Rather be along for the pump than the dump.
This showed up in the stockwolf alerts so I decided to take a look. Seems like it could be on another leg soon. Plan on hopping in big during some dips.
You know, I didn't even think about that. I bet you are right. They don't have the revenue, and none of them have been selling shares. Has to be part-time and probably causing some slowing. Hopefully something changes that soon.
I bet they are rebuilding parts to accommodate the new ad tech. I'm sure even the ad tech part was part of a deal where they needed a revenue plan in place. Seems like something happened and they shifted for it. But that's just the business analyst side of me.
I feel like the talk about acquisitions and the sudden rush to uplist are correlated.
Yeah, I think they screwed the pooch with that title. It should have said they are in the process. I'm sure the process is long, probably need old financials from GMUI and the old company they were before. Hopefully the uplist will get rid of the manipulators since it will be more regulated and reporting.
This part caught my eye at the end of the PR though:
"Our focus also includes establishing the foundation for VMSI as a data company through exploring acquisitions, partnerships and licensing opportunities. We are also currently executing contracts to expand our Advisory Team with consultants who are leaders in their respective technology and marketing fields.”
It sounds like they have something in place but are doing the audit and uplist to make it happen.
Looks like it. Weird that there are two VMSI Inc's. Or I guess this is Vita Mobile Systems Inc.
This, and it doesn't help to bring in new buyers. Complaining about not enough buyers, then bashing it so no one wants to buy. I just don't get it. There's lots of things I want to vent about but, it would harm my cause more than it will help.
And also comparing to other forms, It doesn't look like management is selling their own shares and that's a really good sign to me.
Hopefully their new Ad Tech direction will give some revenue projections. Specially since before that there was no real concrete ways for them to make revenue.
Yup, that's what I keep reminding myself. Sometimes people make this out like they are Google with 100's on staff and endless money.
Didn't have a chance to check things out all day, busy busy. I think I'm going to have a drink now lol
Yeah I kind of tuned out when the hype happened. I know what type of investor that brings and what it meant for the stock and this board. Like that Hippo guy and some others.
Has anyone got a reply back and posted it before? I'd like to see that.
I think this is the most active board I follow. lol. Makes it tough to stay away.
Sorry not grey listed I think it's caveat emptor status? Where it's still traded but basically wild west and most traders don't know that they are if they own shares, then the companies fixes their shady practices.
But yeah, tweets aren't accepted as public information as much as real PR through outlets. Or that's how it was maybe 4 years ago, don't know if it has changed. That's why I don't pay too much attention for FinTwit since it's mostly for rumors or news updates. But when I did follow it I saw a lot of companies get caveat emptor status when posting info via twitter. Specially during the Cannabis boom a year or so ago. They were just saying ANYTHING to get things moving. Was crazy!
I worked at a public company on Nasdaq before. They always said don't tweet like it's PR or FINRA will open an investigation. As I know many companies work like this, usually when I see an OTC tweet info they usually end up grey listed for some time later down the road. I've seen it at least 10 times.
Oh it was a letter! Sorry thought it was a tweet you were mentioning. lol got mixed up.
Looks like something that would be reported to FINRA.
Yup! my thoughts too. That's why I'm just going to try and put my attention to another position then come back when it gets popping with news.
I'm hopping on this thing in the A.M. Looks like there will be some movement soon.
Read this board and some replies to their tweets and it's easy to see why. Some people aren't getting the message and are pretty hostile. I'm sure threats weigh on whomever handles their social media and communications. Like I said, I even blocked some people here because they became truly unhinged. But I do agree things seem a little different. I plan on getting a few more shares here while it's low then going to put my attention on another play until something happens here. Good luck guys!
That's what I was thinking when Porter mentioned 15mil more shares were allocated.
Works for me, let's me go to over a million shares on the cheap.
Crap I didn't see it. I have some people here blocked since they got too toxic and unhinged.
See I agree with this and think of it like that. Not something where I feel like the company owes me personalized info because I demand it. Seems like addressing misinformation.
What was the comment? Where is it?
Maybe with how negative people have gotten here and claiming fraud and reporting them, that they want to call out fake information? Fake info can cause them a lot of problems I would assume. I don't know though, seems out of nowhere. They must of thought it was important. Hopefully it brings in more communication from them.
Seems important if someone was putting out false information. I was hoping for some PR today though.
This one. TD and you get free Level 2 trading which comes in handy.
VMSI just told Facebook to "Hold my beer" after watching them drop.
But really, do you think those people that invested in this as a potential FB are flipping from the recent FB news?
It did seem more defensive than usual. But they have put out some fluffy PR before where it seemed like they were just throwing things out there just to have news out. I feel like if that's what was going on, they would have put out some fluff PR now. Which this all makes me think something is happening that they are working up to. Crossing my fingers.
This is what I'm thinking. I've been holding out hope for awhile and hope this is something major they are working on.
Glad to finally have a date for beta instead of guessing or waiting. And NDA isn't the best way to announce it but I'm glad they did.
But it is funny that people are impatient that VMSI isn't going at the speed of Google with probably a very small staff and equally impressive AI and AR tech. Pretty funny. But still excited about the announcement and won't let impatient naysayers that don't understand tech stop me.
I'm sure they can't even say a launch date but given the beta testing I kind of think we could see the app in the summer. When I was speculating more towards winter. So that is always awesome.
Tried to chip away at the ask with that 20k but CDEL is packing at 0.006. Oh well.
Wow yeah someone is really messing up with those prices, it wasn't even trending down to that. Reminds me of around a month ago when it was at .04 and someone sold a chunk at 0.01, on the uptrend. Some really slow people are trading this sometimes it seems.
I emailed them that they need to be a little more vocal and it doesn't have to give out info, just to let us know they are alive. And gave them some easy examples to follow from other companies. They are new, we can ask and tell them what we want but, I figured they needed some examples. Hopefully it sticks.
INND popping up on the wolf's list this morning. Every time I follow their info the stock always jumps. I am now watching INND. Let's see what you can do!
I first bought in at around .03 so I'm still plus, and love the dip since I'm buying more now specially with bigger chunks that were being sold. Stilling riding it to around 0.90 in my book. These prices won't last long.
