Still closing deals? He's already claiming to have big deals and we've seen a 50% decline in PPS since, the exact reason because it's being admitted it can't be audited. BMW, Uber, QVC, Walmart, etc etc etc and we see massive declines. ONCI has already claimed to have made deals with the biggest entities of the world.. nothing but an audit will allow this to rise again. He can scream BMW all day, and he has been, we see where that's gotten us. What's left? Chevy? Right because the Ford PR was a hit? I want you to be right because I own this stock but I'm done pretending as if it's going somewhere but backwards. I've been here a long time. If Steve can't go back into time and undo all of this it's over. We know how successful time travel is.
As a disappointed shareholder now questioning his business decisions I don't see this stock going anywhere for the next few years. ONCI lost all momentum and will likely continue downward from here on out. All the PRs in the world won't save this as they can never be audited. For example, ONCI FINS we're not bad and those FINS and the great PRs released over the last year has sent the PPS down 50%. The PRs don't matter, clearly. Looking at the atmosphere surrounding this stock paints a doom and gloom picture. This can't be audited? Wtf? Sell sell sell.
The PPS hasn't been this low in almost a year. What a setback. We're looking at another year before a steady hold at .0075. And now maybe a few years with there being no way no audit this. Steve permanently messed up, accident or not, and it screwed everyone. Many of us wanted all year for this not only for 0 gains but a 50% loss in all of our money. I were so into this stock since the summer and the share price was better then x{
I'm a business man and frequently observe "moves" within the industry can take days, weeks, months, and sometimes years. It's normal and practical. I am also honest but I end up in similar situations. You can't call them all. I just don't believe your argument is valid. You could be right, and just as wrong. You message causes no sway.
I've been quite critical of Steve but I'm willing to bet he's quite an honest individual. I'm holding. I've always stated that I'll ride this to 0 or to the moon. That hasn't changed because I still believe I'll be taking that trip to the moon. Just might take a little longer.
Until an audit. All good news won't matter anymore. There doesn't appear to be any plans for an audit either.
The Audit would have brought in the big boys. It's the second audit Steve promoted and failed to produce in 2 years. With the possibility that an audit may not be able to be produced, and within the next few years...this will remain sub penny for a long, long time. Shorts are moving in.
It's going to be at least another year before we see 0.0078 again.
This is bad. Just kept throwing money at it like a dumbass.
The share price doesn't.
40% tank. What a shame. I'm willing to go to 0. I'm alright with that. But, damn man!
Nobody expected an audit in September and one wasn't mentioned. Everyone expect audited FINS last night according to SB they were going to be released and now he's not even sure it's possible without the prior CEO. I guess nobody remembers SB promising audited financial from the end of 2016? Same story, same dance. The exact same.
I'm not sure the first audit was ever started, ONCI just hoped everyone forgot. It's been 2 years since SB said Audited FINS were coming.
While that would be easy to discredit he also posted pictures of the Mazars letter. He used the term audit and so did they and its touted release date was today. Whether truthful or not he just ruined a lot of longs and the PPS is going to suffer. What an ass.
Yes they were "annual audit will be released when it is due 1/31/18." Steve B December 20th 2017 just after 8am.
"annual audit will be released when it is due 1/31/18." -Steve on December 20th, 2017 8:14AM. This isn't a mistake. He lied.
Audits are a few years long. This is trouble for the share holders.
It was quoted that the financials will be out in 4 to 6 weeks, audited financials. These financials are whatever Steve wrote on them and not audited whatsoever
Like.... What ever happened to the auditor?
I have held this stock for a year. I don't think I have ever held a stock for a month. My stop losses are now set for the first time. I'm expecting a decline and feel disappointed myself. Mazars was not even mentioned.
Not according the the Mazars audit.
I'd put out a nicely done annual if I were collecting a tens of thousands of dollars as well, but I am just not a liar. I'm feeling like you are.
If there is no audit then you don't suggest there is going to be one. Whether Steve is honest or not, these inaccuracies will not be tolerated by the stock holders. I now anticipate a huge decline in my profits tomorrow. I accepted the risk.
I didn't see Mazars mentioned. What happened to the Audit?
I'm quite worried because he's already reached out to the stockholders today and mentioned the financials none.
He did mention that updates were to come later on this week not anything about financials being released today
Long here, looks like no financials today. Bummer!
You're the only one with that opinion. It's today.
Uh, yes it did. Maybe your broker hasn't included that 850,000 share sell just after 4.
It's been 1-31-18 for months. I don't know what language you're reading in.
1-31-18. That's been the date for months, I don't know where you ended up.
It closed where it opened...
No, no it doesn't.
I can't believe more longs aren't buying. Been holding since August and until August '19. Don't like the OS at 3.5B. Don't want a RS.
On4 in HEXA.
Exactly, bsafemobile centralizes the product/idea. I wouldn't doubt that pretty soon mobile phone manufacturers will be writing up contracts with HEXA.
I can't imagine there would be any liability for the company because a customer misuses its product. If that were the case I could stab somebody and sue the knife manufacturer. That's dangerous and a threat to our liberty. It's also a quick way to tell the population that there's no personal responsibility for their actions. Go HEXA.
That's if you pay the required monthly premium to become an AT&T customer. As a Verizon Customer, bsafemobile would be the way to go for me.
I'm waiting for my limo out front. I've been screaming to my friends "buy onci". Go HEXA!
