlike proposal 2. Guess we are lucky they pulled the R/S because non-votes would have also counted towards that proposal and they may have ultimately got their way on that one as well.
Do you know how many companies have a higher AS than OS. Answer is most turkey.
Good fins. What matters is not where the company is but rather where they are going. Excited about the API guy on board. Excited about next weeks big news.
John boy, I agree they will RS and it will be easy to pass now and when they announce 14a I'm gone. But they will only do that to get on the big board and they are no where close to being able to do that. Maybe by the end of this year, early next year. And the pps will be much higher than it sits today.
No, most here voted No like myself or simply didn't vote. Only reason it passed was because they counted broker non-votes as a yes towards AS.
Regardless, there is still too much upside from here to leave now.
Strong buys, like what I'm seeing here. Expected more panic than this.
MM's want it below 015 so bad, so far peeps aren't caving in
.015 still looks to be strong support area, people selling below here not advised
That was one hell of a gap down LOL
The only question for tomorrow is do we test .015 again. Think we may.
I will defer to the more seasoned traders here. I thought best thing was for no AS and keep the float locked up. Then again we had that for months and and yet we have been spinning our tires the last few weeks. Maybe the market will react kindly to the AS increase. Certainly the company will and now that they have what they want it's time for them to get off the pot and give their shareholders something.
If I was to guess at the projection of the company over the next year or so I envision 6-9 months from now they will be close to cash flow positive. With the decrease of derivative liabilities, Jamestown and Oneida in full swing, and restructuring of business model they will be well on their way to a complete turnaround.
I see 1-2 more hospital acquisitions at that point followed by the company getting their R/S to get back on the big board.
I had the same problem couple days ago, I had the highest bid on L2 and orders were getting sold under my bid without mine getting filled.
The derivative liabilities is what really drug down the 10k as the CEO mentioned in his last interview. Now that creditors can exercise their options with AS increase, company can clean up their books.
I will hold every damn share I have. The spin off shares will be worth more than what it's trading at now. CEO got his AS and everybody is happy on the BOD, so time to reward shareholders with spin off and fix sights on improving the pps from the depths she is in now.
Dude, if they wanted the pps low they would have left the R/S on the table and enacted it ASAP. That would have killed the pps because it would have went in the shitter.
They want the AS to pay their creditors when they exercise their option. The AS helps the company out, now they can clean their books and organically grow the pps.
The price has been molested with for weeks, maybe that will start to change. MM's can hit the go button.
