So when exit liquidity? You all do know how this works… right.
The chart does factor in the reverse split. It just uses the current share count and gives what the price would have been at the new share count.
Reality, SING sold off 99% from December 17- Nov 2020. We just sold off the same amount from Feb 21-December 21. Idk… seems like a possible correlation % wise in 1/3 the time. Maybe we hang down here for a bit, maybe we don’t but R/R seems very high for a turn around in early 2022.
Q1 should be interesting IMO. They have to be getting close to a Boston Solar announcement. Seems like that should officially close in early 2022. If our government can add a little positive news and work together, we could have a nice start. Either way, these prices are an easy decision to make. RR is greater here than at .50 or $1. I just don’t quite understand who’s selling down here. Free shares possibly? Cleaning up the PnL for a fresh 2022? Maybe non of those people things. Still is mind boggling.
Can’t help to buy more and add here. So stupid lol
I’ve done all the buying I’m going to do here. Have $ in other plays, that at the very least, make announcements on regular basis. I’d imagine something has to happen here eventually. It’s either boom or bust.
Buying EOD. Must be getting ready for this major announcement.
The best news.
Knock knock. Hello?
Happy Holidays everyone! It’s been a great year and I wish all of you the best in 2022.
I guess when you own way more shares then the average 10d it means nothing lol.
Zero volume, means very little.
Ask and you shall receive! Not really news but something

So… my guess… no news ever again.
Curious as to what their margin is on these units? What makes sense to me (for revenue generating purposes) is to lower their margin and sell as many units as possible. This would accomplish cash flow in the short term and show revenues. Not sure what the numbers are but seems reasonable to achieve revenue goals (short term).
Do the reports not open? For some reason I can't click on the financials toward the bottom? Were you able to scan through them? Summary of Boston Solar fins?
Thanks for the fills.
On a positive note… after this recent sell off, RSI (12/7) hit a low that hasn’t been seen since July of 2018. I’m sure Brad is on the phone right now wanting to speak with the manager.
Well that’s only 2 weeks away!!
Hey Will. Wouldn’t it be beneficial to show numbers for Boston Solar? Sharing is caring.
They just bought 80% of a company that produced approx $10m in 2020. See my post below. They have KW installed on their website. Revenues are here.
Omicron will be a non-story in 6 weeks.
.50 would be stellar!
Thanks for the extremely broad/vague post, lol. BTC getting hammered, DIGAF up when the entire market is down. Maybe a bottom, maybe not. Yes, I’m vague also.
I never trust any price movement here.
Securter supposedly getting listed on the Canadian SE this month. Will they deliver?
People taking a loss with low volume can absolutely crush the price. No demand for the stock is an issue at this point but a lot of people are currently risk off, especially otc. This will eventually change. It always does. Opportunities present themselves at the strangest of time.
Tweezer bottom with a green reversal. Probably nothing.
So today. There was a 140k share block on the ask at .135. I placed a limit order for 70k or so shares. This was in the order book. I placed the order, only half filled. The 140k shares instantly moved up to .145 or .149 (somewhere in that range). I eventually filled the rest but this is showing you how manipulative these mm’s are being. I saw on another board that they are going to gather signatures and submit to the SEC for review. I can get screen shots of this and my exchange has the info on file. Idk about you guys but whatever is happening is 100% corrupt. I have a significant holding here and am all for filing a complaint.
Thanks!
Added more today. That’s it, that’s my post.
Dumping shares down here? Seems smart
Based on averages and known Kw installed in 2020, this is what I was able to extrapolate. Not sure if this is low or high, seems low based on other info I found…
Previous post_________________
Well. It looks like they installed approx 4,500 Kw in 2020

In the NE the system average is a 6 Kw system $11,503 after a 26% federal discount so $14,400 total.
4500kw/6kw = 750 systems in 2020 or $10,800,000 as an estimate (based on the numbers from their website and the averages below).

If I did my math right and all of these numbers are correct…. Well…. $$
I think revenue from Boston Solar is $10m+ a year based on my posts below. The fact that it didn’t move the stock price leaves me to believe that the larger folks holding shares don’t want this to move yet. There aren’t enough retail investors interested here so until we get the MM’s shares filled or we see a group attack this stock on the buy side we get nothing. Market is acting stupid so risk taking is certainly not back yet. Definitely positive news on the BS stake and the rebranding. Now we need to see revs
*supposed to
Based on past performance I’m not very optimistic but maybe they pull off a Christmas miracle for us long timers
Come on… you’ve been here before… lol
Imagine… it’s the year 3021 and DIGAF is still trading at .004. Tick tick tick
Curious why they haven’t PR’d the Boston Solar news yet.

Lots of conflicting info on cost/kw. My system is 3.6kw and cost 12k (2016 number) so it makes sense that a 6kw costs $24-30k. Either way, significant dollars and it’ll only continue to grow with solar gaining momentum.
It actually looks like the numbers are higher. Most 5kw system are in the $25-30k range so basically double my $11,000,000 number. $20m+ in revenue in 2020? The reviews give size of system and cost.
