I'm somewhat surprised we didn't rally on this news.
Certainly getting a strong premonition that we'll be in the $18 mil range. So let me put out $18.9. Thanks SL!
On another note. Wanna give back to Wolf-man Jack and Kentucky Mike.
Y'all good buddies have been do some serious "rockin' 'round the clock" here on this board with your fantastic references.
Well, awhile back, when Wolf Man reconnected me to the "real" Wolf Man, I happened to discover something quite special that I hope everyone on this board will listen to.
It was a Four Part Tribute to Wolfman Jack,
. . . the Wolfman is draggin' his puppies tonight . . .
In Part Four of this Liberty Radio Network Tribute to Wolfman Jack, we are treated to Wolfman Recollections from Charlie Tuna and Joe McCoy. There's a bit for The Wolfman Jack "Afterlife Hotline" followed by his self-written eulogy (begins at 38:33). Wolfman's last set from Planet Hollywood precedes the show credits, and then, a narration of the last words he spoke.
I assume you have heard this Wolf Man. If not, you (and others) are in for one hell of a treat.
It took me hours of tracking this interview down to the "Reel Radio" site - The Reel Top 40 Radio Repository!
The Authentic Aircheck Museum of Classic Top 40 Radio - It's their 23rd year. Essentially The Greatest Radio of All Time!
Then I had to contact the host and ask him to send me a special link to this Part 4 of the tribute as I couldn't play it no matter how many ways I tried to.
Hearing Wolf Man's self-written eulogy brought tears to my eyes. What a special human being.

I don’t have time to read all the messages on the board. Can anyone clarify if NASDAQ minimum requirements for predictive is two dollars and does the price have to stay above two dollars for 30 days in order to qualify?
Yeah, that IPO and institutional bank investments is significant.
No time to reply at length, Wolfman. Know that I certainly appreciate all of your posts and like, spacelady, have gone on a number of adventures listening to some of the great oldies. They sure do bring back many fond memories.
All you need is a couple of big winners during your lifetime to beat the market. Others might think you got lucky, but what the others don’t know is that you have to have the patience discipline to FIND THEM, buy them, and hold them and in that order. I believe CV sciences is one of those companies and I know there are quite a few on this board like myself that discovered it under $.50
How does that saying go: “if you have 4 hours to cut down a tree, spend the first 3 sharpening your axe”
Jefra, SpaceLady, Chargers, Sleuth, Wolf, Marty super_trades and others I may not remember-
A deep bow of gratitude for your continued research and Due Diligence.
This post addresses the individuals here who have stated they have met with PRED management.
Generally, or maybe more specifically, the only investors that are able to meet with upper management are those with very very large holdings. Often times, if not the majority of times, these investors have been a part of capital raises or are being courted for private raises or public raises depending on the size of the company and the capital needs at their particular stage of growth.
I just returned from an Annual General Meeting of a publicly traded OTC microcap to do continued DD and possibly join a small capital raise. I can tell you firsthand that there is nothing, and I mean nothing, more insightful and revelatory to a serious investor than talking face-to-face with the CEO, COO and other top management.
I would give anything to meet with PRED management, but I’m a minority shareholder.
Post-meeting is even more important in terms of gaining insight into operations - information unavailable to retail. I was even able to meet for two hours over breakfast with the Executive VP the next morning to gain even further insight into the company’s plans and operations. Why were they so forthcoming with this information? Because I, and the few other large shareholders I represented, we’re quite interested in being part of this raise.
I came away from my meeting with management with a greater certainty that my risk/reward ratio of maybe 1:2 would now be 1:3 or more. What I knew before the meeting compared to what I knew after the meeting was so significant that it has changed my entire perspective and strategies on future investments in OTC companies – especially those that are more in the start-up phase.
I say all of this to support those on this board who I believe, based on the content and tone of their messages, (but I still can’t be certain), are telling the truth when they say they have met with management. If I was holding 200k or more shares, and with what I know now, you can be damn sure I would be doing everything possible to speak with management directly after what we just experienced with Hindenberg.
But know this, there are shareholders with significantly higher holdings than a mere 200 or 300,000 shares that are going to have more immediate and direct access to management.
Management still has a company to run, so now they have to meet with meet with their legal team, run their operations and answer to larger shareholders.
Retail is the least of their concerns. I always hear on these boards people complaining about investor relations not being more forthcoming. Well, maybe what I just said gives you a little more insight into why that is so.
So just to recap, in terms of why analysts and large shareholders go to shareholder meetings, in addition to meeting management outside of those meetings—
I was there to see if the management team was clear and competent on how to bring their company forward in the coming years.
I was there looking for red flags.
I was there to get access to a lot of information not yet written in the annual report, any press release or analyst report.
Usually, the answers given are more politically correct during the meeting. Post-meeting, directors tend to share more sensitive information about their company one-on-one and face-to-face when it wouldn’t be wise for them to share publicly.
Observing their body language and candour (or lack of), gave me insight into whether the directors are being truthful and ultimately aligned with the shareholders’ interests.
Thanks SL:
Ever since GW got FDA trouble I thought this would be an issue going forward. It’s too late for these nefarious tactics now because CBD is the “talk of the town” and mainstream.
ap17; thanks. lagochilus@gmail.com
Those that have confirmed it is legit, can you please document that confirmation here with some data points? Just saying you did for me and others doesn’t go far enough. Who did you contact for confirmation?
Maybe you are and maybe you aren’t and no one will ever know so doesn’t really matter in the end, does it?
Sure sounds like it stockguru. But out of curiosity, what are you basing that assumption on?
Folks, it said: “We will soon post an email address for other shareholders to provide their damages and information.”
This is quite an elaborate piece. Difficult to think it’s bogus, but one never knows until one sees proof. I certainly hope this is legit. I have friends with large positions that wouldn’t hesitate to be a part of this suit.
Can you share that SEC link? I’d like to file a complaint as well and I’m all for being part of a class action suit against these bastards
Anderson published his aphria piece on SA under the Hindenburg banner, but it’s unclear based on this partial subpoena if he was ever part of the original Hindenberg group. His company Clarity Spring appears as a separate entity (with less than 30k capital) Therefore, I wonder - in his decision to write in 2018 with the Hindenburg moniker - we can assume a similar group of illegal shorters are involved in this week’s Aphria short and distort campaign
Apologies to the board. Yesterday I didn’t even read the article (nothing worth reading) and assumed it was Andrew Left’s Citron Research attack. These two are woven out of the same evil thread
Take a look at the SP on August 20, 2018 of CVSI to get a comparison of how an unsubstantiated, pure conjecture short piece by Citron/Left (which this is) can destroy a company’s SP. They drove it down (along with weak hands) to $3.40 that day and then back up to $7.50 over the following two days. Liquidity baby - an OTC trader’s multi-orgasmic wet dream.
I was in CVSI from the .40 range. Sold my position in the $6 area - it just spiked to fast even though they were debt free and significantly cash flow positive with huge margins. Still are.
On that day, the price shot to from $7 to $9 (who do you think contributed to that spike - Left of course). Don’t think he didn’t go long with the recent SP high here and then began shorting contributing to the decline (along with other traders). He has thousands of followers. And he and his cronies (probably MMs as well) have deep pockets so they can easily manipulate the price up and down and up and down. That’s their game.
Now I’ve been subjected to Citron’s shenanigans twice. A rude wake up this morning, but really not surprised given the crumbling skeleton’s with some PRED management.

This is Pinky Land mates. No matter how good the fundies or management or growth potential, these companies are not immune to Short Attacks.
Okay. There’s my 2 pennies. Back to lurking.
Best post of the morning. Let me add to it a bit
People buy. People sell. People lie. People yell. Stocks go up. Stocks go down. I am long in this one and not going to drown.
You lost all credibility in my book with this quote from your post: “or this could not turn out to be a real company.”
Flies in the face of everything else you said.
GLTY
Nice reminder. Thanks jefra!
So the SEC better damn well investigate the auditors as well. Jiminy cricket, they’re all shisters. How in the heck was I so easily duped? “My God, man, what have I done? ”I’m selling all my shares immediately.
Wolfie ~
(Love that nickname for Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in the movie “Amadeus” and especially the character’s laugh.
Say y’all - Have a safe and fun Fourth of July weekend. And to our Man the Wolf - I give you this.
“Listening to Wolfman Jack say, ‘Ain't this X C I B, baby?’”
In hindsight, yes, it was the right move to short at or above $6. “Hindsight” is the key word here. When it comes to the uncertainty in markets in general and the uncertainty about Nasdaq uplist news, it’s more often a crap shoot in making the right call. just my two penny’s worth. Tommy is just one of a few who “claim” to have called the SP move down over the last month plus. “Claim” is the key word here. I never saw any timestamp trades for Tommy (or any other shorter) so for me, it’s all grist for the proverbial hearsay mill.
Nice reference Brooklyn! Perfect timing as just last night I downloaded this book to read/study.
Most excellent Sleuth!
A lot of great takeaways from this posting on the FDA site.
Among them:
CBD: A Physician’s Testimony –Lucille Vega,MD
Clinician’s thoughts about PUBLIC’s safety issues...
-Product testing for heavy metals, organophosphates, and pesticides
-Lab Results should easily be found online or in packaging for consumer
-Regulations for mass production to comply with sanitary standards
-More research is needed on the effects of CBD
-More research is needed on the methods of delivery of CBD and other cannabinoids
-More education for physicians/providers since the public will be asking us for advice
-Labeling “Hemp extract” VS “CBD mg”, needs a definition
-Labeling should have the amount of mg/ smallest dosage unit (per drop, per edible...etc)
-Labeling should include amounts of other cannabinoids, carriers of the CBD, & the other ingredients -Definition of what “Full Spectrum” vs “Broad Spectrum” vs “Isolate” on the labels
"to love and be loved."

Thanks stockguru for clearing that up!!
Love it!!
I prefer the old fashion theory....”it happens when it happens”. Now thats a sure thing.
I just researched this a little further Maz. I was wrong. It’s three days from denial that a company must PR denial to the public. I’m now not sure about acceptance. I just talked to an investment advisor that said the company does is not required by law to announce NASDAQ acceptance within any particular time frame. You would think that the company would announce it as soon as they get it since investors are anxious to know , but it’s also possible the company may wait to combine that news with additional positive news. I don’t know.
I do know that I have lots of patience and it will happen sometime in the near future
Talked with my guy at the local sprouts farmers market about how well the roll-on and salve are selling. He said they’ve had a number of returns and it’s not selling as quickly as when they first got it in. In his opinion, the salve and b in his opinion, the balm and roll-on are more of a fad and the real efficacy of CBD is internal use. I tend to agree with him to some degree in that there are just too many variables in terms of efficacy of the balm and roll-on. How often applied, how chronic and long-term the neuromuscular symptoms, etc. I seem to get some benefit from the roll-on when applied to my neck when it’s really tight. But then again I have a very healthy lifestyle and consume around 30 to 40 g of CBD a day.
My understanding from another tic I am in that is awaiting uplist is the company has three days from the time Nasdaq notifies them to issue a PR
i’ve mentioned this before and I’d love clarification from someone who might have some insight. The volume will be so high on the day that uplist news is released there shouldn’t be any problem whatsoever for shorts to cover quickly - I assume as soon as the news is released. I also assume that the price will be bid up quite high and the shorts will jump back on when they determine that it’s overvalued. Now, there are other variables - like if the company releases additional very positive news along with the up list news.
Alleyba1: I’ll paste a message from another board that I think also helps to explain PRED price movement.
CVSI is on the OTC - that's why it's down and there's no logic to its movement. OTC is a playground that is unstable, volatile and not taken seriously by the big players on the street.
If everyone seriously has to keep asking the same question "Why is it down" on this board, just sell because you have no idea how to invest in various exchanges.
Traders know OTC is volatile which is why they play hard here - tons of opportunity for them -- and long investors know there is a lot of potential in some OTC companies which is why they invest here with a long outlook, looking past the volatility and non-sensical movements. Long investors also know if they put money into the OTC, they should be ready to lose a lot of it because crazy stuff happens on the OTC - it's hardly regulated at all.
The forces that keep established NYSE, NASDAQ stocks stable and relatively (key word here) predictable, are not present on OTC.
BOTH traders and investors know that the trading, volume, and patterns in OTC stocks rarely make sense compared to the big exchanges.
So STOP asking the same questions - it just shows ignorance.
Just pick - which are you? A trader or an investor?
But for pete's sake, STOP asking the same stupid question.
Most excellent! Can we get this post as a sticky?
Local Sprouts almost out of balm and roll-ons. Staff says CV Science top seller. Yep! Need more skus up and down Cali
No. That’s only one of the requirements. They have met other requirements that allow them to up list with a minimum $3 share price
