PM - I followed up with a few questions & will gladly post & share responses.
One of the follow up questions below:
b) As all Final DEMO results are tabulated into a NEW 2023 F.S.
1) When can we expect disclosure of this market compliant study which will incorporate all the latest Data & Economics i.e. (Capex/Opex plus improved recoveries, estimated production tonnages etc...?)
2) Will/HAS Niocorp sought PATENT Protections for their "Improved (Separation) FLOWSHEET Processes" moving forward? (What is the status?)

LMAO... Yeh If only we invested back then lol! Still here Norcal... It's been tough to watch this go back to 5$/.50 cent range for sure! (I did reach out as to "When" & will share any response gladly)
Still afloat & Riding the NIOCORP ship with many...
How does it go.... "100 years before the helm????" LOL
Chico
Oh I've done some "Venting" at times Crit! lol.... I was not very keen on that "DEAL" either nor with the current share price after the R.S. Yet nothing "fundamentally" has changed with the project as the team is completing everything they needed to do as laid out in the 2020 AGM & the 2019 & 2022 F.S.
Additional Metalurgical work was always needed & then they added REE's (2021 ish), & we are finally seeing the fruits of the completion of the FINAL Demonstration Plant Operations. (To Scale for Production all viable Critical Minerals). I'm not exactly sure when the 2023 F.S. will be made public. (I would think those entities with NDA's & privy to any results are running their own numbers)
It all comes down to the money as always and IF they can get EXIM, DoE/LPO or another federal agency, Anchor Investor/s to sign a commitment letter for @1$B to sign the EPC contractors... (Hopefully in 2023)
Those entities mentioned above may indeed need to the 2023 F.S. verified & published prior to making a move? I really do not know....but think they might.
Given what the Critical Minerals the Mine will produce can do... I am waiting with you as well.
****THIS just in.... As Niocorp did post material news & respond to questions about the following... (They Do QUALIFY & are engaged with SEVERAL FEDERAL AGENCIES, ANCHOR INVESTOR/s, CONGRESS & THE WHITE HOUSE... ) If my memory serves me correctly...

May 29, 2023 ~NioCorp takes a look at made-in-America Al-Sc master alloy production~
https://www.canadianminingjournal.com/news/niocorp-takes-a-look-at-made-in-america-al-sc-master-alloy-production/
NioCorp (TSX:NB; NASDAQ:NB) is partnering with Nanoscale Powders to explore the possibility of creating the first U.S.-based mine-to-master alloy, vertically integrated production of aluminum-scandium alloy. The new facility will lessen the reliance on China as the world’s major scandium producer.
NioCorp is advancing its 100%-owned and permitted Elk Creek critical minerals project in southeast Nebraska. The company plans to produce rare earths, scandium, niobium, and titanium (sponge metal) from the project. Once construction starts it will be three years before production begins.
The probable reserve measures 36.6 million tonnes grading 0.811% niobium pentoxide (Nb2O5), 2.92% titanium dioxide (TiO2), and 70.2 g/t scandium. The in situ reserve contains 170,409 tonnes of payable niobium, 431,793 tonnes of payable titanium dioxide, and 3,677 tonnes of payable scandium oxide (Sc2O3).
The reserves are contained in an indicated resource of 188.8 million tonnes grading 0.51% Nb2O5, 2.24% TiO2, 60.6 g/t scandium, and 0.34% total rare earth oxides (TREO). The inferred resource is 108.3 million tonnes at 0.39% TiO2, 1.92% TiO2, 52.28 g/t scandium, and 0.39 TREO.
NioCorp is not waiting on the mine before addressing the master alloy initiative. It is going forward with Nanoscale with the initial work to produce several ingots of aluminum-scandium master alloy with potentially commercial amounts of scandium using Nanoscale’s proprietary process. This will be a pilot-scale investigation using purchased scandium feedstock. If upsizing to commercial scales is feasible and financing can be arranged, production would begin before the Elk Creek project is in commercial operation.

Dy - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -$22,419,000
NdPr - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - $92,357,000.00
Profit from the 3 oxides: - -$142,547,000.00
My guess will produce the following when compared to MP materials & 3 other U.S. projects (& This could be low!) :
600 tons per year Ny/Pr = 600,000kg x $173 = $103,800,000 (not far off Grunt's estimate!)
24 tons per year of Tr = 24,000kg x $2,383 = $57,320,000
120 tons per year of Dy = 120,000kg x $495 = $59,400,000
Total REE annual value prior to OPEX = $220,392,000 Million
~ & I THINK Niocorp's numbers for Dy & Tr might be a touch more! 30mt & 170mt respectively???~
That’s $150- $200M plus +\~ in additional earnings (Before Capex/Opex alterantioins via 2023 F.S.). **NOTE: This doesn’t include increased recovery rates for the Nb & Ti $$$.
Niocorp "Could" push earnings to $600 to $700Million/year? My speculation!!!

https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20230420005449/en/IperionX-Green-Hydrogen-Market-Assessment
Green hydrogen production is forecast to surge by over 1,000x by 2030, driven by the increasing demand for clean energy, the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and record government incentives to accelerate the scale-up of green hydrogen. Titanium is an essential material for the Proton Exchange Membrane electrolyzers used in green hydrogen production and for hydrogen fuel cells that will power automotive, truck and bus transportation, as well as marine, aerospace and military applications.
The attached ‘Green Hydrogen Market Assessment’ presentation highlights that the expected surge in green hydrogen will require very large quantities of titanium - and without significant new investment in new titanium production capacity and far higher rates of titanium recycling - the potential global demand from green hydrogen could be as large as the entire current global titanium market by 2040.
Further, significant U.S. Government incentives, such as the $370 billion Inflation Reduction Act, which includes up to a $3/kg hydrogen production tax credit and a 30% capital expenditure tax credit, underpin near term growth in green hydrogen, providing opportunities for U.S. regions rich in plentiful renewable energy sources to be amongst the lowest cost global hydrogen producers.

APRIL 20, 2023~ Development of Bronze Phase Titanium Dioxide Nanorods for Use as Fast-Charging Anode Materials in Lithium-Ion Batteries ~
https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acsomega.3c00618
Bronze phase titanium dioxide (TiO2(B)) nanorods were successfully prepared via a hydrothermal method together with an ion exchange process and calcination by using anatase titanium dioxide precursors in the alkali hydrothermal system. TiO2 precursors promoted the elongation of nanorod morphology. The different hydrothermal temperatures and reaction times demonstrated that the synthesis parameters had a significant influence on phase formation and physical morphologies during the fabrication process. The effects of the synthesis conditions on the tailoring of the crystal morphology were discussed. The growth direction of the TiO2(B) nanorods was investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The as-synthesized TiO2(B) nanorods obtained after calcination were used as anode materials and tested the efficiency of Li-ion batteries. This research will study the effects of particle morphologies and crystallinity of TiO2(B) derived from a modified hydrothermal method on the capacity and charging rate of the Li-ion battery. The TiO2(B) nanorods, which were synthesized by using a hydrothermal temperature of 220 °C for 12 h, presented excellent electrochemical performance with the highest Li storage capacity (348.8 mAh/g for 100 cycles at a current density of 100 mA/g) and excellent high-rate cycling capability (a specific capacity of 207.3 mAh/g for 1000 cycles at a rate of 5000 mA/g).
TiO2(B) nanorods were successfully prepared via a hydrothermal method with a subsequent ion exchange process and calcination. The influences of synthesis conditions such as hydrothermal temperature and hydrothermal time on particle size, particle morphology, and crystallinity of as-synthesized TiO2(B) were discussed. Moreover, the size of TiO2(B) nanorods, the crystallinity of the TiO2(B) structure, and the physical morphology of the TiO2(B) nanorods have an influence on the battery performance. After 100 cycles, the TiO2 synthesized at 220 °C hydrothermal temperature for 12 h exhibited the best capacity of 348.8 mAh/g at a current density of 100 mA/g. Also, the optimal TiO2(B) nanorod materials possessed excellent fast charge ability at 15C and superior cycling stability over 1000 cycles.

March 30, 2023 NIOBIUM & TITANIUM MXENES~Thermal paint: MXene spray coating can harness infrared radiation for heating or cooling~ by Drexel University
https://phys.org/news/2023-03-thermal-mxene-spray-coating-harness.html
The researchers found that niobium carbide MXenes could effectively dissipate heat while titanium carbide exhibited exceptional heat shielding, with its temperature rising only to 43 degrees Celsius after being heated for five minutes on a 110-degree hotplate.
"High emissivity like in niobium carbide is also possible in dielectric materials," Gogotsi said. "However, MXenes combine this ability with electrical conductivity, which means these MXenes can also be used as active electrical heating elements with the supply of external power."
A coating of titanium carbide MXene was found to strengthen materials against infrared radiation penetration and emission. In testing, the MXene-coated materials, even with a thin coating, performed better at shielding infrared radiation than polished metals, which are currently the best performing commercial materials. This means that MXenes could be integrated into lightweight clothing that keep the wearer warm in extreme environments.
To test it, the team dyed a cotton t-shirt with a titanium carbide MXene solution and used an infrared thermal camera to monitor the temperature of a person wearing it. The results showed that the MXene-coated shirt kept its wearer about 10-15 degrees Celsius cooler—about room temperature—than a person wearing a normal tee shirt.
These results suggest that MXene-coated garments are effective at maintaining body temperature, while also offering the advantage of being applied via a comparatively eaiser dip-coating process than most thermal clothing requires.
"Commercial thermal clothes use very thin polymer fibers with low thermal conductivity—fleece, for example," said Lingyi Bi, a doctoral researcher in Gogotsi's lab, with expertise in textiles. "They keep us warm by minimizing heat transfer through the fabric, to do this effectively they must be very thick. But MXene primarily keeps us warm by preventing the escape of the body heat as infrared radiation. Therefore, a MXene coating thinner than silk could provide effective warming. This is the same principle that is used in Mylar thermal blankets that runners get after a cold-weather race."
Gogotsi suggests that the IR-blocking capability could also be used to camouflage people and equipment from thermal detection devices, or to covertly transmit information via radiofrequency identification codes visible only to infrared readers.
The team plans to continue studying the mechanisms underlying MXene's IR block and emitting behavior, as well as testing MXenes with different chemical compositions to optimize their potential as radiative heating and cooling materials.
MARCH 27, 2023~ RESEARCHERS TEST HIGH-CAPACITY TITANIUM-AIR BATTERY By Ariel Grossman,
https://nocamels.com/2023/03/researchers-test-high-capacity-titanium-air-battery/
Researchers have, for the first time, tested a titanium-air battery, which could theoretically store up to three times more energy than standard batteries.
That would be a major advantage over the zinc-air combination currently used in hearing aids, sensors and other small devices.
The study was conducted by scientists at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, and at the Forschungszentrum Jülich, a German research institute.
The researchers succeeded in utilizing its potential as a battery by applying a liquid that consists of salt and has a low melting point, also known as an ionic liquid.
Titanium-air batteries may also be used for large-scale stationary storage systems that use low-cost, common, and non-toxic materials. It could be a replacement for lithium, which is a more expensive resource.
Titanium is the ninth most frequently occurring material in the Earth’s crust, and there are plenty of its resources available for battery use.
In metal-air batteries, the contained metal reacts with the oxygen in the air to release electrical energy. Unlike other kinds of batteries, it obtains oxygen from the ambient air via a special electrode and does not have to be kept in the battery.
Therefore, significantly higher energy densities can be realized with these systems than with common battery types, at least in theory.
The study was published in the Chemical Engineering Journal.

ON 1/2/2023 PLEASE SEE RESPONSES TO RELEVANT QUESTIONS TO JIM SIMS/NIOCORP
Jim: Can you offer comment on how the recent NDA 2023 legislation Might benefit Niocorp & the Critical Materials it will produce in the future?
Response:
HEY MB! I appreciate many of the posters here continuing to share their perspective opinions. AO, Walt Nebraskan, Omaha, NE, GE, PM, MB, PC, Crit, Norcal & many more I do try to read & catch up once & a while.
Lately it's been tough once again holding & seeing the current share price. Yet- Nothing really fundamentally has changed. The "Deal" wasn't the greatest end all be all, but there are other "OPTIONS" STILL IN PLAY FOLKS! I know I've shared Jims responses to relevant DoE/Anchor Investor & other options for Debt/Equity here & on another board. The most recent of which was posted in early May! Jim is adamant that "Other Federal Agencies & ENTITIES are in the background! & NIOCORP Cannot offer comment because they themselves might be under NDA's as well for (Applications)?"
I just read BM's post last night! Wonderful insight & opinion! It does appear that the HYDROLOGICAL DRILLING has been completed on site!!! This was something that Scott stated during the 2020 AGM needed to happen. This might take 5-6months to complete review & the SHAFT FREEZING takes about 6 months as well (Per the 2020 agm notes which were posted a while back!)
All this tells me that NIOCORP is still on track & just needs "DEBT" side to move forward. I am most certain that EXIM BANK & the other ENTITIES that have signed NDA"s are all running their own numbers & waiting for FINAL DEMO comfirmations on all viable minerals intended for production AT SCALE. THE DEMO WILL PROVE THAT & BE INDEPENDENTLY CERITIFIED! very soon...
So yeah Go TEAM NIOCORP....
All IMHO
Chico
Hey Norcal! Good points all around. I fully expect the team to complete th Demo & post results but the 2023 F.S. will take longer. THOSE ENTITIES under NDA's should all be watching & running their own numbers in conjunction with what Niocorp will post.
Norcal I will venture a guess & opinion.
Given most responses from Jim/Niocorp (Below ON RELEVANT QUESTIONS!) I have posted here & elsewhere. I believe several Federal Agencies are indeed in contention & Applications may very well have been filed. Yet Niocorp will not be able to comment until they can do so.

THANKS PC! "SOME US federal agencies have strict rules governing public disclosure of information of applications that are in process."
Appreciate you sharing this response PC! "SOME" federal agencies could mean "MORE THAN ONE! imho.... This ties in nicely with responses I have received (& shared/posted here) from Niocorp; & the fact they cannot answer some questions "UNITL THEY CAN".
MAY 17, 2023 ~NIOBIUM~ Successful Completion of Phase Two of Co-Development Agreement with Leading Niobium Producer CBMM!~
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/successful-completion-phase-two-co-070500368.html
VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / May 17, 2023 / (TSX:NANO)(OTC PINK:NNOMF)(Frankfurt:LBMB)
Nano One successfully completed phase two of co-development work with the world's leading supplier of Niobium products and technology, CBMM.
CBMM's Niobium validated in high-nickel (Ni>90%) NMC cathode made with Nano One's sulfate-free M2CAM® manufacturing technology.
Nano One's technology enables cost effective single nanocrystal coatings with CBMM's product to enhance cathode durability, meaning longer lasting batteries.
Creates business opportunities for both companies. CBMM sees potential for new market demand for their sustainable products.
Nano One® Materials Corp. ("Nano One" or the "Company") is a clean technology company with patented processes for the production of lithium-ion battery cathode materials that drive down cost, complexity, energy intensity and environmental footprint. The Company is pleased to announce the successful completion of phase two of its advanced lithium-ion battery cathode materials coating co-development project with CBMM, the world's leading supplier of Niobium products and technology.
Phase two successfully utilized CBMM's Niobium product to make single nanocrystal coated high-nickel (Ni>90%) NMC cathode active material. Enhanced durability was displayed using Nano One's proprietary One-Pot process and Metal to Cathode Active Material (M2CAM®) technology. The One-Pot process simplifies the manufacturing process by combining all feedstock materials, including coating agents, in one step up front to produce a precursor cathode active material ("PCAM") that is already lithiated, in comparison to a multi-step process deployed by most in the industry. In addition, Nano One's technology enables reduced kiln residence time in the thermal treatment step, making it more energy efficient when compared to the incumbent process and the M2CAM technology uses metal powders as the feedstock, instead of sulfates based battery metals; this removes a sodium-sulphate waste stream which is problematic. Collectively, Nano One's technology enables improved CAM performance, a lower environmental footprint while reducing capital and operating costs when compared to the incumbent process.
"During Phase One we successfully demonstrated the Niobium coating technology to NMC811," said Nano One CTO Dr. Stephen Campbell. "Phase two's focus was to demonstrate the coating technology at a higher nickel CAM which we have done successfully using our One-Pot process and M2CAM technology. As a result of our confidence in CBMM's product, we decided to implement this product into all of our nickel based CAM and have had great success. Achieving these milestones re-enforces the flexibility and strength of the One-Pot process as a platform technology and brings confidence in the raw materials supply chain to our cathode and automotive collaborators."
This success opens new doors of opportunity for the two companies to market and cross-collaborate with their existing customer bases to create market pull both for Nano One's patented technology and develop a new market for CBMM's sustainable, high quality product. This also brings a secure and resilient supply chain partner to our list of collaborators as an existing automotive supply chain participant as we pursue new opportunities fueled by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). This work validates strategic planning and business development efforts that will ultimately maximize opportunities for the company and provide shareholder value.
The next phase, phase three, will focus on scaling of the One-Pot and M2CAM technology using CBMM's product and it includes electrochemical evaluation in full pouch cells to demonstrate commercial viability.
CBMM's Head of Battery Program, Rogério Marques Ribas, said that "The results of both phase one and phase two are exciting for us as it shows that by combining our technologies we are able to address a larger market of next generation of lithium-ion battery materials and be more sustainable. We look forward to scaling our successes and bringing the products to market. We have well established customers currently active in the battery supply chain using our product for anode material applications, and envision new market opportunities in cathode active materials."

5/8/2023 ~American Lithium Receives First of 3 Drill Permits to Commence Additional Development and Discovery Drilling at and around Falchani Peru
https://americanlithiumcorp.com/american-lithium-receives-first-of-3-drill-permits-to-commence-additional-development-and-discovery-drilling-at-and-around-falchani-peru/
American Lithium Receives First of 3 Drill Permits to Commence Additional Development and Discovery Drilling at and around Falchani Peru Drilling to Start Immediately
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 8, 2023 – American Lithium Corp. (“American Lithium” or the
“Company”) (TSX-V:LI | Nasdaq:AMLI | Frankfurt:5LA1) is pleased to announce receipt of the first of three
permits from Peruvian authorities for drilling near Quelcaya, 5-6 kms west of the Company’s Falchani
deposit, and drilling will start immediately.
Simon Clarke, CEO of American Lithium states, “This is a very significant development for the Company
which validates recent supportive comments from the new government in Peru and enables us to target
the discovery of new lithium mineralization on some of the best previously identified targets on the
Macusani Plateau. With momentum building, the Company continues to advance its projects in Peru and
Nevada with PFS work being fast-tracked on both of our large-scale lithium projects.”
This is a major development for the Company as it represents the successful conclusion of the Company’s
permit application process to secure this drill permit which now enables the Company to drill test several
new, high priority lithium targets. It also provides validation of recent comments from the new
government in Peru that the mining sector is now working “as normal” again and supporting the
development of our lithium projects and the industrialization of lithium as a new mineral in Peru.
Given these recent developments, we also anticipate final permits being approved shortly for expansion
and infill drilling at both the Falchani lithium deposit and at the Macusani uranium project. The Company
has four diamond drills on site at Falchani where drilling related to the ongoing environmental impact
assessment (“EIA”)commenced in 2022 and is well advanced. The current intention is to complete drilling
at both Falchani and Quelcaya prior to commencing drilling at Macusani, likely following completion of
the intended spin out of this Project into its own listed vehicle, as previously announced.
Highlights:
• Quelcaya discovery and exploration permit received from MINEM; community access agreements and
other permits already in place; drilling to start immediately on priority targets;
• Final Falchani expansion and infill drill permit expected within the next few weeks;
• Up to 8,000 m of diamond drilling (40 drill holes) planned, including:
o Discovery / exploration diamond drilling at Quelcaya on 3 key target areas 5-6 km west of the
Falchani resource area; recent field work located outcrop grab samples1 of up to 3,272 ppm Li;
o Deposit extension drilling on the Falchani deposit, focused west of Tres Hermanas and to the
northwest of resource footprint on previously untested ground; and
o In-fill drilling within the Falchani resource area for resource reclassification and expansion of the
large, indicated and inferred mineral resource to measured and indicated.
• Pre-feasibility Study (“PFS”) work is well underway on Falchani with completion targeted for late 2023
/ early 2024, including an update to existing PEA by mid 2023 which will include:
o Cesium and potassium by-products which are not currently included; (THIS IS HUGE & WILL GARNER U.S. ATTENTION!!!!! DoD IMPLICATIONS HERE.....)
o Updated long term LCE pricing from original outdated $12,000/t to $20,000/t; and
o Updated mineral resource estimate from current drill program.
Notes
1 Grab samples are selective, and the selected nature of such sampling does not necessarily reflect
potential lithium contents expected from future drill testing, however, they do indicate the presence of
lithium mineralization and mineralizing systems in the surface rocks collected.
Market Awareness Program
The Company also announces that it has entered into an agreement (the “Agreement”) with New Era
Publishing Inc., of Vancouver, British Columbia, to provide marketing services including content creation
and distribution and market awareness and educational campaigns as featured on its channels including

US$250,000 to be paid to commence creative development and the balance of US$500,000 to be paid to
commence the outbound campaign.
New Era has advised that it does not have any equity interest in the securities of the Company, or any
right to acquire such an interest and is at arm’s length to the Company. New Era will provide the Company
with an opportunity to review all content describing the Company with an opportunity to review all
content describing the Company generated by New Era prior to its publication and New Era will not publish
or distribute any content without the prior approval of the Company.
The Company has elected not to proceed with the engagement of Promethean Marketing Inc. previously
announced in the news release issued by the Company on November 2, 2022.
Qualified Person
Mr. Ted O’Connor, P.Geo., a Director of American Lithium, and a Qualified Person as defined by National
Instrument 43-101 Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, has reviewed and approved the scientific
and technical information contained in this news release.
About American Lithium
