Third
They are not here for the IP.
Their focus is on CDMO.
The prior crew could not monetize it and they will spend no more money trying to, which IMO is a good path.
I would love to see money from IP but do not expect it.
CDMO is a manufacturing company with no interest in R&D and a worthless zip portfolio no one is interested in.
Any speculation otherwise, IMO, is pure folly.
So what does all of that do for us so we can become profitable?
I fail to see the relevance.
I doubt nothing that you say but my understanding is that we are a CDMO who’s ticker symbol is CDMO and we are putting all of our resources into shedding any R&D and moving forward as a manufacturer.
I don’t think that they will pursue or spend any more money on Bavi, exomes kits or trying to sell them, which IMO is a positive step.
We are almost out of money (again) and a run at a profitable CDMO is a last gasp (IMO) for the current BOD’s to resurrect this company.
I trust them more than the old gang and don’t think posts, puzzle pieces or certified letters will change that one blade of grass.
That’s not a slide, that is a CJG post.
You are incorrect and he is not.
I think the Russians are behind the effort to sabotage and steal our Pearl!
Funny that Bleeker is a derogation of an ancient Russian surname!
Another puzzle piece.
Bavi failed and all the words and puzzle pieces in the world will not change that.
We are a CDMO trying to sell an IP worth next to nothing to people who have no interest in buying it.
Extremely clear.
Bavi failed, that’s what happened.
Very clear and easy to understand.
We are a CDMO with a shelf of failed products.
All the puzzle pieces in the world will not change that.
I guess we will find out if it ever sells, OBVIOUSLY.
I am not certain of anything with this stock. I would need $15 to get back to even and would pay for a new still for Tek and dance a jig if it happened.
So again, I ask, how much money do you spend trying to sell an asset that no one seems to want to buy?
We have no IP. We are a CDMO.
I get it, but I think the current management has written it off and it is hard for me to disagree with them.
We have no money and failed results for an IP no one seems interested in buying.
CDMO, IMO, is our only hope to regain losses.
Pursuit of the IP, IMO, is not only dead but it is foolish as well.
I agree Wook but Bavi seemed to be our best bet and fizzled out. I place no faith or belief in exome test kits just because the words gushed out of Steve Kings mouth.
I was hoping that might hold a grain of truth but I have abandoned that fantasy.
Bavi is DOA.
We are a CDMO.
I agree we have a good start. PPS growth will occur with successful orders and declining losses, IMO.
Then buy it from us. The Bio world seems to have no interest in it. I would LOVE to see it sold but much do you spend trying to sell something with no commercial value?
It failed, pure and simple. They acknowledge that and see value in manufacturing.
That is clear.
We are a CDMO now.
The BOD's have made that clear and it has also been pretty clear that there is no market for Bavi, nor will they spend money on trying to peddle it or any other R&D.
Nothing here but a fledgling Manufacturing company with potential, IMO.
It appears that they are being fairly aggressive about getting the Company out in the public eye as a reputable CDMO.
I see that as a positive sign.
Bavi is gone Bio.
Exactly Ku, we are a CDMO with no interest in R&D with a couple of failed attempts at drug development sitting worthless on a shelf.
I am hoping that behind the scenes CDMO is working hard to build relationships to further Customer Orders and build trust in our Company. IMO they have damage control to do due to the previous inept BOD’s selfish robbing of the coffers.
Baby steps to repair and rebuild.
It will not happen quickly but a wise business plan backed with strong staff and successful orders should get us back on track.
All the puzzle pieces are clutter and distraction IMO and will do nothing to alter our course. Any speculation based on the words of SK, IMO, is wasted energy.
I still hold hope for a turn-around and a rise in SP.
We need orders for our existing equipment before we worry about building out for future expansion.
It is quite simple to understand.
The IP is not worth the cost of trying to sell it.
We are a CDMO.
Accept that or move on.
IP is dead. We are a CDMO.
So Bavi is available for sale on the web but BP’s are fighting behind the scenes to collect puzzle pieces to get the Golden Ticket?
Makes perfect Norwegian Landscaping sense to me.
I am, that is why I believe the Market evaluation of this Company!
They know the worth of a Public company much better than a bunch of armchair quarterbacks.
Hey Launch, did our barge land yet?
I try to keep an open mind but there are some who refuse to even consider the possibility that Bavi is a failed drug and all the talk of test kits and patents was just that, talk.
How much do you spend on a competitive process to sell an IP that has failed to prove itself and that you have already spent hundreds of millions on?
The market disregards it.
How much do you think is a fair value to spend now to try to recoup losses?
Thank you CJG for your ongoing efforts to produce a non-biased collection of data pertaining to CDMO.
What does that have to do with CDMO, a manufacturing business?
Which puzzle pieces did they miss?
I think Roche is up to 21B on their bid Bio
CDMOP traded above $25. I don’t remember seeing that happen with PPHMP.
The symbol is already changed here, no new board.
Absolutely the opposite, I expect nothing for the IP and would be tickled pink if I am wrong but I have been on this ride before.
I would be amazed and thankful if a zillion letters and unsealing of records would move us up 30 cents.
You are ASSUMING that they will be able to sell the IP for anything substantial.
As much as I would love for that to happen the 11th hour was months ago (a year?).
Let’s get the money first and then worry about who gets what.
