waaooh nelly...haven't heard that in years
there was a sports guy in LA back in the 70s that would say that
have a few beers and anyone can call a panic sale
well said....panic sale first 15 to 20 minutes of open then a bounce up
long term (next 3 days) hard to tell but many had a chance to sale today and
with 2 minutes to go today it took only a buy of 350,000 shares to take it from .245 to .268 and 10,000,000 shares were traded in the last 2 hours
timing is everything so you are correct
R/S today
$40,000,000 in finance (for a weed scam) that doesn't happen
$4 PPS
Numbers on 3/15
TRTC didn't set it up like this to sink the ship
Get your E tickets out cause the Ride is comming
and
Thank you for the post and no need to wait 4 years to do it again
not the ones i have had
sba is a liers loan 4.25 base + 4.5 juice
7.5% APR on 40 million - fantastic deal.
Better than a SBA loan
Text Book... the first 15 to 20 min for panic sale/dump and then up we go
15 min in to the day and less than 1 million volume
3.64 + .2427
62K traded = 930,000
great 1st post...so time to load up is that what you are saying
Desperation...Do you throw $40,000,000 at Desperation
does the $40,000,000 have a 1st and the other loans now have a 2nd...I don't think so
in the next 2 years they put out $40,000,000
and
then they get paid
don't kid yourself the $40,000,000 is not paid off in 2 years
TRTC gets the chance to default or even pay it off early
TRTC gets $40,000,000 to piss away and then they pay it off
do you risk $40,000,000 with someone that you think just a little that they could piss it away
no chance

he would have 7 shares @ $4.02 for $28.14
instead of 100 @ .268 or $26.80
He has made $1.34 over night for a 5% increase
purchased some on my last trip to Vegas....
good quality got it at NUWU
Didn't see it at any of the BLUM stores
did you get the shares all at once
I'm not seeing where the loan is due in 24 months or payments on the note starts now.
I'm reading it where they will receive the funds over the next 24 months and nothing about repayment was announced
Gotta believe the lender that is putting up $40,000,000 has done their DD and does expect to see a complete return on their investment
less than what Blum Oakland takes in daily revenue
that question is above my pay grade
Mags, BP or BM should know
I've been in stocks with a R/S before (I bailed) but never with a real company (I'll stay and play this hand out)
Friday close was .267 AMAZING .267 x 15 = $4.00 PPS
and it takes $4.00 to uplist
My Oh My...I think you need a $4 PPS to uplist.
A 1:15 R/S puts us very close to $4
With good news on 3/15 we could be over $4 on Friday or before
have times changed and TRTC is uplistable, mergeable and finceable
Do you know there will be B shares or are you guessing there will be B shares
This is/was the panic sale....up we go
R/S now results and forecast on Thur.
I would think we will have BIG News on 3/15 or they would not of done the R/S before the release of numbers
40 million people in CA
if: Dispensary: 316 licenses
Then: 126,582 per dispensary
1165 McDonalds and over 3000 Starbucks in CA
don't forget the tourist in CA, Blum is just 11 miles to Disneyland
and if you go to Blum and then Disneyland it really is the happiest place on earth
strong close...on lite volume...
.26 to .267 in last 30 minutes
someone posted every one is holding on to their shares
they are Correctamundo...
You are correct...When the Dept of Revenue (sales tax collector) stops by to audit your business
they check you monthly bank statement and match you deposits to what you are paying sales tax on...
Thank you for the tongue-in-cheek response.
still looking and did not see or here what DP has said or has not said:
has TRTC announced the intended use for the 2 buildings that were purchased in Santa Anna?
The first building seems to have a large well built out executive office area, wondering if they are moving The World HeadQuarters of TRTC
Anyone, has TRTC announced the intended use for the 2 buildings that were purchased in Santa Anna
is there a confirmed date for 4th Q results
2 things to look for to move PPS
When numbers come out and forecast... if forecast is break even or a profit then lookout
the second thing that will move the pps is when Canada goes National. The awareness of legal MJ will have an an effect with the US population and will trickle to our politicians (the US will talk about MJ more and its legalization)
I have been told if you go to John Wayne Airport you will see the Merger People
In all Chain Retail Locations (McDonald's, Subway ect) a P&L is produced monthly for each location.
In many operations a P&L is generated every week (Monday) to keep each location on budget. Then the company puts together their company wide P&L and can track each Line Item weekly and monthly.
Line items as Cost of Good, Labor, Supplies, R&M, Ect.
Managing each line item is what a successful company does.
In companies like TRTC that have more than one division we should be able to see a P&L for each business group but not for each location, even though it would be nice to see.
Try not to flatter yourself you are not my type
I could never go for the arrogant, full of themself type
the only time I have replied to one of your posts is after one of your self fulfilling posts
I can only remember a few of your posts but the one about how you carry a stack of 100's to give out to the homeless was great
Followed by the one where you said you sold 1,000,000 TRTC shares and going to drop another 1,000,000 shares the next day
Now we have a new one you must be like Bruce Willis did you just see Death Wish
I believe you are referring to this complete post
we all read it the way we see it
everyone sees it from their own individual respective
words like OTC Pro's, you people and advocates have always seemed plural to me
so you know my first buy was in June of 2017 and have always been long
What an interesting day, events, and series of commentary.
We have seen those who by any standards literally devote a large portion of their life to posting biased, inaccurate, or incomplete information but in virtually the same breath claim to "have moved on".
I find it fascinating the absolute certainty expressed regarding any number of specific operations and events, but a clear display simultaneously of no understanding of the industry and matters commented upon.
We see constant speculation of possible future events....
In the end, we see, as is the norm, absolutely no acknowledgement the adorable little extremely overvalued company herb company is preparing to enter the 2 largest recreational cannabis markets in the next 30 days, California of course 11 days from now, and New Jersey inauguration of the most pro cannabis Governor to date in 27 days, which will carry a cumulative cultivation footprint under control of 700,000 sq. ft., which would place it as one of the largest cultivation footprints on the planet.
Some fun trivia for the BK advocates:
I have a set of docs on my desk right now from a group who states 200,000 sq. ft. of cultivation will yield $1.2 Billion annually. (They're incorrect, and over reaching, but an interesting thing to note for those who may not understand industry production and capabilities.)
I think the "OTC pro's" should stick to that. The real business world doesn't seem to be a good fit for them. Stick to your screens and leave the actual work and building ops to the professionals.
See, you have to understand something.......those of us who actually do this?.....We don't like you. We don't like the people who pace back and forth and can't wait out a single crop cycle (100 days). We don't like people who invest knowing the entire picture and then complain, moan and whine every moment of every day, while we devote enormous amounts of time and effort to accomplish something beyond your feeble little mind and world's....and if you don't like it, cash out and take your crying elsewhere, and we can easily get someone else to take your place.
You see, for those of us who actually conceive, design, build and execute these, we know we're doing you a favor by letting you in. Not the other way around.
Your a dime a dozen. We're not.
we all read it the way we see it

not sure I understand your post
was it motive or a position
may be an agenda or was it for us to here about your success
I could easily go on........(easily)....but why bother....
I need to clean up the puppy pee on the floor
1st quarter and first year expense is usually high compared to the following years...costs of running a store in the 2nd year is always less...
doesn't matter what you are selling or what franchise you have, costs go down because you have a year of ops experience under your belt and not all of the start up cost
or turn over and training of employees,
you have also made your contact for the services that you use.
ask any subway or mcdonalds owner....
oh by the way in the MJ industry sales have always increased in all of the following years
I agree... need the farm revenue
I'm glad you feel we will make money...
Your $100 per 5 minutes would be $5,256,000 per year per store.
I think we have that kind of Sales now!
wow PPS up 68% 7.5 months after Nevada went recreational use live
NV went Rec on July 1 2017 that would be 7.5 months ago
In June of 2017 PPS was at .16
please post true facts
Please check you math and then the assets that have been acquired
So in 14 months they prob made---> conservatively anywhere from $175,000,000 to $250,000,000 depending on the pps at the time. they sold off 1 billion shares really fast, and 500 million share in 14 months
In 2017 the pps lived in the teens for the most of the year. You have your conservatively number at more than 2 times of the amount. For $250,000,000 the average PPS would need to be at .50
slow march up... MMs got no shares and are fighting not to get left behind
MMs working to keep pps at this level
200k bid at .2799 and MMs asking for shares
