Again, thats if Mr. J. activates RBSY. If he does, this is going to be awesome. If not, it will be a daytrader play until something else happens, imo.
Simply put, if Mr. J. decides to activate RBSY, you'll probably see a hundred-bagger from here or more. If not, it will languish under .10 until he sells it or this shell gets filled in some other way. I believe we'll know shortly. Jmho, ss
Do you think they will move it prior to news or filings? I know in this market environment, just about anything with potential will move regardless of solid news. Whatever the case, I think RBSY has incredible potential because of the people behind the company, their recent history (zero tolerance for dilution and toxic financing, and general business savvy) and pattern of taking their companies from $1M market caps and .01 pps to up to $300M MC and 3.00 pps. We shall see what happens with our little RBSY.
All the above is just my humble and nonprofessional opinion.Ss
What is the 26th?
What update did you see in the stock structure?
If Mr. J. decides to activate RBSY, things will develop very quickly with the same pattern that occurred with CGRW - a pop to $1.00-$3.00 pps then settling in the $1-$2 range for a year or more. If the past is any indication, there will be ZERO dilution or toxic financing. Or maybe RBSY will be the full-on golden goose for these guys with double digit dollars. All remains to be seen. I do know that these guys know how to manage stocks and companies and like to make $$. RBSY seems well endowed with a great stock structure to accommodate their plans, whatever they may be.
All just my opinion, as always. ss
CGRW hit $300M market cap a few years ago and remained over $100M with $1.00+ pps for quite a while, with basically the same stock structure as RBSY, though RBSY is arguably a bit better. Same principals as CGRW and these guys DO NOT DILUTE. If they choose to use RBSY, as seems to be the case, it will be in the dollars very soon, imo.
All just my opinion as always. Do your own DD and prosper. Be well and good luck all. Ss
Actually, CG RW had a $300M market cap at one point and stayed above a $100M for quite some time. If these guys do anything at all with RBSY, we will see a similar outcome, in my opinion. Ss
Are you day trading RBSY or holding? It seems to be producing as a day trading device for some. That said, it may pop at any time...or maybe it may never pop. Who's to say? Time will tell. Ss
Sorry, didn't mean to sound so hype-y in that last post. If RBSY goes, it definitely won't need any that. This has been a completely un-hyped stock. I like it that way. I just thought those double-o eights were an awesome pick-up! Ss
Kudos to the guy who got the super-cheapies's yesterday! He'll probably nail a hundred bagger or more on this thing. Ha! Was that you, m0n? Are you the active buyer? Ss
RBSY = Same management team as CGRW and SGDH, which achieved $300M and $50M market caps, respectively. In the case of CGRW, it stayed in the dollars for quite a long time with a very similar stock structure to RBSY. The team also decided not to dilute or use toxic financing in those ventures, which I believe has in large part led to their success. There is every reason to believe they'll be using the same approach with RBSY, as they have all made millions following this formula.
Follow proven success. Ss
Float is 12M not 30M.
Total unrestricted is 33M.
What does that mean to you, Dollardoug?
Mr. Janovec took CGRW from .005 to $3.00 and a market cap of $300m a few years ago, and it has slowly drifted down to where it is now at .25. Then he took SGDH from a penny up to .40 and a MC of $50m. Yes, ol' Delmar knows how to make money when he wants to. He also seems to have learned from experience.
The key to the CGRW and SGDH success stories was avoiding dilution and toxic financing, and I'm assuming he'll stick to this formula with RBSY, given these past successes. Who knows, wherever he goes with RBSY, it may be even bigger than CGRW, given the current marketplace, RBSY's strong stock structure and Janovec's acquired experience over the years. It is also possible RBSY is being considered for special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) status. Whatever the case, there seems to be uncommon potential here, to which the recent volume (to which I have not been contributing) seems a testament.
Good luck to those of you tossing coin into this; it may be a diamond in the rough and the proverbial retirement maker.
Oh, btw, I believe Mr. Crouch has been CFO of all Janovec companies since the beginning, so he may not be a new addition. Ss
Fnyack - O/S will be much...MUCH higher. PPS=.002's within a week and a half. And there WILL be an R/S. There has to be. What company can survive and secure more funding with limited revenues and billions O/S?
Just my humble opinion. Do your DD, people! Geez... SS
Yes, $1.00 after 10,000/1 RS.
Only down from here ... Way down.
Everyone was warned and investors who really thought something good was happening here had the chance to get out at reasonable prices. But you kept believing the pumpers. Here's a hint: a real company doesn't need to be pumped, it just appreciates naturally, earning it's market cap. Always run from pumpers because they are day traders, looking for short term profits after they buy. They want to sell you their shares. And, when they sell, they become quiet, letting the price settle at a lower level, then buy and begin pumping again to make their 3%-10%. They will ride this all the way down to .0001, with the help of relentless .dilution. This WILL keep spiraling down - three steps down one step up until it gets down into the several billion O/S and .0001-.0005 pos.
The above is just my humble opinion. Do your own DD and prosper. Good luck to all! SS
230M O/S as of 10/1, probably much higher now. Wasn't this at 30 or 40 million just a few months ago? Geez! The outstanding count Will start to increase much faster now because the note holders will be converting at lower and lower prices, paying a fraction of the market price on any given day. Thus, rapidly increasing dilution and the dreaded toxic spiral. This will be at a billion before you know it.
Just my humble opinion, as always. Do your own DD and prosper! SS
Absolutely BRUTAL.May see .003's today, which is in the timeframe expected, though a day or two early. I think it will take at least a week or two to fall under .001, but I could be wrong. Triple zeros ARE coming. This may be the first company with a trillion shares O/S. Okay, that may be a slight exaggeration.
Sad that first wave of pumpers got out of this thing at .02 or higher. Major bag holders here who are bearing a 90% loss. Been there - it hurts. Never make the same mistake twice. Always do your DD, especially checking for any convertible notes or similar in the filings. ALWAYS!
All just my humble opinion, as always. Do your DD and prosper. SS
Dilution will continue. Plain as day. What we saw over the last several days up until today was a brief retracement on this company's forward spiral to the triple zeros, a gasp for some air, as it were. No can do, says the dilution machine. Expect retracements here and there during temporary reprieves from the ruthless dilution, as that is the why day traders are here, to take advantage of those. Even they buy to high, though, as we probably saw today.
All just my Very humble opinion, as always. Do your DD and prosper! Ss
Toxic death spiral! Only very experienced day traders can make money on this sort of thing. Catching a falling knife is difficult to do.
This board was given so many warnings about this, and it appears it's all happening exactly as fortold. Next stop will be the low .003's in short order, then on down into the triple zeros within a couple weeks. MUCH more dilution is likely, with billions o/s before this is over.
Investors should learn from this! To you day traders, glta.
All the above is just my very humble opinion, as always. Do your DD and prosper. Ss
NAFS = FALLING KNIFE. Day trade this possibly make some bank, but don't expect appreciation. This selling has been even more brutal than I anticipated. Unrelenting conversion of shares at lower and lower prices leading to more and more and more shares outstanding because the note holders get their shares at a fraction of the market price and thus can sell much lower than market. The lower the price they convert at, the more shares they get, and thus the toxic death spiral. Day trade it if you must, but do not expect gains of more than 5 to 10% and understand the risk. See you at .0005-.0009 within a couple weeks.
I'll just my humble opinion as always.
Read the signs, people, and you will understand. Toxic death spiral - great for day traders, nightmare for investors, though in all cases NAFS remains a falling knife which is hard to catch without getting cut. It totally blew right through the .005's with this new round of dilution starting. Good luck with this thing! Even short-termers and daytraders in at .0045 may lose their opportunity for small gains this time around Heading to triple zeros within a couple weeks, most likely. Investors have nothing to gain here as it is spiraling down and will never see a penny again, obviously. Billion plus outstanding very soon with A/S increase to 5B coming sooner.
All just my humble opinion. Do your DD and prosper.
Indeed. Watch for huge fake bids before a drop. Definitely under .005 by EOD tomorrow with upper .003's or lower by end of next week, most likely, imo. Will end down today for sure. Second month-long wave of converted shares starting to come in the past few days, it appears. Again, day traders dream but investors nightmare. Toxic spirals kill, but can be excellent for the savvy day trader.
All Jmho, ss
StockRocket: the dilution isn't going away any time soon. It's not the way it works. The lower the pps goes, the more shares they get upon conversion = toxic death spiral. There's no denying it's happening as we speak - the ruthless selling with the gradually accelerating pps drop. That's how NAFS is gonna end up like McDonald's with "Billions Sold!" The company would PR it if there were any hope of it slowing down. 300M-500M O/S soon if not already, with an impending filing to increase authorized shares to 5B. Watch and be amazed!
All the above is just my humble opinion, as always. Do your freaking DD, people!!! SS
Much more dilution to come - much more! This just the very beginning. This is just how toxic financing works. The note holders are selling stack with no concern about price; in fact the lower the price the better because they convert at a fraction of the retail price to convert the next batch at. So, if it proce goes down, they get their shares even cheaper. Comprende?
Just my humble opinion.ss
You were all warned! NAFS is in a toxic death spiral. It will have billions O/S before this is over and be in the low triple zeros. Next stop will be .003. One step forward two steps back all the way down to oblivion, as we've been seeing. As suggested earlier, this is a day traders dream (though you have to be highly skilled and disciplined) but an investor's nightmare. This is a falling knife and you will get cut if you try to catch it.
All just my very humble opinion, as always. Be well, do your DD and stay safe. Ss
If they were close to the end of dilution, the company could announce such. But The company is disturbingly quiet and Not transparent in this regard. Even if the company has something going, when there are billions of shares outstanding, that leaves almost no individual share value, no matter what the market cap. Then ... The dreaded reverse split which usually leads to close to 100% loss on your investment.
Just my opinion, as always. SS
Trading will be two steps down, one step up pattern for a long time to come. It will be hard to predict the where the lower highs and lower lows will be, but suffice it to say, it is in a downward trend with no end in sight and no known end to the dilution. O/S is already probably over 200M-300M with an expected filing to raise authorized shares to 5 billion coming in the very near future. Btw, it's funny to still see the float listed at 20 million on the company info ... Does anyone still believe that? Lol! Listen, toxic financing kills off investors and are very rarely successful for these small companies.
just my humble opinion, as always. Do your own DD and prosper! SS
Zatafour: as an investment, NAFS is obviously done, but for day traders it remains a viable, albeit dangerous, trading opportunity on it's way down down down. It will be like catching a falling knife; you can try, but you're likely to get cut.
Just my opinion. Do your own DD and prosper. Ss
Well, it was nice they let it breathe a couple days before the next round on dilution. But, no good thing lasts forever and here it comes. We'll probably see .004 this time with a breather back up to .005, so day traders may be able to squeeze come $ out of this, then down to .0009 and lower over time. Always sad to see the proverbial death spiral. Toxic debt kills! Learn from this, everyone.
All just my humble opinion, as always. Ss
NAFS could have possibly been a decent play in a universe with no toxic financing. Or maybe a pump and dump was the whole point, idk - Depends on the legitimacy of the company. But what's done is done.
There is no denying and no turning back - dilution has killed NAFS. Triple zeros soon, imo. Yes, money can be made on the way down, but this is becoming extremely risky even for day traders. PLEASE learn from this!
The above is all just my humble opinion. Do your DD for God's sake and prosper.ss
How do I retrieve an accidentally deleted private message I received from someone? Thanks!
Obviously a fake 20M bid. I warned you yesterday about that. MM's will try to trick folks into buying using a delusion of huge demand. Notice how quickly the bid disappeared. Learn, people.
Just my very humble opinion, as always. SS
This is the time to watch out for large fake MM bids. They do it all the time. They make it look like the bid is huge in the many hundreds of thousands or millions, then they wait. The idea is to trick people into buying under the illusion of major players coming in and interest is developing. Then poof, the huge bids disappear.
Just my opinion, as always. SS
Will probably see .005 tomorrow, then downward from there. Very aggressive selling. Learn from this, everybody. If a company is willing to do toxic financing, it probably isn't a real company or doesn't see much of a future for itself. Usually a last ditch effort or just a brazen money grab. Alternatively, maybe they did this financing after relations between the US and China started going south and saw the writing on the wall, in an effort to at least pay the CEO and others their salaries and bonuses.
All just my opinion, as always. SS
Relentless selling. Remember what people warned you about regarding toxic financing. It rarely ends well. As said earlier, this is a day traders dream but an investor's nightmare. Smart flipping of this stock can be done, but remains very risky even for the experienced, since the floor could fall out at any moment. It's going down more quickly than even I thought it would. They are just not letting this thing breathe, which may suggest little confidence on the part of the toxic sellers and/or a desire to bring it way way down in order to convert into even more shares. Thus the term, "death spiral." Watch for filing to increase authorized shares from 500M to 5 to 10 billion anytime.
Just my very humble opinion, as always. Do your own DD and prosper. SS
News takes this down because news usually brings volume and thus a selling opportunity. Selling down is better than not selling at all, especially if you have a zillion toxic converted shares. Also, the lower the price the lower they can convert future shares at, thus the term "death spiral."
Justy opinion as always. Do your own did and prosper. Ss
DILUTION. They should not have done toxic financing. It almost always destroys the company. Even if Voycare goes somewhere with it's product, if it has billions o/s (or fears of such) it will remain in the triple zeros. The toxic investors are selling their shares into the market at any price just to get their money back. They don't care about price and will sell NAFS down to .0001 and then into oblivion. All just my opinion. Ss
