Mike can't answer how long it will take because he doesn't control FINRA. I'm sure that he is just as anxious as we are so that he can publish the PR's and get this ball rolling.
I can't speak for the global MJ companies, but IMO what is being experienced here is lack of exposure. CWIR is not yet an MJ company the OTC still lists as a Telecommunications company. Currently prospective investors come by word of mouth. Once FINRA approves the name change and trading symbol the trading pattern will change drastically, ie much more volume. As Banker and others have said this company is still in it's infancy.
IMHO, Some people are chasing this stock from when it went from 000's to 00's because they panicked the first time it dropped and sold their shares and now regret and can't afford to reenter the race to the top!

Uh, long since 2006 riding on free shares!

It would appear that the concern for Mike's absence was unfounded, just as I thought he was taking care of business.
Whoops, too late going back up!

If anybody invested their lives, homes and much more in a OTC penny stock they must be crazy considering the risk involved.
HeavenBound, thanks for the advice. Been there and done that several years ago now holding long and strong.

Did you read post #15794
He has already said that if CWIR hits .01 he and his family will be vewwy vewwy wealthy!
I've been long since 2006, I'm going to consult with my Psychic or Psychiatrist on how much longer I should keep it!
Grande/Hudson own the property, they are using personal finances to pay for startup costs.
I really appreciate your thorough DD, but keep in mind that this was a communications company that was not very successful and had several CEO's. CWIR is in the process of changing venues with a new management team ie a clean slate. As in any stock investment we are taking a chance, especially OTC. Up till now IMO there is no reason to think that Grande/Hudson have any intention to deceive their investors. Grande has clearly stated what the A/S and O/S is and has emphasized that they have to build the company first before anything significant will happen to the PPS. They are also limited to FINRA and SEC response time before they can put out any significant PR's. You stated in a previous post that FINRA was scrutinizing MMJ applications which IMO is why the process is taking longer than expected.
If your theory of 31 billion shares were correct, then CWIR would have R/S'ed years ago. I have my original share count since 2006.
Great DD, but old news. What does it have to do with CWIR since Grande/Hudson acquired the company? Have you asked Grande/Hudson whether or not Summitt is still involved with CWIR since their acquisition of the company?
I think that it's obvious that some people posting on this board have never traded an OTC startup company. It takes time to get everything in order. This isn't Burger King! IMO the less we hear from Mike Grande, the more he is taking care of business. He has already stated before, "Build the business first and then the share price will take care of itself". I've been trading for 15 years and seen companies put out constant BS PR''s and then all of a sudden they diluted, R/S'ed and were suspended or revoked.
As a CWIR shareholder since 2006, I can assure everyone here that Mr. Brand did not dilute or R/S the stock even when many stocks failed, diluted R/S'ed after the crash in 2009 and it appears that he was still concerned about his shareholders when he made the agreement with Grande/Hudson
Mr. Grande, Mr. Hudson, and Kenneth W. Brand, Central's Chairman, President, and CEO, agreed to the definitive terms of the transaction this morning. Mr. Brand said, "My interest to enter into the transaction with Mike [Grande] and Randy [Hudson] is so that my shareholders can benefit from the development of Central in the near-term and long-term." While Mr. Brand did not receive any cash by his transfer of Central's control stock to EMS and First Hudson, Mr. Brand will receive shares in each of EMS's and First Hudson's other publicly traded companies. Mr. Hudson said, "Mr. Brand's principal interest and concern was for that of Central's shareholders and the benefits they could derive from the deal with Mike and I.".
You are absolutely correct, the conservatives are the one's who are fighting legalization of medical marijuana despite the proven benefits for many illnesses that people are suffering from.

IMO, The less he tweets, the more he is taking care of business!
As another poster has already said, FINRA is scrutinizing MMJ applications which IMO is why the process is taking longer than expected. Once we are recognized as a MMJ stock and not a defunct Telecommunications company the flood gates will open and the flippers will be saying "could have, should have!" As Mike said "Patience will be rewarded".

Long since 2006
I was just addressing Harvard's concern's.
Was the 250m shares turned over now or in the future, ie a year+ from now and did/are they from the other companies which we already know are diluted? I can't answer the question about Anglur Construction but I remember that CWIR dropped the construction company that was doing the actual cell tower installations several years ago that's why CWIR stayed in the triple 0's until Grande/Hudson took over.
The CEO has stated that they are using their personal money (Hudson/Grande) to pay for the expenses associated with setting up these companies. You have said yourself that if CWIR reaches .01 that you would make a lot of money. Who is to say that they did not do the same thing with another stock that they traded in the past and who knows what their personal worth is?
IMO, The CEO hasn't lied or made any false promises. He has stated many times that this is going to take time to get all of the cogs in the wheel to start spinning. He has also emphasized that if anyone here is looking for a fast return that they are in the wrong place. Those that are patient will gain. I've owned this stock since 2006, I can wait for a while longer.
If FINRA is scrutinizing all MMJ applications then that might explain why the application process is taking longer than expected.IMO
Remember, until we receive positive news this stock is going to be volatile and subject to ups and downs. I've seen this many times before in 15 years of trading. As Mike said "patience".
