I don't understand why you don't ask Scottrade. Plus DSU and others have said many times that there will most likely be a duel listing (Hong Kong and Canadain Exchanges).
Maybe because BLTA has 1.75 BILLION O/S.
Thanks, I bought this when it was a Hospitality/Resort Holding Company (IBCX). I think a lot of the smaller trades last week (100,200,300) were by people like me who have been holding shares for 4 or 5 years and can finally unload for more than the cost of the trade. I don't know if my shares came from a R/S or a spin-off, but I do know that I am down about 90%.
It has to get over $3 for me to break even. I bought in november of 2007. Reverse splits suck.
Nobody's gone... just waiting on news. Not everybody wants to talk to talk.
You are kidding right. This board has been great these past few years. And you think that because you question the integrity of Scott that this board is now better. lol
So you want the longs to hold your hand. There isn't too much to discuss... we are just waiting on news.
CVRG is a junior mining company and paid money up front to SRSR for the JV. And then when they didn't fulfill certain requirements, then they had to default on the JV and lost that money. Also, the longs here have not been burning but instead "accumilating" shares. Those who have done their DD here know that measuring progress goes a little deeper than looking at the pps and things in the "mining world" take longer than what most people are used to.

I believe Michigan Gold and Sarissa are 1 in the same. My shares with UBS are listed as Michigan Gold.
Thanks Web for all the time you have put in here. You have really helped make this a great board. GLTY
By the way,I never received my proxys from UBS. I received and voted my shares held with Ameritrade, but not UBS.
The company knows how many proxys were sent out. I don't understand how the high turnout of voting could be linked to naked shorts.
Good stuff Web... thanks.
That was my point. That people should be buying now.
So you are saying that you and your friends have 45 million shares because you are smarter than everybody else.
Personally I take what brokers say with a grain of salt. It sure would be nice if it were true though.
WOW, great news and THANKS.
I had the same problem a couple of weeks ago with UBS. I called them and they said that " since SRSR is on the pinks they can't do anything about it".
To the question of whether people should buy at these levels... For practical purposes lets assume that SRSR is wound down and goes to "0". If we buy shares at .03 and receive a dividend for ST and Nemegosenda at 1:35. the the PPS in each new company would have to be .50 (or .25 and .75) for us to break even. Are these calculations correct?
Thank you
Did you lose your job? Just kidding... thanks for all the time you are putting in here.
I guess you did open a can of worms. Don't let them get to you.
I hope so.
I have still not received mine from neither Ameritrade or UBS. But I am in Switzerland and I guess that could be expected. I hope that by not filling out the proxy then that will be an automatic "yes" vote.
Definitely Dmbao ... he is saying that the statue isn't very high right now, but in 3 years it should definitely be higher and he is willing to wait.
Thanks so much for your posts and the time you put in here.
I took it to mean that he was meeting with the people or entities that will make up the consortium.
We are on the pink sheets. Scott doesn't have to tell us anything. Deal with it.
I don't know what all the hidden agendas are and I don't care. We know there is a lot of value in the ground,so either you believe in Scott or you don't. I think it's pretty clear that the "yes" votes will carry the day... so I think that the smart thing for all the "no" votes is not to waste their time here, but instead, sell some or all of their shares. Whining all day isn't a valid investment strategy.
No,it's you and your buddies.
I don't understand all this doom and gloom and mistrust for Scott all of a sudden. Merle said that the "may" was included for legal reasons. If Scott wanted to screw us shareholders he could have done a R/S whenever he wanted. It sounds like some people are paranoid for no reason.
Thank you for the response.
THANKS
I would still like to know what happens if we don't vote. Would that be an automatic "yes" vote?
We don't know more and we won't know more. Either you vote with Scott or against him. If you want to vote against Scott then you probably shouldn't own this stock. He is the main reason that most of us are here.
You are happy that a R/S has not been brought up but...you brought it up. lol
According to Merle those 100 million shares would be for Scott to have the ability and flexibility to add properties and value to SRSR. I believe that he said that people are wrong in assuming that SRSR would be an empty shell.
I agree. I just don't understand all the anti-Scott sentiment here lately when we might be on the verge of something great. There is so much that we don't know and I am on the side of believing it's all good. 9 days and counting.
There sure has been a lot of whining go on these past 10 days. It's like the week before christmas, instead of everybody being excited and talking about what we might receive, everybody is bitching about what they haven't received in the past.
