Most excellent insight. Really appreciate the information
Patience is definitely a Virtue. If you've done your deep DD, then it's not even a mater of "when" or "how." As an investor who has done deep DD into the science and if you are confident with management's credentials and experience to execute, then you will not be waiting for paint to dry. Why would anyone wait for paint to dry? Exactly!
One of my favorite lines from Robert Heinlein's "Stranger in a Strange Land" is "Waiting IS!"
AND THIS ISN'T A SAMUEL BECKETT PLAY!!
And you will not be like Estragon and Vladimir who are Waiting for Godot. They meet near a country road, are homeless, destitute, and in constant pain and both consider hanging themselves while waiting for Godot. Vladimir shares a carrot with Estragon as they discuss their miserable lives.
Pozzo and his slave Lucky approach Estragon and Vladimir, who object to Pozzo's ill treatment of Lucky. Pozzo explains that Lucky refuses to leave and that he would happily sell Lucky. Lucky then delivers a rapid, disjointed speech about God's potential goodness and the tortures of hell. (Don't you love that polarity?)
A young goatherd delivers a message from Godot, who promises to come tomorrow. (Rumors about PRED) Vladimir and Estragon return the following day to find Lucky's hat on the ground. Both men struggle to remember what happened the day before. Estragon laments that they have spent the last fifty years talking about inane things.
Estragon leaves, only to return soon after with news that Godot is coming. (Nasdaq uplist is next week). Instead, Lucky walks up with Pozzo, who has gone blind. Estragon and Vladimir fight, calling Pozzo both Cain and Abel and concluding that Pozzo represents all of humanity. That night, while Estragon sleeps, the goatherd returns to say that Godot will come tomorrow. (More rumors). Estragon and Vladimir decide they'll hang themselves if Godot doesn't come.
After Lucky and Pozzo depart, a boy arrives. He tells Estragon and Vladimir that Godot will not be there today, but will be there tomorrow. He leaves, and they continue to wait.
The second act is almost the same as the first. The tree has sprouted leaves, Estragon and Vladimir chat while they wait for Godot, and Pozzo and Lucky arrive again. This time, Pozzo is blind and helpless, and Lucky is mute.
After some interaction, Pozzo and Lucky leave, and the boy arrives. He has the same message as before. Godot will be there tomorrow.Estragon and Vladimir are left to wait as before.
sprouts markets here in my area are selling well. I talk to the supplement department head regularly and the roll-on is selling much better than balm. He’s telling me folks are raving about how effective the roll-on is for specific muscular aches. They had a sale on last week which was 25% off. I picked up four bottles. One extra for myself and I gave the other three to family members
Thanks for that link Alwaysbmikki!
I thought I was pretty broad in my knowledge of all aspects of sport, but this was a first for me. Never in my life have seen harness racing until now. How is that possible? Seriously? How can one not enjoy the excitement of any world record being broken?
I also love the funny names they come up with for the horses, especially Wiggle It Jiggleit, another champion I just learned about when watching a short YouTube documentary about the career of Alwaysbmikki. At the age of three, Wiggle It won 22 of 26 starts including the Little Brown Jug and Meadowlands Pace, earning him the Dan Patch Award for 2015 Harness Horse of the Year. At age four, he repeatedly dueled with Always B Miki, to whom he finished second in the 2016 Horse of the Year balloting.
Y’all Have a lovely Sunday. Back to communing with nature.
Bull crap! So marketman, you just show up on this board and you’re telling us
“Ive been in and out since below a dollar over a year ago.” And I have a bridge to sell. Come on, man!!
And then you try to sell us on your supposed credibility by saying:
“and am well versed in Biotech....I repeat . . .”
Okay, if that’s what you say, I guess I’ll have to believe you. I’m mean, those are some serious credentials you have there.
Look, you’re talking out of your you know what
Maybe indeed you’re versed in biotech (whatever that means), but I’m not sure you know much about investing in this sector. market capitalizations is based on future potential and there are a lot with PRED.
There are considerable forward catalysts outside of Nasdaq uplist. Further partnerships being just one of them.
Is this all guaranteed? Absolutely not. Nothing in life but death is guaranteed. So hug your wife or kid or dog. Life’s short and not worth being greedy in the stock market
Nevertheless, everyone has a right to their “OPINION” so good luck to ya!!
Thanks good buddy Jack!
Like I said, just quickly skimmed it.
Going to read it through after my morning cuppa!
Thanks!
CBD: Craze Or Secular Growth Story? $CVSI
Just out in Seeking Alpha
At first glance looks bullish.
Too late for me to read. Check it out.
https://seekingalpha.com/article/4276178-cbd-craze-secular-growth-story
Summary
CBD revenue is soaring but there remains doubt that it will transition to sustained long-term growth.
Since CBD has not been approved by the FDA for human consumption, it remains technically illegal in the U.S. and a looming issue.
In the midst of a meteoric rise in demand for CBD products, the top three CBD pure-play stocks were down over 50% from recent highs.
Article will attempt to clarify the current status of CBD and consider the merits of industry pure play candidates.
Conclusion
Both consumers and CBD suppliers are set to become winners in the huge growth ahead for CBD that could occur in high double-digits or even triple-digits. Due to wide consumer acceptance and broad evidence that CBD is benefiting the lives of people worldwide, as documented in hundreds of reviews and consumer testimonies, CBD is quickly going mainstream. Based on the FDA statement that followed the May 31 hearing, it is clear that the FDA has a full awareness of the moving parts, including a strong and growing consumer preference for a product that clearly provides benefits. In the Charlotte's Web Q2 conference call, management cited that 80% of consumers have an awareness of CBD and are open to try it, while CBD has a household penetration of only 7%.
While the industry will be subject to regulation, further clarification of the FDA position on CBD could prove to be a bonanza for major CBD players, paving the way for much wider adoption at the largest retailers. At the same time, regulation will purge the market of unscrupulous players that have been detrimental to consumer interests. Few industries offer potential growth prospects comparable to CBD. As the industry matures, there will undoubtedly be gross margin compression, but at much larger revenue and scale.
What if Hindenburg was more interested in being Long PRED. So they put together a “pulp fiction “ hit piece to drive the price low. Maybe they did short at the top, but their real goal was to accumulate Long shares. Every now and then outfits like Citron and Hindenburg do get it right. But the majority of time they deal in falsehood.
Say Kentucky: finally getting around to your reply. I write, so I have eyes wide open seeking inspiration from the world around me. So I appreciate the life experiences you both share. It connects us to something bigger (the Ultimate, the Absolute, God, Great Spirit - whatever you call the creative force that animates all life. Now that's a true miracle.
Raine: interesting supposition. Do you think this really applies? Seems a bit of a stretch but I’m no barrister
Tortious interference, also known as intentional interference with contractual relations, in the common law of torts, occurs when one person intentionally damages someone else's contractual or business relationships with a third party causing economic harm.
800: I got it and sent you the information for your contribution to SpaceLady’s Gift certificate
I do not believe anything they say. Not even “increasing our short position!” It’s ALL BS. For all anyone knows, they have covered and are now long. Their entire piece was fiction. So why would anyone believe anything they say. It’s all FAKE NEWS!!!!
Does the “gap-fill” to $3 plus happen incrementally without positive news? It took major pulp fiction to gap it down so significantly over two days. Will it take a factual truth positive news to gap it up the same way?
What you have here is a company that is growing organically rather than diluting by raising capital like every other freaking MJ company out there I’ll take that any day over share dilution On the OTC which is way more toxix than when we’re on Nasdaq.
I’ve waited this long, another quarter or two is nothing- if indeed that’s the case - and I see us adding a significant addition of another 2000 or so stores by the end of the year as well.
So a lot of near term catalyst not factored in
Nice jefra! Top 10 Ways to Support the Endocannabinoid System
I must say, I have 9/10 covered fairly well. I do, really!
But that number 5 is a bit elusive. I'm sure I'm not alone. Now that I know how important they are to increasing levels of endocannabinoid 2-AG, or 2-arachidonoylglycerol. 2-AG activates the CB1 receptor --
well, you can be sure that I'm going to give them higher priority )
10. Massage
A randomized-controlled study showed that massage and osteopathic manipulation greatly increased levels of endocannabinoids in the blood.2 Another reason to get a massage!
9. Acupuncture
A type of acupuncture called electroacupuncture has been shown to increase levels of anandamide in the blood.3 Acupuncture also supports your hypothalamic-pituitary axis (HPA) by reducing the amount of the stress hormone cortisol.
8. Dark chocolate
Dark chocolate contains anandamide, one of the cannabinoids that our body produces even on its own. Anandamide is named after “ananda” the Sanskrit word for bliss, which comes as no surprise to chocolate lovers. Chocolate also contains N-acylethanolamines which are thought to activate our body’s cannabinoid receptors.4
7. Exercise
Medium to high intensity exercise increases endocannabinoids and activates the cannabinoid receptors in your body—making you more responsive to the signals your body is making!5
6. Alternating hot and cold
Try ending your shower with a full minute of cold water. The rush of cold is not only energizing and good for your circulation, but it increases endocannabinoids and activates their primary receptor CB1.6
5. Orgasm
Orgasm has been shown to increase levels of endocannabinoid 2-AG, or 2-arachidonoylglycerol. 2-AG activates the CB1 receptor, which is associated with pain, cognition, fear, and emotion.7
4. Omega-3 Fatty Acids.
Oils that are rich in omega-3 fatty acids like cold water fish are well-known for their anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties. These fatty acids also serve as precursors to endocannabinoids, which our body readily converts to help our ECS.8
3. Botanical medicines
Even common kitchen spices can play a role in the ECS. Nutmeg, for instance, supports the ECS by slowing down the rate at which endocannabinoids are broken down by the body’s enzymes.9
Black pepper also boosts natural endocannabinoids by decreasing their reuptake, thus making more available to your body for longer.10 Other plants have phytocannabinoids, too, including electric daisy, echinacea, and chocolate.11
2. Probiotics
Probiotics, namely Lactobacillus acidophilus, increases expression of cannabinoid receptors in the gut. In one study, L. acidophilus’s effect on the endocannabinoid system and on endogenous opioid receptors led to a decrease in abdominal pain in people with irritable bowel syndrome.12
1. Cannabidiol
Cannabidiol, or CBD, is one of the most direct ways to support the endocannabinoid system. CBD is a non-psychoactive phytochemical derived from cannabis. It has been very well-studied in the treatment of seizure disorders and is known to have a balancing effect on the central nervous system. If you are considering using CBD, please consult with a licensed medical provider for information on dosing and to review possible medication or supplement interactions.

Come on y’all. Step to the plate. I only have $40 so far toward a gift certificate for SpaceLady.
How many quarters is she been doing this? I can’t remember. But it’s a number of quarters and she’s out of pocket. If my memory serves me correctly, I think she sent out two containers of gummy‘s last quarter. The cut off date will be Sunday. Thanks, Michael
We all new it was safe but excellent in terms regulations to have this specific data.
Thanks
Reminder about the collection for a gift certificate for SpaceLady. I’ve gotten a few PayPal payments already. If you’re interested, please email me at lagochilus@gmail.com
Some exceptional research being done in Israel that will be positive for US regulatory changes as well as eventually supporting CV Sciences studies.
“If you see a post-traumatic patient before and after cannabis, you see two different persons.” Michael Segal
EP. 431: Dr. Silviu Brill, Tel Aviv Medical Center
https://www.canneconomy.com/podcasts/ep-431-dr-silviu-brill-tel-aviv-medical-center/
Dr. Silviu Brill, of the Pain Institute of Tel Aviv Medical Center, is passionate about the need for personalized medicine in Israel and around the world. Although he believes that some standardization is necessary, it is indisputable that each person and condition requires a unique ratio of THC and CBD. As Honorary Secretary of the European Pain Federation, Brill also spends much of his time researching how to best treat chronic pain in Europe. Nowadays, there is an unprecedented open-mindedness about ensuring safe patient access and sensible regulations.
Ep. 432: Dr. Michael Segal, Shaar Menashe Hospital
https://www.canneconomy.com/podcasts/ep-432-dr-michael-segal-shaar-menashe-hospital/
For eleven years, Dr. Michael Segal has been treating PTSD patients – mainly IDF veterans – with medical cannabis. Segal describes the incredible improvements he has seen in his patients: “If you see a post-traumatic patient before and after cannabis, you see two different persons.” Segal compares this type of success in Israel to the lack thereof in the United States in order to emphasize how important it is to prioritize our veterans’ mental health.
Ep. 433: Mickey Dor, Israel Ministry of Health
https://www.canneconomy.com/podcasts/ep-433-mickey-dor-israel-ministry-of-health/
Mickey Dor, Senior Medical Advisor of the Medical Cannabis Unit for the Israel Ministry of Health, tells the story of regulated cannabis in Israel and notes the different types of changing winds that he has seen over the years. Although every country has a different approach to cannabis, Dor believes that the first step must always be teaching. If we prioritize research and educating physicians, then legislation and funding will naturally follow.
Quite a gap to fill to that $4.13 50 day moving average.
200 day at $2.14 will be a cakewalk.
Email me. Email in my previous message
I did think of Venmo. I can act as the funds collector. Ten of us at $10 or $20 would probably be sufficient. Here’s my junk email address. Those of you interested, please contact me so we can take this off board.

Any ideas on how to coordinate? I and others have contact with her.
Genos: was thinking exact same yesterday but more like a $100 or more gift certificate to her favorite restaurant for her and her family
While I certainly appreciate the legs that grass certification has, my sense is that the majority of consumers are unaware of that and not making their purchasing decisions based on it
I’d like to get confirmation of this because if it’s true, then all talk about the shorts keeping it under two dollars so we can’t uplist is invalid.
Just remember- ex senior counsel and ex president of Nasdaq is leading their uplist.
Nothing more needs to be said.
I’ve never seen this before. Bid/ask say at $1.88/1.90 for awhile. Put a bid in for 2k shares at 1.88 and it immediately went through. What the heck! Anyone have an explanation for this?
mc73 and jefra:
thanks for the link jefra. I can confirm from my recent research in talking to a number of Sprouts stores her in N. California (including the one down the street where I know the manager of the supplement section) that topicals are flying off the shelf. I'm in that store almost every other day (some great organic products with great prices) and he's telling me people are buying the roll-on more than the balm. I can confirm the roll-on is a far better product - 200 mg. of CBD - I use it multiple times through the day for my neck and IT WORKS!!!
snakess: man, you couldn't be more right on the money.
majority of folks have no idea how much it costs to list on the Daq.
Thanks for enlightening everyone.
Cheers!
CS or Wolf-man Jack:
That's quite an in-depth exploration into the world of numerology. Have you been keeping your Cabalistic numerology knowledge from us? So much depth in Hebrew mysticism. Of course, the Pythagorean were also quite adept at forming mystical connection using numbers. It's been a long time since I delved into Hebrew mysticism. Did you know that the word itself "Kabbalah" means “knowledge that comes through the mind and soul?" Of course, there are so many valid ancient disciplines that do the same. The Kabbalah system of numerology, as well as others, seeks to bring high levels of knowledge through elevated levels of self-awareness.
Anyway CS, I also had one of those DX short wave radios from the Shack until I moved about 10 years ago and it disappeared. Replaced with a more recent Sangean.
Thanks for all the links. I don't have time to look at them, but I will say this, Wolfman Jack’s Autobiography "Have Mercy" is one great book.
The man enhanced our culture as well as transcended it.
