What game is this? I know this is a may post but just wanted to confirm. Also looking at the July update it seems their strategy changed some
Hope so!!
Just got in this today. From a 2011 article from tech crunch about one of our independent advisors brought on a few years ago:
Streaming music service Spotify is amping up its hiring efforts in the US, wanting to hire another 100 employees according to a source. The total team is currently around 380 people.
One month after its US launch, Spotify has hired Zynga executive Teymour Farman-Farmaian as “Chief Acquisition & [Ad Business] Retention Officer.” From what I’m hearing Farman-Farmain will be in a business development-type role, scaling the streaming music product through partnerships as well as running business and support operations. According to the same source he will be reporting directly to Spotify CEO Daniel Ek.
Prior to Spotify, Farman-Farmaian was General Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Zynga, where he led some of the gaming company’s early relationship work with Facebook. [Note: If anyone knows about scale it’s someone from Zynga.] Before Zynga, Farman-Farmain was at Google, where he directed sales for Latin America and Asia Pacific.
Agreed
Buy buy buy
Would very much appreciate a response to my message yesterday. Thx PB
Do you think there is no more value in this stock or you decided to take your proceeds elsewhere and not revisit
Haha. You're funny.based on my discussions with Simon him and the team are working hard and establishing connections and having meetings for partnership purposes. Unfortunately this isn't a biotech with things in the pipeline curing diseases. It's a stock that most likely will move on revenue and material news.
All unrealized right now. Lazar is strategic in his moves, once the deal happens should be blue skies.
Simon says he's busy so. I'll check in on a monthly basis. Only a $1k position here so not looking daily
just because its OC Beverages doesn't mean it will be a beverage company right - it can be change in ticker and buyer can totally do makeover?
why retire public float by 50% - do you think he has a buyer already just working out finale details
Haha yea just thought same thing. Vacation mode?
It is in the works (i.e. company knows it has to do it, but isn't taking action) but it will take time. Not sure about the costs, but change through finra does take time
Agreed. And during the Facebook live interview he said this year revs would be low millions while 2020 would be 20 mill or so. So I assume other artists will be signed and announced as they tour next year
All we can do is trust the process and let Simon do his thing. The company is active in establishing partners and is making progress according to my messages with Simon. The ticker and name change needing finra approval is takes time and is costly. It will be done eventually.
Checkout pro music rights Twitter feed y'all. Wondering if it'll impact VNUE due to their partnership
Agreed. Trust in this team. Watched the YouTube/Facebook VNUE video again last night, about 3 times now total. Believe in this team and take advantage of these low prices.
Is there an average turnaround time for these acquisitions and such
Anyone try and email the investor group at pro music Rights? Any luck with responses?
This kid is 20 years old. He's the next zuckerberg. Put all your chips in the middle of the table boys. We're going $$$
Is the water an assumption or is it written
I wonder if pro music rights will make multiple announcements. Still waiting on Platinum artist.
Might be due to the increase in shares per sec filing. Shouldn't impact anybody's decision here. I'm invested for the Long haul and trust in this team.
People always say you shouldn't invest in an OTC stock. I think that's complete bs.
Makes sense. I am thinking about buying shares but my one concern is the share structure, auth and outs. Shares. 6 bill and 3 bill respectively. Thoughts?
Any idea what the 15 or 15d does. I read on the SEC website the purpose but unclear how it effects the eventual sale to a buyer
The companys website is pretty cool. There are alot of irons in the fire and Alot of different industries are covered here, including crypto/currencies, healthcare, education.
All good things. I'm not sure what the cost basis is for the 46 mill held by directors and MGMT team but pretty cool. I'm sure some posters here hold over a Milly too so I'm optimistic.
I thought the pro music rights Platinum artist would be released but maybe next week. I contacted pmr and they said soon so...
I Know we all want this to go up asap, but those not interested will miss out.
what brokerage do you use - Fidelity will allow once they get current on filings, etc.
What are you thinking? What's the share structure here? I'm optimistic but a 20k float is pretty small to bring in other investors
Is this just a temporary play? Such a low float. I tried to make a trade here and Fidelity wouldn't allow me. If any of you are interested OCBG is a good play right now as well. Check it out.
Are we waiting for 15/15d form still
Agreed. I don't see this on sec.gov website. Where would news be released? oTC web only?
Yes it's that video. I agree with you. It seems like right now the goal is for pro music rights to get more artists involved. With the teams connections then hopefully they can get someone to buy in. Artists do want to be paid for #of listens. It won't be easy but I'm optimistic.
A really good video some or most of you may have seen is on YouTube. About an hour long but extremely informative. This isn't a stock to trade but one to invest in
whats the float here etc. if interested check out ocbg - extremely low float and Lazar play also.
I'm in as well. Bought shares this morning. Trying to spread the news. Contacted a few others this morning too. Lazar has about 20+ otc stocks currently so some aren't willing to jump in to another.
Do you own shares and believe in this company or no?
was being sarcastic, lol. im very bullish - just a basher doing silly things
