jrdig7, .20's a gift, below .15 is a steal!
What a place to launch from! That 3-5 dollar range might end up being conservative. News hits & trading pennies is over!

May is National Arthritis Month, see Direct Laboratory Services for more info: http://www.directlabs.com/index.php
I hope June isn't National Colonoscopy month!!
1.5 for 1 forward? eom
Wow!! Just the beginning my friends....what if RXPC just did a baby forward split? Not too heavy, but one just to get noticed. What's the smallest forward split that could be done?
Thanks G! Wow!! That's a nice share retirement.eom
Peter, thank you for the great communication.eom
Market has a big fetish with anything Petroleum based ~ Oil/Gas/Natural Gas/Bio-Diesel/Ethanol/Alternative energy/etc.
PGPM for example today.
We probably should enjoy the board now. I have a feeling that when the PPS starts a rollin' the bashers will be a comin'.
thanks stock, i missed that one.eom
The Republican Party will be irrelevant come November! Democrats will be back in power "Full-Steam". Even the full-blown Republicans i know are sick to death of their party!
Michigan to join I-Save Rx plan..

Nothing wrong
...with being listed on the OTCBB (Nasdaq Bulletin Board) A leap to thy AMEX or Nasdaq(sc) might be unwarranted given the current situation. Of course that's minus any buyout/merger we are unaware of at present that may involve another publicly traded company already listed on a higher exchange. An OTCBB listing would still require the company to be Sarbanes-Oxley compliant (no easy task).
One thing is certain, it's the stock market! Anything goes! Surprises around every corner.

Thanks ghcnj for all the info lately, very positive developments. Been out-of-town. Special thanks to Peter Fiorillo and crew for all their achievements since 2004. Also, thank you very much for keeping us shareholders informed as to the progress of Rx Processing Corp.
Tic-toc Tic-toc Tic-toc eom
...and that is after a couple of name changes and 2 R/S !!
Crazy !!!
Received a spam email on a stock pick~ (SMMW)
email states stock is on the ground floor and could run to 20 cents by summer. Just for fun i check the stock via pinksheets........my God! I almost craped my pants!! Are they serious...

Something is brewing in RXPC land
The statement that hinted on the O/S being LOWER that previously thought, has already been removed from the website. Interesting....only posted for 2 days?
A friend of mine was suppose to purchase stock last week but decided against it. He only did a minimum amount of DD. When I asked him "Why, what discouraged you from investing?". His answer,"If it weren't for that new 52/wk low of .0001, I would have definitely invested." Like I said, he only did a minimum amount of DD! I had to personally explain what actually happened and even pointed him to the recent PR which clarifies this issue.
If I were the CEO, I would be fumed!! Here's an investor with lot's of cash looking for a long-term play in a strong company like RXPC. It makes one wonder, how many investors looked briefly into the stock, seen the low, & looked no further! I bet quite a few investors were lost because the MM's pulled a fast one. Be nice to reverse that low(if possible).
A+++++ for Stock Addict and thedragonfly06 for the MM/level 2 info! Probably should keep a hard copy just for tracking/proof record's so if they decided to pull a fast one again, we as investor's can back the CEO. Sorry so long, baby sitting my sister's dog this weekend. Take care all!
Estimated Market Cap: 10.724M as of 2006-04-06 (based on Outstanding Shares as of 2006-04-04)
Pinksheets has indeed updated.......excellent!

March 21st NOBO and OBO list is out. Investors who are unloading 5k 10k are funny! Even 5k shares could be worth thousands soon.
Poor MM's!! That'll teach'em!
One major buyer steps in here & then BAM. Great place to launch from.
Below 50mill., wouldn't really need any additional retiring at that point! Hmmm....we just may have a nice EPS soon.
ghcnj, posted on rx processing's website under shareholders info.
RXPC NEWS!!
Shareholder Information
After Retirement of Shares, The Total Number of Shares Issued and Outstanding is anticipated and will be LOWER than announced at 47,818,630 "Currently RX Processing Corp has 119,818,630 Outstanding."
We are fighting back to protect our shareholders value by opening up sensitive corporate information, the NOBO and OBO list.
The NOBO and OBO lists are used by public companies to deliver shareholder communications and track new and existing shareholders stock positions. We are releasing information bi-weekly starting January 3rd 2006. New and existing shareholders, now have the ability to view what positions are being bought and sold and the amount of free trading stock on the open market at any current time. This list will not contain shareholder names or addresses for their protection.
Peter Fiorillo commented, "The releasing of the NOBO and OBO list will allow all shareholders to track sales on the open market, with the movement of other shareholders positions to a degree of accuracy. While this step is in the right direction to protect shareholder value, we are actively working to preserve that value by staying focused on the fundamentals of our business, delivery of prescription drugs and lab tests results."
Your companies transfer agent Computershare Trust Company holds the list of restricted stock positions. The ADP Investor services maintains the NOBO and OBO lists
Could just vision the PPS when big news hits the wires and volume starts trading in the millions per day. RXPC is starting to hit investors radar screens. This could very well be trading in the dollar range soon. GLTYA(not that we need luck with rxpc)
Don't forget the West coast lag time....still early out there. Could you imagine some kind of news/deal with Riteaid,CVS,Walgreens, etc., WoW!
That PR today is huge news!! I don't think investors realize how significant this news is or just aren't paying attention. Well, they will be paying attention "WHEN" the PPS is over $1.00
Amazes me on some of these pinks/otcbb companies that generate next to nothing in revenue, but run from cents to dollars in a matter of weeks......
The Company generated $8,000 in revenues in the period ended December 31, 2005 per their last 10k. (XSNX)
Suggestion to all RXPC shareholders and potential future shareholders. Read/Bookmark this site! The information here on drug-reimportation is overwhelming and is a vital DD source.
http://www.americaputmeoutofbusiness.com/online_pharmacy_facts.php
For the most part, although the FDA and the big drug companies talk about safety issues and the legality of cross-border drug transactions, it really all comes down to money. ~ We just recently discussed this very issue.
Sales of Canadian drugs to U.S. citizens alone have skyrocketed over the billion dollar mark in the past few years and all signs point to this trend enduring.
It is clear that online pharmacies, both foreign and those based in the U.S., are in a position to benefit from an ever-increasing amount of business.
RXPC looks to be in the right place at the right time with all the right tools!
http://www.americaputmeoutofbusiness.com/news-mar-03-06-002.php
When the Major Pr's hit, sideline investors will definitely be chasing it!
General Accounting Office found Canadian-filled drugs to be as safe as those obtained in the United States-

May have found our Investor Relation guy, but by the looks of him, it appears that he maybe taking some prescription medication himself.

My thoughts exactly as I'm an investor & not a daytrader or swingtrader. Good companies investor's cost average up over time. Will continue to buy over time regardless of the PPS, as i do believe the question is when it takes off & not if anymore. GLTA.
A special thanks is in order for Peter Fiorillo/John Bell & company for an outstanding job in communicating the progress of Rx Processing Corp. to it's shareholders. Very, very few pinksheet companies ever disclose thy actual share structure for all to see. Mostly companies try to hide, cover up,mislead,& even lie about the current share structure as they dilute the shares into the billions.
Special note of concern, RXPC is beginning to grab investors attention as of late. With the float so tight & all of these penny stock pickers/group picks, etc. out there, it's a distinct possibility that RXPC will become a pick in the next week to 60 days. Since I'm not glued to the computer screen during the day, I most likely won't be able to take advantage of the run.
Some states now have joined together on the reimportation issue.
http://www.isaverx.net/
Read~ Governor Blagojevich's Letter, very interesting. The Republican Party are the one's crying to the FDA about "safety". It really has nothing to do with safety of the imports...all about $$$$ for the big pharmaceutical companies. Just like the abortion issue......how long has this issue been ongoing? Each state goes their separate ways while the issue is 'grid-locked' in Congress, sometimes indefinitely. Drug reimportation will be such an issue as it is evaluated on a state by state basis.
DD, try this one. Same article-

Found on another board for RXPC/DLS ....

I do not understand either
It may have something to do with being publicly traded. The companies can be held accountable for misleading emails. It provides documentation, if a company ends up in a court battle. Some companies hire IR firms & they too are only responding briefly through emails. They(IR firms) want you to call them directly now. Clever....leaves no visible paper trail. So, I no longer base an investment decision on a companies lack of response.
When I dumped NTRI early in 2005, it kills me to see what the stock has done since. After 20+ emails, no returned calls, etc., I became very suspicious of the company. Wouldn't you at that point? If a company/corporation is being so secretive about their business practices, it could also indicate something very good is in the pipe line. Take a look at PTSC. The new O/S is over 300 million with a market cap of over 450 million now...crazy! Just a few weeks ago, it wasn't much higher than RXPC is right now. Need a cystal ball!!
Prescription drugs intercepted at the border...
Figures!
