I think that would be in addition to dividends so i agree with cha..
Excellent post twentycent....
Has anyone spoken to any broker to find out thoughts toward the uplistings??..I am sure there are many possibilities..
Jersey. I agree..I think I am going to sit back and enjoy a diet Coca Cola this weekend..
I think it is starting to sink in to some how tight these shares are...Like Nell or Daisy said earlier(paraphrase) people have held these for a very long time when they didn't see any recovery, so they aren't going to let shares go on the cheap...There are quite a few "end gamers" here..
More importantly, I think the lack of shares goes way beyond the trading action witnessed in that the majority of the shares are locked up by institutions.. Loved that 10-11 dollar flash on the ask for a couple hours or so this am..Good luck fishing..I love this board, this team and am proud to be here myself..
The bleakest pictures have always been painted for the Lehmans, yet there is so much money and turning parts, one has to believe something will emerge here...This is, imo, a once in a lifetime opportunity to buy, hold and feel like a part of history about to wind up as a drastic turn of events, marking life changing events for some who said "I think the law will in the end do what is right".
Which were you bidding on? Definitely not much for sale..I have been tempted to try to sell a few higher and buy back a little lower but there isn't enough liquidity to do so...I think some are trying that though..
Come on take out those 11s!
I don't think we have seen bashing yet but give it a few days when people cannot buy in the .40s..It will come, imo..Ready?? .50 support soon...Mark this...
We are all older here....Silence is golden though and it is about to get quiet for a spell, imo...Seasoned vet is what you need to consider yourself, like myself...
Don't feel bad, as I hear many haven't been able to buy at the bid..You may be able to pick up some if you hit the ask or slightly lower..GL..
Nice..Cha Ching!
Like you, I agree that the employee pension being more in line with us is bullish...I don't mind riding the coattails of whoever to get a well deserved payout.
What are your thoughts about the European Lehman perhaps getting paid 100% to its unsecured creditors and now our cusips taking on a London Sedol for that exchange??http://dealbook.nytimes.com/2013/04/15/creditors-of-lehman-europe-could-be-completely-repaid/
Great article. I recall Gibbons making a comment around that time in an article that Lehman was making moves to pay back its secured and unsecured creditors..I will have to find that link, but all appears good.
hmmm.."A number of circumstances may trigger the issuance of a new SEDOL code, including a change of corporate headquarters to a different country or a corporate merger. Other events only require an issuance of a new code if a new ISIN is issued. These events include a company name change, takeovers and share reclassifications."
Could simply be the reclassification, then again corporate merger and takeover is mentioned...
Golden Cross on the weekly which is extremely bullish. Since I have already held so long the weekly charts are the ones to look at and not daily fluctuations.
Yet you are correct,it is tempting to pull away and not be tempted..
Yep...Selling near a dime then shorting at .30...Not much going for that dude, lol..Paul Simon wrote "50 ways to leave your Lover"..Maybe the flipside is "50 days and I need to cover."

The risk reward levels from here are so enticing..I think of Ford back at $1.00 and now at $15.00+/-.. Likewise Lehman is simply too big to go away.
Any green volume is good. The more the better. No dilution possible. Perhaps we see some short covering in the mix?? Bring on all the volume!!
Good plan...Bump up retirement and then use as an ATM machine for years to come...
Come on to dollarland..Agreed that something big is happening with the uplist..Now with the higher liquidity, the big boys have the opportunity to lock up more shares pulling us up the hill for the ride..
Looks like .50 should be bottom soon to get any technical-wise. Great to see the uplisting.
Nice. tia.eom
Thanks Jersey..Like you, I have been riding this mule toward something for a "good spell"....
I miss infidel...At least he made it fun...Come back infidel! Bash us some more please!!!
A bit older news but I believe..I am confident this will get paid...
I have been here from the beginning and only added..It is somewhat gut instinct but mostly following the law that has keeps me here. I am thinking about writing a book called "The End of the World as We Know it." It will not be a very good seller though so that holds me back...
The reason...If we are paid as I think we should be no one will care saying we are bragging, and if lawless entities steal what should go to these CTs, who cares??;; Another conspiracy down the tubes..
I am looking to ride the back of US Banc and other entities who have these CTs locked up...I will cling onto and ride these to the end..
Best post of the day LD..Agree!!
Easy to access the indiscretions of these brothers...I am not here to bash but point out at one time I pointed these things out and was ridiculed..
I am thinking about buying a small Island off the Florida keys..I think I will put a small bit of cash up front and use my Lehman CTs as collateral for the rest...
Zombie Island or Shutter Island will not be acceptable...
I will wait patiently..
Dry humor at best...I am seriously going to collect a boatload from Lehman eventually, imo..I will be in good company...
That is a very astute and plausible possibility...Think about it..Numerous claims being withdrawn are certainly because there has to be a penalty involved...
The claim has been filed and then passes to the court of appeals.. The filing claim has already been applied and no representative needs to stand for the appeal process...(Other than the trustee)..
Large claim holders are being contacted with some type of threat....Threat is a bit harsh perhaps, yet, some incentive at least..
Who does anything just because..Coincidentally all in the same month even more suspicious..
Outside the POR has to be the biggest conspiracy..
Still feeling great here..
Why withdraw this late in the game unless there is a better alternative? Maybe the removal is part of negotiations to expedite proceedings to see what is actually on the table?/?
At least Viva owns some shares and like others are playing to win..You own none and have nothing to gain by constantly bashing with outdated excerpts..
Well said and I agree 100% with you.. I have had some recent bids with selling below my bid. That tells me we are going to see wild unregulated price spikes and declines on little volume...One can lowball bid and catch some paint, but it seems .25 is the accumulation average range for now...Even there, the shares are fairly locked down...Afterall, these have been accumulated for years...
In the "endgame" the payout is all that matters and he/she who holds the most shares wins irregardless of whatever the price trades at til then...

i have sold with min. ask at 0.15$.I bought for months.
I will buy back all Cts that i have sold in this days, between 0.08/0.1$ IF they will go down in the next weeks.
Just my interpretation
I agree and that would be grand.
I have been reading quite a bit lately about dividends in BK..Seems I haven't been able to find a case where they weren't completely suspended during the proceedings. I feel fairly certain based on what I have seen we will not see anything til the end..The only thing IMO that would change is if this actually bypassed the BK from the beginning.
Hey..I am with ya..$5.00 is my low ball expectation. I could retire with that amount..Anything over will be gravy...
Lol....Oxymoron I guess..
